Hamas urges attacks on U.S. targets

"America is offering political, financial and logistic cover for the Zionist occupation crimes, and it is responsible for the Beit Hanoun massacre. Therefore, the people and the nation all over the globe are required to teach the American enemy tough lessons." But Ghazi Hamad denies that such lessons will be taught. By Ibrahim Barzak for Associated Press:

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Hamas' military wing called Wednesday on Muslims around the world to attack American targets following reports that an Israeli tank strike killed 18 people in the Gaza Strip town of Beit Hanoun.

The Hamas-led Palestinian government distanced itself from the call, saying its fight was with Israel.

Hamas militants have historically directed their suicide bombings and rocket attacks only against Israeli targets.

"America is offering political, financial and logistic cover for the Zionist occupation crimes, and it is responsible for the Beit Hanoun massacre. Therefore, the people and the nation all over the globe are required to teach the American enemy tough lessons," Hamas' military wing said in a statement sent to The Associated Press.

But Ghazi Hamad, spokesman for the Hamas-led Palestinian government, said the group had no intention of attacking American targets.

Hamas' political wing, led by Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, tries to distinguish itself from the military wing. But the two entities both report to the group's exiled leadership, based in Syria, and frequently coordinate with each other.

Israel, please strike these bastards hard and often. These "massacres" are a farce-anybody who calls for women to serve as shields (and the women stupid enough to do so) should be wiped out.
Go get them Israel!

I don't believe that Hamas has in the past carried out any attacks against the USA directly. Of course it sympathized with 9-11 and collaborates with other Islamic terrorists. However, the Hamas has killed a number of American citizens in attacks on Israel.
The names of Alisa Flatow and Kobi Mandel come up, among others. One was murdered in an attack on a bus. The second was beaten to death, as I recall. Of course, various Arab terrorist gangs were attacking Israelis, and have also killed Americans, so I can't say at this moment who was killed by which terrorist gang, whether Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, PFLP, etc.

The European reaction to the Beyt Hanun incident is actually more shocking than the Arab reaction. The EU foreign policy commissioner, the Austrian Ferrero-Waldner woman. She said, as I recall, that today's incident was "horrifying." However, I don't remember the EU ever issuing a like declaration over the thousands of shootings of Kassam rockets at towns and villages in southern Israel, nor over the Hizbullah's rocket shootings from Lebanon into Israel. Now, Hizbullah in Lebanon, as well as Hamas and several other gangs in Gaza, have been shooting rockets since January 2001 at Israeli population centers with the clear purpose of killing Israeli civilians. But none of these attacks directed against civilians ever elicited the "horrifying" label from the EU. The EU may have criticized a few [I mean only a few] of the mass murders perpetrated against Israelis by Hamas, and the other terrorist gangs. But the EU never used such strong language as "horrifying" to label attacks on Jews.

And as usual the beat goes on with the religion of hate demonstrating its unique ability to constantly play both aggressor, and victim all at the same time.

The trouble is that the MSM continuously through their shear ignorance of the sources of violence in the Islamic world buys the victim hood practices of the Palestinians on a daily basis.

There is no need to belabor the point that Islam is not, and has never been, a religion of peace. The word Islam is derived from taslim, which means "submission," while the term for "peace" is solh. Maybe had Mohammed's religion been more true to its first few years the religion might have been called SOLHISM, or SOLHLAM. But in Mohammed's last 10 years he became like any other violent leader in the quest for power and domination over others, thus he succumbed to the great weaknesses found in men who want to acquire power and wealth.

The Palestinians and Hamas are just being good obedient followers in the steps of their militant prophet. At this moment they indoctrinating their young to hate as fight all that not Muslim.

OT~(or maybe not) Now Hamas has a mouthpiece in the US Congress; Keith Ellison has been elected to the 5th District seat in Minnesota. It should be an interesting next four years.

Don't remind me-I live there.

At least now we'll see if his party gets on him if he appears too terrorist friendly or if they go along with him. Having Ellison in Congress might be a good way to expose Islamaniac lapdogs in the Dem party.

the problem with fighting groups like hammas is that how do you tell someone who is in hammas and who is not it would be nice if we could tell them from civilians

"Why does Israel have to keep apologizing and explaining WHY they are defending themselves? Shouldn't this be obvious to everyone?"

Because for all the 'zionist control' of the media, Israel's point of view does not get represented by the MSM. On the New Zealand news this morning, 19 Palestinian civilians killed. No context. Nothing about ongoing rocket attacks on Israel.

Tell me, somebody, is Israel really bad at PR and doesn't even bother to push its own 'victim' message, or does the MSM just totally ignore all of Israel's press statements??
