Surprise of the year: "U.S. Muslims outraged after imams kicked off plane," by Michael Conlon for Reuters:
CHICAGO (Reuters) - Muslim leaders expressed outrage on Tuesday after six imams were removed from a commercial airline flight in Minnesota for what they said was nothing more than trying to say evening prayers."They were treated like terrorists ... humiliated," said Abu Hannoud, civil rights director for the Arizona chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, who said the men were taken off the US Airways flight in handcuffs.
He said the men were still trying to find a flight back to Phoenix where most are affiliated with a major mosque after the carrier refused them passage following the incident on Monday evening.
"We are concerned that crew members, passengers and security personnel may have succumbed to fear and prejudice based on stereotyping of Muslims and Islam," added Nihad Awad, executive director of the council, in a statement from the group's Washington headquarters.
"We call on relevant authorities to investigate whether proper procedures were followed by security personnel and members of the US Airways flight crew," he said.
The group said the men told it they were accused of "suspicious activity," which they believed was only their attempt to pray.
Hannoud said in an interview that the men had been attending a three-day meeting of the North American Imams Federation in the Minneapolis area "discussing how to build bridges" between Muslims and American society, and that the FBI and local police had been informed in advance about the meeting.
"They were rewarded by being treated like terrorists," he said. "Their humiliation is really a humiliation for the entire Muslim community," he added, and further proof that Islam phobia is a growing problem in the United States.
There is going to be more of this outrage, CAIR's Ibrahim Hooper summed up what it is all about in an earlier AP story:
"Because, unfortunately, this is a growing problem of singling out Muslims or people perceived to be Muslims at airports, and it's one that we've been addressing for some time."
Watch for efforts to criminalize searches of Muslims at airports. Nancy Pelosi will be glad to help.

One of the workshops must have included a challenge: whoever uses the word "humiliate" the most in a news report gets a prize.
It's like watching a 30-second commercial on TV and counting the number of times the product name is repeated. (Am I the only person who does that?)

"humiliated"
Every time I see that word these days I bust out laughing, I don't know why, I just do.
"humiliated"
"humiliated"
"humiliated"
"humiliated"
It makes my day when reading about a muslim who was "humiliated" in some form or another.

Beside the fact we're opening our eyes to their cult, they are quickly wearing out their welcome.
They moan and groan how badly their treated and everyday, somewhere, muslims are killing non muslims and muslims alike in the most horrendous and gruesome ways.
I don't like the way America has had to become...
searching, sniffing, x-raying any and everytime I travel. I hate having to worry about my grandkids future. And having to pay extra!
They caused this. Their religion/cult. They have no one to blame but themselves. If they were serious about this, they would have killed and beheaded bin laden and his co-horts long before now. They would rein in the young jihadis and kill and behead hate preaching clerics.
They don't do or say anything against the loudest because they agree with them. They still think they're superior because of islam. They have nothing to lose either way if muslims should take over America. It's all islam.

O the outrage that will come from Ibrahim of the Council for Respect of Arab Pluralism (aka CRAP).
Why do we still give any credence to these fools and buffoons ?
One would think that these imams would start to be sensitive to the trouble islam has engendered in the West. More appropriately they should travel by almost any other mode of transportation other than air given the bad name they give to themselves via this form of transportation - the hijackings, the carnage, the threats, the restricted baggage - all in the name of allah and that child rapist mohammad - they should travel by donkey cart, preferably with wooden wheels.
Ibrahim, if you are unwilling to be American, leave.

The precept of the Koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.

I don't think these people understand the word " Humiliated"
Just as they don't know the meaning of the words " Tolerant" " Freedom " and many many others. we simply do not speak the same language.

US Airways did the correct thing. If the Muslims feel humiliated now, how are they going to feel when the American people finally do get the wake-up call that is still to slow in coming?
Your damned if you do or if you don't. Security for those passengers who pay good money on those flights does not require them to be subjected to Islamic prayers on a privately owned airplane, yes the plane is privately owned and the airline has the right to refuse service just as the proprieters of a restauraunt may if you are creating a disturbance that effects the other customers.
The American people have for the most part been exceedingly patient, and tolerant with an ideology that represents neither tolerance, or patience but instead plays to the perversion of multiculturalism as victims at every turn in an attempt to draw in the dhimmiss' that refuse to understand what drives this totalitarin ideology that is slowly trying to get the EU to bend to its will by the shear numbers of these non-assimilators that have been allowed into those countries.
America has got to learn fast from what has been occuring in European countries over the 30 plus years before it gets out of hand here in the next 15 years.

"six imams were removed from a commercial airline flight in Minnesota for what they said was nothing more than trying to say evening prayers."
Nothing more? I doubt it. Sercurity at airports dont arrest people for nothing more than praying.
"He said the men were still trying to find a flight back to Phoenix"
Sure they are. Poor me. See how mean you Americans are. They will milk this for all its worth.
"They were treated like terrorists ... humiliated,"
Treated like terrorists? You mean they got shot?
Oh poor mistreated Muslims
"We are concerned that crew members, passengers and security personnel may have succumbed to fear and prejudice based on stereotyping of Muslims and Islam,"
You mean they succumed to common sense. I mean Muslims would never blow up a airplane, right?
"We call on relevant authorities to investigate whether proper procedures were followed by security personnel and members of the US Airways flight crew,"
Proper procedures were followed thats why they were arrested. Im sure that law enforcement just goes around arresting peace loving law abiding citizens all the time.
Hannoud said in an interview that the men had been attending a three-day meeting of the North American Imams Federation in the Minneapolis area "discussing how to build bridges"
More like how to blow up bridges. If you want to build bridges here is a perfect example on how Muslims need to change there actions to fit in better with American society. But no they want America to change to satisfy them. No two way bridge here.
"Their humiliation is really a humiliation for the entire Muslim community,"
Give me a break. Humble yourself and you wont be humiliated. Its only the proud and arrogant that get humiliated. Humble yourselves and you will be able to rise above base emotions and you will be able to live in peace no matter where you are in this world. Then you will truly become leaders. Hows that for a bridge to build?
"this is a growing problem of singling out Muslims or people perceived to be Muslims at airports"
Why is this a problem? Muslims know as well as the rest of us that there is a world wide Jihad and the terrorists are trying to destroy the west. And most if not all of them are Muslims. And one of the actions the terrorists are trying to do is blow up jetliners. Its not like it never happened before, even before 9/11.
This is for their protection as well as for the rest of us. If that plane had blown up with them on it because somebody else had put a bomb on it, were they ready to die? I doubt it. If that happened I'm sure the same people would be complaining that our Gov. is not doing their job.
This whole situation stinks. And I'm sure there is more to come.

"They were rewarded by being treated like terrorists," he said. "Their humiliation is really a humiliation for the entire Muslim community,"
The usual tactic: make an individual situation into one that is generalised to the "entire Muslim community". For which read: 'come on everyone out onto the streets, let's have "air rage" all over the world just to show how every little thing done to any one of us is taken as a slight on all of us.'
What did the humble little muzzie say about 'discussing how to build bridges'? More like how to build bridgeheads.

I think we'll see more and more of these types of incidents. These Imams are not stupid, I'm sure this was done to elicit the response they received so they can complain about how they get picked on.
Muslim's have no respect for anyone but themselves, and do these things in public as an act of aggression. No other religious group does this in public, but they are not Muslim of course.
I witnessed this type of thing first hand last year at a kids play area. It was swamped with Muslim's and they took over the building and were openly praying in every corner they could find.
Meanwhile in every shit and fuckistan on earth, other religious groups are not allowed to pray in public, and churches in most places are not allowed to display crosses on the exterior. Man I just can't stand these people.

They Humiliate themselves,
and what's more offensive is the callousness and lack of respect for what the west is going through thanks to ISLAMANIA
YOU DO NOT GO THROUGH AN AIRPORT CHANTING
" ALLAH ALLAH ALLA"
If i was a Muslim and i didn't agree with the Ideology of violent Jihad etc... i would be more careful how i express myself and i would respect the concerns of others that are cautious of Islam because of the Terorists . i can only think that there is a certain amount of complacency and apathy towards Radical Muslims from a large portion of the alleged "Moderate" Muslims, as we see from people like this. they set a great example for all Muslims. *eyes rolling *

TheRegulator--has it nailed perfectly. Great point. Nice.
This idea was run up the flag pole somewhere else on the JW blogs today and it makes a ton of sense--well I am adding a title though.
We have Jihad Watch and Dhimmi Watch, how about--"ISLAMIC MODERATE WATCH?"
Here on "islamic moderate watch," JW could post the daily smorgasbord of islamic attacks, rapes, hijackings, protests, beheadings etc. and we could watch for any islamics to register dissent on the jihadi acts and what they are doing to stop it (hmmm.)
Each day JW could tell us which (are there ever any?) CAIR? or other "islamic moderate" person or organization will go on record as denouncing their jihadi brethren.
--"ISLAMIC MODERATE WATCH" its time has come!

It's not quite what you're looking for, BB, but you might check out http://islam-watch.org/
It's Muslim apostates letting the world know the truth about Islam. Not so much a listing of each day's attacks as it is an analysis of what is being done in the name of Islam and why it's wrong and needs to be eliminated.
As people who were steeped in Islam but have decided it's not good for anyone, their insights and offerings can be instructive.

I think the song goes something like this:
On the sixth day of Christmas the Muslims sent to us:
Six Muslims praying who are simply part of a larger set of plotters who engage in various stunts like
Five times a day very loudly (even though they're allowed to do it quietly but choose, one must presume, to do it in the most disruptive manner in order to both intimidate and terrorize or to precipitate another concocted pretext for Muslim "outrage" while)
Four Muslims simultaneously probe our security apparatus in the process of conducting various dry runs of various sorts to see if they can bypass and penetrate airport security by staging diversionary feints such as the "Imams praying loudly gambit" designed to fool security and fatigue our alertness and dull our attentions and place us on the defensive, all in the service of a dastardly plan to cause another 9/11 but this time far worse because
Three Muslim clerics secretly plot behind the scenes somewhere in Saudi Arabia to funnel funds through various secret channels to
Two Muslims in a sleeper cell who are working in a Mosque somewhere in America under the deepest cloak of secrecy to bring about a most unprecedented plan of destruction against the Infidels with a most heinous device, of which they only currently have
One: An atomic suitcase bomb, which they already successfully smuggled into an un-named American metropolist, and have cleverly named
"A Partridge In a Pear Tree".
Or something like that.

I don't like the way America has had to become... searching, sniffing, x-raying any and everytime I travel.
Being from MSP, in addition to that I don't like have to take off my shoes and tip-toe through a phalanx of scowling Moslems to protect me from... Moslems.
Loosen up, freewoman. Live a little. Here's my therapeutic approach to domestic air travel:
1) On the way to the airport, when you see a Somali cabbie pull up alongside him on the Interstate, hold fast, and when he looks over give him the finger. His brown eyes will go big, and many times he'll even pull his cell phone from his left ear.
2) When you're in your socks going through security at the airport, as you pass the Moslem federal TSA security guard put there by the Homeland Security to protect you from... Moslems, mutter under your something like, "Islam is sheet" or "Mohammed was gay" or "Allah is a dog" and stuff like that. They know the cameras will show nothing, so all they can do is search you and soak the adrenaline.
Hell, I show up to the MSP airport an hour early just to have this kinda fun. Sure, these fine new federal employees glower murderously at me, and once a TSA agent even muttered back a death threat to me.
But, in Dar al Harb, death threats is living large, ain't it?
Such are the rich rewards of Multiculturalism (read Marxism).

As we make our final approach to the airport, please ensure your tray-tables are locked into place, your seatbacks are in the upright position, and your prayer mats are safely stowed under the seat in front of you. Thank you for flying Dhimmi Airlines and have a nice day, Allah willing."

all musims are "errorists" which is a threat by itself already.
Quite a few become "T-errorists" which is the fullfillment of their mission and the number is steadily increasing.
Humiliation is one thing that will open the eyes of some in their community, but still not enough to win the war against their satanic mission.

Yes , no excuse for a seethe-fest is ever passed by.
I am surprised that some Muslim Country's Airline hasn't noticed a gap in the market here , and offered an Ummah-only service on key routes . Imagine the level of executive comfort they could accomodate : Freedom from the risk of female or canine contamination , prayer times observed on board , no inflight alcohol being offered to offend your Pharisaical holiness , Full racial profiling to screen out those infidels ,
Al-Jazeera 24/7 on the entertainment...
And the rest of us can fly in safety without worrying that our fellow passengers may desire our painful deaths .
