Is this the same lunatic who was also chanting "Khaybar is coming back!"? I remember seeing the video of this protest, I think. Of course, citing that in the charges might actually raise some questions about the oh-so-Holy Koran, so better just ignore the rampant antisemitism and outright calls to massacre Jews.

I am so, so, so sick of people who pretend the Islamists' beef with the West is political. Even the people who sort of get it always couch criticisms in politico-speak. Trying to watch the new season of 24, but it's been so careful to dodge any real mention of religion as the motivating factor for terrorism. You'd think that the boss played by the guy from DS9 was equivalent to Daniel Ortega or something with all this "peace treaty with the West" BS.

In the past we in the UK used to make a distinction between being British and having the right to a British Passport. In the latter case we merely treated the British Passport as a 'let him pass' document - an identity document, as it were, which indicated to border guards that they could, as a last resort, send the holder of such a document to Britain to be dealt with in the event that the said holder committed a crime or, in some other way, transgressed the laws, mores or customs of the country that the holder entered using this document. In other words, we made a distinction between those entitled to citizenship and those merely entitled to call upon us for a travel document (an identity document).

We were fools to have dropped this distinction for no moslem can be British but many moslems, because of our shared history, may have the legal right to call upon us to provide such identity documents. None-the-less, for me, and countless others, it is axiomatic that an islamic believer cannot be, by any stretch of the imagination, British - it is, quite simply, a logical impossibility. Believing in islam and being British are mutually exclusive. No more needs to be said.

-Yes. Islam needs to be de-legitimized. It is not a real religion since it is filled with hatred. It is dangerous to democracy and it is immoral. The answer is simple - Ban Islam.

Anyone who wants to continue to be a Muslim will be forced to move to a Muslim country. This is better for democracy, Muslims and non-Muslims.

As a matter of interest this man might be going down.

Why?

A member of the infamous BNP is currently doing two years for insulting an Iraqi asylum seeker (well twice failed asylum seeker anyway) who did not even speak English. They also put him in a prison with a goodish number of Muslim inmates who took the first opportunity to beat him up, so he has to stay in his cell for 23 hours a day for his own safety. Interesting - To sentence a man to two years in solitary confinement would be illegal but you can create a situation where he has to put himself in solitary confinement.

In the present situation in Britain I can quite understand members at the BNP being sent down for six months for pretty much anything they do but possibly to an open prison for non-dangerous criminals. I thought two years for his offence was pretty savage.

BUT just suppose they send this character down and the Muslim and civil liberties lobby start screaming. All they have to do is cite the case of the BNP man and say he got 2 years for saying a lot less!

Go easy on Abdul, now. Many, many angry Moslem activists chant that chant year in and year out. Heck, we heard it in Manhattan just last year.

Respect Islam and respect Moslems. Respect their reverence for murder, theft, rape, supremacism, and unbridled aggression.

Our leaders and most of our fellow Infidels respect Islam. Certainly all our journalists do. I do not know if the world realises this yet.

UK,Australian,Canadaian passport holders do not need visa for many countries because historically the people of these countries have been peaceloving and at law abiding citizens.

But now thousands of Muslims have these passports and use them to wage the War of Islam.
I read a book called called "Cold Terror". According to what the author has written it seems Canada is a safe haven for terrorists all over the world.
They come here seeking refuge on humanitarian grounds and get citizenship. They make sure they do nothnig illegal in Canada and then from there they plan ,finance and travel using the respected passport to wherever they want to create trouble .
Even while in Canada , most of Muslims are on welfare becasue they bring 4-5 kids,take child beenifit from govt, get unemployment insurance from govt with help of false documents provided by their own people who own workplaces.

If the West has to remain in the democratic way of life as is of today, ont thing is certain.
Immigration of Muslims has to stop.
They refuse to assimilate and accept the laws of the country they migrate to. They want the country to bend to their laws and culture.

All other migrants from countries like China , India , and other non-Islamic countries are examples of good migrants. They come over and assimilate. They do not forget their own culture or religion but atleast they do not shout about their beleifs and ask other people to accept their religion . They pray in private and make sure that they follow law and lifestyle of the country they adapt .
But the Islamic migrants try to exactly opposite. They rarely are of any use except to suck the benifits these countries and in return they reward it with jihad and threat of Islamification.Thats how grateful they are.

STOP Muslim immigration.

If they love their religon so much ask them to stay in their own countries and follow whatever babraric laws or religion they want to follow.

I agree, We do need to make Islam illegal in all civilised countries. There is no way of separating the terrorism from the "religion" the two are one and the same. Doing this would indeed force many Muslims to leave the UK and USA. We should start by closing all mosques. They are where these maniac mullahs persuade kids to blow themselves up. Any British born person becoming an Islamic terrorist is indeed guilty of treason. The mosques preaching it are inciting people to treason. It is a shame we cant send them to the Tower of London for summary dispatch anymore. We are now more civilised than that. What we must do is to expose this evil wherever we can, and raise public opinion against them. We then stand a chance of getting a government elected that will pass laws to protect us. That is how we do things in a democracy. We must also still be prepared however to fight to protect our democracies from overseas powers who wish us harm. We did this in the Cold War and triumphed. This was done by the UK and USA standing together when many others did not have the same resolve. We need the same spirit now, sadly though this war has already become somewhat hot. We cant fight it with our hands tied. Talk of "winning hearts and minds" did not work in Vietnam, it will certainly not work against Islam. Only superior Military force will achieve victory here. Being nice to these people is to them, just a sign of weakness. Speaking softly has not worked, good job we still have plenty of big sticks!

Our intelligence agencies here in the UK are monitoring them closely, the language is a problem and sadly seems to neccesitate using Moslem's as agents. Yes I'm sure the authorities do worry about the possibility of infiltration and traitors. There must be a very great risk that people we think are on our side are actually working against us. However I would hope that such double agents would simply disappear when identified, as I'm sure they did during the cold war.
The trouble is how does a non ethnic English speaking Brit or American operative infiltrate such things as mosques and suspect terror groups? Bloody difficult I would imagine. I certainly don't agree with the special treatment thing. That just is not right.

A difficult fight ahead people, still we wont give up our way of life to morons and murderers.

However I am curious - you tell me something I post is absolute bullshit and then ask for details so you can tell me what really happened. Most people would think that to make such an unequivocal statement would already know at least one version of what happened.

To go along with you out of curiosity. I do not have a name at the moment but the incident occurred somewhere in the Midlands and last year he got two and half years which was reduced to two years on appeal. I gather he was charged with “Aggravated racial assault” which as I understand it does not mean you actually physically assault the person.

So do let me know why it's complete bullshit that a BNP member whose name you do not know, who committed an offence which do not know about, against a person you have never heard of, but which didn't happen anyway, is not in jail. BUT if he is in jail it's for something quite different and he thoroughly deserves it.

What is really fascinating – apart from the fact that you know less about the case than I do - except that it is “Bullshit” - is that you ask for a name, which implies you have a list of all the BNP members who have been jailed or who are in jail at the moment to check against. That is very, very interesting - Just how many BNP members are in jail, you would probably say not enough, but who are they and what are they banged up for?

My starting point in this matter is that when I read your post I did not believe that a person would be jailed for two years for insulting another person.

Admittedly, this was a belief that was not based on hard facts.

Having ascertained what I believed to be the true facts of the case, I replied to your post. In hindsight, it does seem to me that my post was both over the top and unecessary.

Further, without the benefit of knowing the name of the individual concerned, my post was somewhat, shall we say, over confident.

In any event, at that time I did not wish to post anybody's name in relation to a racially aggravated assault if it could be avoided.

Upon reflection and in order to put the dispute between us to bed, I have changed my mind.

Below is an extract from the Worcester News, taken from the From the Droitwich Advertiser, first published Wednesday 11th Oct 2006.

"A man jailed for a race attack on the streets of Worcester has had his sentence slashed by top judges.

Kevin Hughes, of Clydesdale Road, Droitwich Spa, received a 30-month term at Worcester Crown Court after he was convicted of racially aggravated assault, causing actual bodily harm.

But Hughes' counsel, David Williams, argued that the sentence was too high for a race-related offence that was low down the scale' even in these clearly sensitive days'.

Mr Justice Holland - sitting with Judge Sir John Blofeld in London's Appeal Court - said he was reluctant to interfere' with a sentence imposed by a judge who was familiar with all the facts of the case.

But he concluded that the individual sentence imposed for the racially aggravated' element of the attack was excessive'.

The Appeal Court cut Hughes' sentence by six months, substituting a 24-month term.

The court heard how 46-year-old Hughes confronted hapless Kurdish refugee, Kameil Jasim, in New Street, Worcester, after midnight in December 2004, as Mr Jasim walked home.

Hughes made comments at Mr Jasim which he tried to ignore, but Hughes then added: "You shouldn't be in this country" before unleashing a barrage of five punches.

Mr Jasim fell to the ground under the onslaught, striking his head on the pavement, the court heard.

As he lay helpless on the ground, Hughes asked Mr Jasim if he was a Muslim before walking on, said Mr Justice Holland."

Now Fred, the above story is a very long way from
what you - essentially - initially posted; that a person had been imprisoned for two years for insulting another person.

That episode of the cartoons shows that Muslims are incapible of accepting free thought or speech. Their mindless bigotry is supported by state governments such as Suadi Arabia that impossed trade sanctions against Denmark and also served to " legitimise " the lync mob mentality.

Not a few hijacking exstreamist , but mainstream Islamic institutions are intolerant and down right affraid of free speech and free thought. A complete incompatibility with modern civilization.
