Come now, Mr. Naseem. Jews in Germany never said anything remotely like what the imams in the Dispatches video said. But of course, you know what you're doing. If you can hoodwink enough people into thinking that you're the victims, or even if you can occupy their attention long enough by making the claim, you can divert that attention away from what is actually going on in the mosques, and even prevent such undercover investigations in the future.

Birmingham’s most senior Muslim leader yesterday compared the political situation in Britain to that of Nazi Germany.Mohammad Naseem, chairman of the Birmingham Central Mosque, said that Muslims were being labelled as a threat like the Jews were under Hitler.
Speaking outside the mosque before Friday prayers, Dr Naseem said that Britain was turning into a police state, and accused the Government of “picking on” the Muslim community to pursue a political goal. “The German people were told Jews were a threat. The same thing is happening here,” he said.
Dr Naseem described the terror arrests in the city as an example of the Government justifying its political agenda and anti-terrorism laws. “This is a persecuting course of action that the Government has taken. They have invented this perception of a threat. To justify that, they have to maintain incidents to prove something is going on. There is dismay and people feel they are being persecuted unjustly.
“There is no reason for that. If there is a reason, the process should be open and for everybody to see what is happening.”
He called on police either to charge the nine men being detained or release them. “People are upset,” he went on. “If there is evidence either charge them or release them.
“If they (the police) have been working on this for six months, what is the delay?”
Were it proved that the men were a threat, the community would accept that, he added.
“I do trust the West Midlands Police — but the orders are coming from the political establishment. Blair is under suspicion himself.
“I am asking people to be calm. They (the community) believe they have been wrongly arrested — they can’t see the reason for it. That is why people are upset.”
Asking people to be calm, eh? Looks like just the opposite to me.

One guy is stuttering and the other one whining and of course both are complaining, exuses and excuses, but no single condemination of the truth uncovered.

Mr. Naseem has been shamelessly comparing the situation of Muslims in the UK to that of Jews in Germany under Hitler for some time. I quoted some of Mr. Naseem's more preposterous remarks in Ratko Mladic: Tragic Hero (Unwritten History, NY: 2006). He just keeps repeating his lunatic accusations to any media outlet that will listen to him

This vile cleric should point out any bombing or terrorism by the Jews "under Hitler". When did Jewish terrorists twice plot and once succeed to mass murder Germans on public transport? Not to mention mass murder on trains in Spain and India by Muslims.

The exact opposite is happening. It's the Muslim community that his harboring the totalitarian thugs but this time many are watching, including the British police, and doing something about it before these beasts inflict murder upon innocents as the Nazis did.
As far as jumping conclusions and presenting evidence before the case is taken to court could damage the prosecution. If Naseem really has faith in the British police, let them do their work instead of offering his own propaganda without knowing all the facts as he states.
Because of the PC press and British polticians, the police have to be damn sure that all evidence is in place. That's why it took six months before they caged these thugs.

So the problem with Muslim terror is that people are told about it? Incidents are just fabricated? Come on, Mr Naseem. Muslim terror is for real. People are loosing their heads...for real. Real blood. Real death. Members of your religion have proven again and again that their threats are for real. Not just in far-away Iraq, Afghanistan or Cashmere but also in Europe, in England.
The London bombings are no fabrication. Not every single terror plot might actually be one but sadly the track record of Muslim terror can't be denied. That's why the anti terror laws exists. To prevent further atrocities. They are there to protect the people - nonmulims as well as muslims
So please don't twist the logic.
Antiterror laws are the answer to terror and threats of terror and not viceversa. And yes - police investigations happen to target mainly muslims. Why? Because there's an undeniable track record of terror plotted in the name of islam.
And it's by its very nature very unlikely to be plotted by buddhists, hindus, sikhs, christians or atheists.
Antiterror laws won't - hopefully - be removed as long as their raison d'etre - the terror doesn't stop. So preventing terror should be the top priority.
So instead of blaming the laws and authorities you and your community should better give the authorities a hand and help to track down terrorists and would-be terrorists.
And please stop abusing the Jews for victimizing yourself. Take responsibility for yourself and your community instead of blaming others. It's people like you who can influence the perception of islam - for the better as well as for the worse. Try to do it for the better. Preventing further terror comitted in the name of your religion should be your utmost priority. At any cost. Even for the prize of wrong suspicions. There simply is too much at stake.

Hundreds of leaflets urging Muslims to become terrorist fight-ers have been distributed at a Midland mosque.
Police have been called in to investigate after the flyers were found at Birmingham Central Mosque last week.
The leaflets urge worshippers to become Mujahideen fighters and ask them to 'pray for death and decay to be visited upon the West'.
The literature bears the name of a group called Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamah, which mosque officials say is often used as an alias for the Al Muhajiroun group.
Al Muhajiroun, a small radical organisation which has called for a British Islamic state, has been accused of inciting terrorism, anti-Semitism and homophobia.

Also less than a month after the July 7th 2005 bombings apparently Naseem Muhammed compared Blair to Hitler when the Prime Minister proposed that mosques that preach hatred should be closed down and the imans deported.

I wonder if this Mr Naseem read the following in The Times yesterday:
"Anti-Semitic attacks rose to record levels [in the UK] last year. ... synagogues had been daubed with graffiti, hatemail had been received and people subjected to insults. In all, 594 anti-Semitic incidents were recorded, up by 31 per cent sine 2005. It is the highest level since the trust began recording in 1984, and 12 per cent more than the previous record in 2004."
And this against a peaceful, valuable and patriotic section of the British population. If there is any parallel with Nazi Germany, it is here, not in any imagined "Islamophobia".
And incidentally, I am not Jewish.

Mr. PC Blair who let all the Muslims in the UK to begin with, DEPORT the Imams and while you're at it deport all of the Muslims back to their original Islamic countries.

The truth is, Dr. Naseem, Muslims really are a threat. We have countless acts of terror by Muslems as evidence of that. If people are being told that Muslims are a threat, they're only being told what they already know.
You would have been more accurate had you compared Muslims to thhe Nazis, not their victims.
As for Britain turning into a police state, isn't that what you're looking for, an Islamic police state? You wouldn't be so upset if the police were Muslims enforcing Sharia on the non-Muslim population.

The comparison to the Jews is ludicrous. When did a Jew ever wage holy war on the entire world with the aim of making everybody Jewish? When did a Jew ever come into my country and tell me I can't eat bacon and ham? When did a Jew ever demand that I give up my God-given rights and accept "dhimmi status?" When did a Jew ever tell me what books I can and can't read, or what I can or can't say or think? The answer to all of the above questions is "NEVER." The reason this site exists is because we have a problem with the muslims and the actions of the muslims, not the Jews.

Another Liar for Allah. When is the last time a Moslem was lynched in Europe? When is the last time millions were murdered because they were Moslem? Hard evidence proves (Scotland Yard stats) that after the immam's sermons, Jews are more likely to be brutalized by the immam's faithful followers, than Moslems by anyone else.
Perhaps the learned immam is projecting what the west will do to Moslems because the jig is up. Camcorders prove what this lying vermin intended for non Moslems in Britain. It was not to live in peace with my Moslem brothers. Most Moslems keep no secret of their belief in violence to tame the Kufir.
Perhaps the Immam is projecting that as Europeans learn the real conspiracies being planned by the Elders of Islam in accordance with the real Koranic Protocols of Mecca, Islam may fear what European non Moslems may do this time around. Perhaps the Immam is afraid that what the Nazis did to Jews will pale to what Europeans will do to Moslems when they discover there are protocols of the elders of islam which advocate to kill or enslave your family, here and now! Perhaps the Immam is afraid that the Europeans will decide that Moslems need to be treated the way the Bosnian Serbs treated them before the United Nations put a stop to it. In the conflict between Bosnia serbs and moslems, few people looked at the history of atrocities that the Moslems had previously perpetrated on Slavic Serbs of Bosnia. Indeed, few remember that the word slave, was invented when the Moslems grabbed miles and miles of "Slavs" or "Slaves" being all those human cows, the bounty of Allah, to kill or enslave as the Moslem deemed fit.
