Not very secret anymore, is it? "Hizbullah has the right to secretly transfer arms," from the Jerusalem Post and Associated Press:
Hizbullah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah said Friday that the terror organization "had the right to secretly transfer arms in order to hide them from the Israeli enemy."
Nasrallah said in yet another televised speech that he would not forgive Lebanon for confiscating one of the group's trucks last week which was carrying weapons to the group.
Speaking at an event commemorating the death of Abbas Musawi, Nasrallah's predecessor, he admitted that "Hizbullah has many types of weapons," and that he is "ready to give the Lebanese army weapons if needed."
He would not forgive anyone who confiscated even one bullet, he added, referring to the government.
Hizbullah, he said, had been willing to join forces with the Lebanese army during the latest clashes between the army and the IDF on the northern border.
"In Maroun al-Ras we were ready to join and assist the officers and soldiers of the Lebanese army. If another conflict breaks out, our weapons, our blood and our youth will stand with Lebanon's army," he insisted.
He vowed to continue the opposition campaign to force Prime Minister Fuad Saniora to share power or step down. Nasrallah said he was confident of eventual triumph, claiming the group had the resources for it.
"No one should imagine that the opposition's coffers have emptied," he said. "If the (demands) are not met, the opposition will continue its actions by means which it finds appropriate."

So, why doesn't the youth of Nasrullah's Shi'ite community, if it wishes to stand with the Lebanese Army, join the Lebanese Army and stand beside and with the Sunnis, Maronites, Eastern Orthodox, and Druze youth of Lebanon? perhaps Nasrullah fears Shi'ite young men taking orders from someone outside their own community? He has basically declared that his commmunity wishes to be a state within a state--and will arm itself to the teeth in order to become one. Indeed, this is what it has already done.

...more like an Iranian stooge....it is interesting that the Lebanese army can readily find an illegal arms shipment in an open truck, where as thousands of UN "peacekeepers" sent to monitor such activity have difficulty in finding their socks in the morning...do the UN peacekeepers has photos of Nasarallah hanging on the walls of their barracks?....I think the UN peacekeepers are in Lebanon just to collect paychecks...I believe they are terrified of the possibility of one day having to actually fire a bullet at a real person who will shoot back....
...Do the Lebanese people want to be free from Islamic oppression or are they just content to go with the flow?.....
....From Crosby,Stills,Nash, and Young....."You will find the cost of freedom, buried in the ground".....

Probably a dump truck full of rocks. Muslims seem to have a real problem with rocks.

"Nasrallah: "Hizballah has the right to secretly transfer arms"
....Olmert: Israel has the right to openly slay those who use those arms.....

And the rest of the world has the right to 'secretly' turn the Middle East into a glass parking lot.
No one is going to miss the ugly, dusty, blood-soaked, dreary old Middle East (OR Islam). Why not just get it over with NOW.

During that huge rally in Lebanon last December, Israel and America missed a golden opportunity to have Nasrallah take the dirt nap. Massive collateral fatalaties might not have been such a bad idea either. By neglecting to punish vocal support for terrorism, we encourage its growth. And we all know that growths like this often end up requiring radiation treatment.

From the article
Nasrallah said in yet another televised speech that "Hizbullah has many types of weapons," and that he is "ready to give the Lebanese army weapons if needed." He would not forgive anyone who confiscated even one bullet, he added, referring to the [Lebanese] government.
What a holy man. Nasrallah is a Shi'a cleric. He spent his entire life studying and interpreting the Qur'an and the ahadith. If he doesn't understand the teachings of Islam, who does? Who misunderstands Islam: Nasrallah, or Bush-Blair? This man who is privy to the intentions of Allah, this man who is able to provide copious Qur'anic quotations to justify his beliefs, rages and threatens if a single bullet is confiscated, if weapons are not immediately distributed to people who will use them to kill unarmed civilians. Who is the misunderstanderer of Islam? Who claims that Islam and Christianity and Judaism share a common ideology?

The problem with Hezbollah is acts and IS a private army with Lebanon. It is unaccountable to the government of Lebanon.
I believe that *NO* country in the world should unaccountable groups that do not answer the appointed Government of the country. In most democratic countries, the Military, the Police Force, the Judicary, the Government are accountable to the people.
With regards to:
"he would not forgive Lebanon for confiscating one of the group's trucks"
Who the hell does Nasrallah think he is?
It is due to Hezbollah's unilateral action last year kidnapping 2 Israeli soldiers that plunged Lebanon into an unnecessary war.
I long to see Lebanon standing on its own 2 feet, not interfered with by Syria, Iran or Hezbollah, or Israel (which I have no doubt peace is possible with), a viable country.

Why is nostrills still alive ?
We could use the death of rich targets like him for benchmarks (what the Dems want) or indications that we are on the way to a saner world.
