Jihad Against the Professors. In America, it is more likely that the professors will themselves be jihadists.
Seriously, note that last paragraph: the reference to the "the anti-Shi'ite insurgency raging against US forces and their Iraqi allies." The "anti-Shi'ite insurgency" is "raging against US forces." And of course, this is accurate: the Shi'ites, because of their superior numbers, have always been the strongest backers of the US democracy project. So the Shi'ites are benefiting from US help on the one side, and Iranian help on the other. And the US is unwittingly aiding Iranian interests.
Is that really a wise course of action?

Gunmen killed the Shi'ite dean of Baghdad University's school of administration and economics on Thursday, four days after the murder of a prominent Sunni academic.Jassim al-Asadi had been driving with his family in the northern Baghdad neighborhood of Azamiyah when the unidentified shooters pulled alongside and opened fire, police Lt. Ahmed Ibrahim said. Al-Asadi's wife and son were also killed in the attack, Ibrahim said.
The shooting follows the killing on Monday of geologist Essam al-Rawi, head of the University Professor's Union and a senior member of the hard-line Sunni Association of Muslim Scholars, which is believed to have links to the anti-Shi'ite insurgency raging against US forces and their Iraqi allies.

Why does it seem likely that if Islam captures the world THE absolutely most bloody and vicious war in all history will take place within Islam?
It is indeed astounding that Muslims tell all infidels that theirs is the only true religion yet amongst themselves they act like total savages
in that neverending battle to crown the truest and most pious Muslim. What would Mo say to his minions about all this after coming up to visit the world? One can just see the ones Mo says are wrong try to behead him in their twisted rage. Islam is utter madness without restraint.

BirdDog, the picture looks "strange" because the Iraqi is sporting uncovered meat (aka - ain't got no tent)-- and not just any meat but, apparently, meat that's recently been on display. My, oh my, can you imagine the fervor of the local cat population upon viewing such a culinary delicacy? And, can you imagine the angst of the powers-that-be upon viewing such an irreverent display of one's meat locker content? Off with her head, I say. And do something with the infidel as well. Peace must be restored.

I don't believe they ever will... but let's imagine they did.. They'd implode from within. Their schism is built-in World Salvation just in case they ever were indeed able to kill off or convert the rest of the world.
God, what an unbelievable mess that would be! Truly the apocalypse! They'd be shooting nukes they got from us at one another across the globe.. a bunch of stinky bearded Dr. Strangeloves riding ICBMs to destruction.. since they'd be moslems setting them off there's a good chance that more than a few will miss their targets too.
I surely hope that day will never come!
