Morocco: Suicide bomber strikes internet cafe

RICK: Sam, if it's December 1941 in Casablanca, what time is it in New York?

SAM: Uh, my watch stopped.

RICK: I bet they're asleep in New York. I'll bet they're asleep all over America.

"Suicide bomber strikes internet cafe," from AFP, with thanks to JE:

A suicide bomber blew himself up, wounding up to three other people, after being prohibited from consulting radical websites at a Casablanca Internet cafe, Moroccan officials and police said today.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack yesterday evening, in which the bomber was killed.

Two people entered the Internet cafe in the Casablanca suburb of Sidi Moumen and tried to access radical websites, but were prohibited from doing so by the son of the cafe's owner, police said.

"One of the two individuals was then blown apart by explosives hidden under his clothes and died on the spot," said a police official.

In Morocco the Jihadis want to use the internet cafés. While in Gaza they blow them up for degenerating the faithful.

45 internet café bombings in Gaza since December 1. A group called the Swords of Islamic Righteousness has claimed responsibility for the attacks.

Some interesting news:

A recent poll in France (THE Muslim country in Europe) showed, that only 3 percent of the population consider themselves as Muslims.

and:
Muslims converts face ostracism in France

Muslims are converting to Christianity in their thousands in France but face exclusion from their families and even death threats.

Most Muslims hide their conversion and Protestant ministers do their utmost to protect new converts. It is estimated that every year in the world some six million Muslims convert to Christianity.

The Muezzin call to prayer. But here in France it is no longer reaching all Muslim ears.

Around 15,000 Muslims each year are converting to Christianity - around 10,000 to Catholicism and 5,000 to Protestantism.

It is often a difficult and painful choice - one that can leave them excluded from their Muslim families and friends.

Pastor Schluster knows what a real taboo conversion is in the Arab world. His job is to support converts by meeting them to reassure them and help them face the isolation from their families.

Pastor Antoine Schluster, official representative of Protestant Federation for New Convert Immigrants, said "True, a conversion is not easy for the Muslims whether they are practising or not. Simply because Islam influences their daily life. And therefore they immediately have a sense of betrayal."

Comedian Siad Oujibou used to pray five times a day but found his questions about death and his desire for a God closer to him than Allah moved him to convert. He is now a Christian pastor.

But he has faced many reprisals and humiliations from his family and was even under a sentence of death.

Said Oujibou, Protestant Pastor, comedian and convert, said "We are under this law if we change our faith. In certain countries would be condemned to death because we have converted. But I haven't changed my religion. I don't believe in religion, I believe in God. And God and religion are two very different things."

Many Muslims in France hide their conversion but the trend is continuing. World wide around six million Muslims a year convert to Christianity.

Was the exploding fool so needful of his islamic fix that he was desperate to protest in the only way he knew how, or was he, in his own mind, advancing the cursed islamic cause ?

Reside forever in hell you bastard.

islam just is a most evil ideology, whether in Dearborne or Casablanca.

Eh Ibrahim ?

Great job on Toronto radio Mr Spencer!

BTW didn't Palestinian jihadis take out the internet cafes? Now why would they do something like that? If only we could show them the real GOOD side of the WEST, they would all cease and desist! Right D'Nesh?

another muslim shows his displeasure with being told no...........and blows himself up and harms others..........

standard operating procedure for the mos..........

The more the Moors keep to themselves and fail to engage the rest of the world, the easier it will be to kick their asses.

2007 remake of Casablanca:

Rick: "Of all the internet cafes in all the towns in the world, he walks into mine and blows it up."

2007 remake of Casablanca:

Prefect of Police:

"I'm shocked, I'm shocked, I'm shocked I tell you. Islamic fundamentalism in an Ummah cafe?" (as the prefect of police sends a duplicate copy of his report to Ben Laden penning surreptitiously this is going to be the beginning of a great relationship)!

"Round up the usual infidels."

...it goes to show, Muslims consider the internet as much of an enemy of Islam as a full armed coalition marine....and besides Muslims hate education and the truth...you can get both off the internet.....Muslims really hate it when the truth is availiable....especially when it is availiable to Muslims......

Nothing like a Muslim being told NO, having a three year old tantrum and in their case blowing themselves and others up.

I guess he doesn't get the honey river and virgins though as he just committed murder in dying.

Wonder if Uncle Bob Bennet the lawyer has read this or some other huckster as some big Muslim franchise like al Jazeera or Hamas could be sued for broadcasting the gloria of martyrdom and this poor sod only got the glory part.
The Islamic family has a wrongful death case in jihad did not educate this terror turban enough.

Remake of Casablanca 2007

Suicide bomber in Cafe - "But I've got a job to do, too. Where I'm going, you can't follow. What I've got to do, you can't be any part of.

I'm no good at being noble, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of these three little bloggers don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll understand that. Now, now... Here's looking at you kid."

Great, now I've got "As Time Goes By" stuck in my head.

Posted by: kelisw [TypeKey Profile Page] at March 12, 2007 1:29 PM

now I remember singing as he was denied access to the violent jihadist websites:

This could be the last time
this could be the last time
maybe the last time, I don't know...

....after pulling the cord, he knew...

News here in Spain reveal that one of the criminals had been involved already in the Casablanca bomb years ago, and that he was sentenced to five years jail getting his freedom recently.
Also, the memorial monument built to remind the victims of the mentioned bomb, was destroyed in Tanger recently.
What a big mess such a religion of peace.

One more down; a billion more to go. The poor sap obviously hadn't heard about the severe shortage of virgins in Muslim Paradise.

Actually, if we subtract the moderate Muslims, there is only about 990 million to go.

Play it again Mo.

Someone needs to convince these people to go off by themselves and test those suicide belts, first, for the success of their mission.

Posted by: Catawhumpus

The correct term is 'homicide belts'.

Daniel,

I sure hope you're figures are right. Conversion is the only real way to end the threat Islam poses to the Western world.

Frankly, I'm doubtful, but cautiously hopeful.
