To CAIR:
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." [Samuel Adams]

I am glad that Robert pounced on the St Petersburg declaration in this week's hot air piece. I believe that the declaration is a genuine attempt to build a coalition of moderate muslims and create a theological basis for opposing jihad orthodoxy.
I'd also like to see him single out some of the St Petersburg coalition as recognizable examples of "moderate muslims" that deserve our support. By doing so, he'd do a better job of bursting D'Sousa's criticism that Robert does not believe any moderate muslims exist.

This internet video is the most important Robert Spencer has put up. It is so because it is inescapable for CAIR and the rest. Every time there is a problem with regards to the Islamic problem in the Modern World on the internet, it should be linked to, and the questions he asks raised.
LET THE DIALOG BEGIN! Indeed. Open dialog is exactly what CAIR and the jihadists are scared of in America -- as this will be their downfall and the begining of the end for outdated traditional Islam. Unfortunately for them, that's what America is all about. The St. Petersburg Declaration should be the seminal document driven home and brought up for affirmation each and every time CAIR and the jihadists and the pseudo-academics (who demonstrate they don't believe in academic freedom) and journalists apparently in the pay of Saudi and other Islamic anti-human rights apologists, or seemingly under threat by them, open their mouths. All must only point to this document and ask plainly and openly in any debate: Do you support the Declaration?

Who says Islam need reform?
Islam has been perfected, Murder, intimidation theft , rape and lies and terrorism to make Islam the only legal system on earth. It works .Not the system just the jihad.

Where does CAIR stand on Islamic reform?
answer: the neck.

The only dialogue CAIR wants is with Americans who have no clue about Islam. Here it is easy to perform their dog and pony show. However, begin to answer questions from Ex Muslims who know the ins and outs of Muslim trickery-never. Like vampires they will scream and tremble in the light of Truth.

CAIR wants all infidels clueless on islam, and bring in sharia. l say let it be known, and then take them down.

Islamic orthodox leaders deny, and do not appreciate, the significance of the subjective thoughts and encounters, their fellow-Muslims have with Islam. They are not interested in the experiences of Muslims. They are not interested in a further investigation of Islam.
The Secular Islam Summit in St. Petersburg, Florida, was held by practicing, and non-practicing, Muslims. Participants voiced their concerns about Islam. Any time and effort dedicated to a potential Islamic Reformation, is heroic and significant.
Muslim leaders can create better expectations and experiences with Islam, in the 21st Century. They can fill the gaps between expectations and experience.
