"Suicide attack targeting Shia procession kills 2 in Pak," from the Times of India:
ISLAMABAD: A suicide bomber intending to target a Shia procession on Monday blew himself up killing two people, including a policeman, and injuring seven others in Pakistan's Northwest Frontier province despite a heavy security blanket to check sectarian violence during Muharram.The suicide attack in Dera Ismail Khan is the third to rock Pakistan in the last four days and comes two days after another bombing left 14 people dead in the NWFP capital, Peshawar. "He had a bomb strapped to his stomach and blew himself up," a senior provincial official said.
State run PTV said the suicide bomber intended to target a Shia process procession taken out during Muharram period. The bomber apparently refused to be searched and detonated explosives strapped to his body, which killed three persons including the attacker and police officer....
The suicide bombers suspected to be from the extremist groups of Sunni sect target the processions taken out by Shias during the period. Pakistani police and para-military troops have been put on high alert throughout the country.

I have seen this in Bangkok about 8 0r 9 years ago.
Dozens of youngsters with drug offences in a police station cut their heads. That time I didn't know what to think about that.

Assalamau Laikum all,
Youm-i-Ashur, the 10th of Muharram, will be observed with reverence and religious solemnity in the country and Azad Kashmir on this coming Tuesday. Tazia, Alam and Zuljinah processions will be taken out in all cities and towns including my Lahore.
After passing through the traditional routes, the processions will terminate at the main imambargahs.
Ofcourse Zakirs and (shia) religious scholars will highlight the significance of the supreme sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions who laid down their lives for the supremacy of justice and righteousness....but it's part of Islam... right.
Mushi's armed forces will ensure that "Foolproof" security arrangements have been made around worship places to prevent any eventuality...although sadly some lund may get through here and there, such is the price Allah asks sometimes (note...not applicable if you are an Ahmadi).
This is a real shame as the tourist minister wants to attract 1 millions of peoples to Pak this year.
Slightly cut and bleeding heads, mensfolk "chaining and caning" themseles while marching may not be high on your list of attractions to see...never the less it is a surreal and facinating sight....at least once in a lifetime job. It opens your eyes (for some in more ways than one) to the faith and power that lies within Islam ...despite some of the petty differences.
You will see no such power within Christianity.

I remember when i was a CofC youngster we went to the Baptist church and beat the bejabbers out of the Baptits...........on the football field, baseball field and basketball court.......just dosen't compare with the sunni and shia.
shia murdering sunni and sunni murdering shia.....this is definitely win/win & win/win.
the feds should provide both sides with MOB's mounted in trucks and see which side can win out.....

I was not in jail put was at the police station that time and had a glimpse into the cell-area which were next to the office room. They were not locked in the cells but in the hall in the cell area.

What you characterize as faith and power WITHIN Islam is actually characteristic of classic demonic possession where you are possessed ON THE INSIDE, i.e. WITHIN, by demons dispatched by the entity that controls the death cult you are linked up with. Can he fill you with Love, Joy, and Peace as Jesus has done for me. Do have ANY assurance what will happen to you when you pass from this life? Jesus does wonderful things for me today and everyday!! Just quietly ask Him to come WITHIN, AND HE WILL!!

For God's sake will you stop referring to shias as muslims. As you can see the above link is from islamic thinkers, (two words that should not normally be seen in the same sentance).
Also will you stop refering to sunnis as moslems ?
We all know that the only true moslems are the Ahmadiyya!
In 1988 Mirza Tahir Ahmad Qadiani, Head of the Ahmadiyya Movement and Grandson of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, issued a challenge of Mubahila, in which he labeled the entire Muslim Ummah as Disbelievers and Liars.

I suggest looking up from the Bible Corinthians 4:18, and reflect on what it says. I could just write it, but wish you to seek after the truth, and hope you can indeed find it.

I prefer to think this describes the condition of a person taken by a demon, it is almost always the same in many of the conditions described above. It also mirrors conditions somtimes wrongfully stated to be mental disorders. This is for those who can have faith for it, and is my opinion.

.....Muslim law apparently does not allow the Ahmadis to even preach...It seems the Ahmadis have no power in either Christianity or Islam....The Ahmadis are in a lose,lose situation...
....Muslim upon Muslim violence occurs against the AHmadis...it appears Muslims do not consider the Ahmadis as Muslims...Does that make the Ahmadis "Infidels" in the eyes of Muslims..
