Then only through the use of democracy when the numbers to win the election is available can we "win" over the infedel....trust me on this brother...this is the end game and we can win it ...but only through peace.

Yes it is true that there are no democracies in any muslim lands.

While the I know not the true reason why...I suspect that this is down to domination of a particular tribe/sect over the other....rather than sharia/democracy per-say.

You know, once a sect is in power ...they want to stay there...regardless of capability. So it is likely that on this basis that democracy may never take fruition in any muslim land ...ever.

BUT...Allah T'allah in his infinite wisdom has created democracy...in Infedel lands.

So now here is the opportunity of Allah's SWT chosen to establish themselves...centrally within that democracy.

I would like to see one giant experiment in my life....that of muslims taking over a democracy ...and then moulding it into what they will. The Amerike or UK would be an ideal vechicle for such an experiment.

Let muslims/wuslims take power there and make of it what they will...it is my belief that tenets of sharia will be brought in...so we will see a happy mix of shariat & democracy...a win..win situation....Allah's divine laws mixed with laws cast in stone by the founding fathers through trial and error.

What could be better than this?...certainly not Hindooism...that has already been rejected by muslims...the end game inheritors of the earth

It is by Allah's grace that this has not happened to me. Ofcourse I cannot fully answer such a question ...for obvious reasons.

As a woman being weaker than the man/men who would have carried out the rape physical punishment is probably out...so I would be looking to see the state exact an appropriate sentence....failing that I would like to see divine justice take place.

At the moment rape is difficult when you apply sharia...finding 4 men who witnessed the rape AND are willing to testify is a nonsense. This is failing the muslimas and needs to change...and if that means ditching a particular hadith to make things fairer for womens...then so be it...ditch it....some aspects of Islam have to modernise to attract the kaffur anyway.

This is what I mean that sharia and democracy can carry the day for peace. Mensfolk could perhaps marry more than one...which would make them happier....there's the sharia bit.

The bottom line is that there can be no substitute for peace....when violence takes place...it can only be stopped through peace....more violence cannot solve this.

Wrong, in America a rapist once exposed prays for the police to arrest him. Otherwise the upstanding citizens will do the job law enforcement fails to do. I believe we have the answer as to why they are mirror images of America’s most notorious serial killers, what an uncivilization, animals behave better than that.

Naseem I wish I had not chosen the rape thing as an example when Iraq and afghanistan are there for everyone to see. I personally think the shariah decreed by the all knowing, all merciful God is perfect in requiring 4 reliable witnesses as the consequences for the accused are so serious. An Islamic court musn't rule out other forms of evidence like DNA, FINGER PRINTING to nail the accused. These things should only give weight.

But lets return to our subject of peace. See Iraq, your brothers and sisters dieing in their thousands as a direct result of the kuffar invasion. What do you do in this instance? Do you negotiate with the rapists to leave Iraq while still on top of you or do you fight back with all means at your disposal? I think any sensable person will opt for the latter.

I have a quick word or two for my proud-hindu. My friend, you are a Mushreek, the worst of kinds on earth, you still have the filthy fore-skin on you, you worship stones and wood which you curved yourselves, how dumb do you have to not be to understand stones curved like penises and vaginas in India cannot HEAR or Respond ??? I too wish that the rape issue was not brought up, but since you brought it up so I would like to ask you one question about it.

I personally fail to see the perfectness of this.

Why are 4 required if DNA can prove the crime. Forgive me...but allah forbid what if it happend to your wife ....and say only two witness came forward...but you absolutely knew that the said person was guilty...because of DNA say. Would you now NOT ask the person to be brought to justice simply for lack of 4 witnesses....being devout does not mean you should be blind too....surely you can see the merit of this.

Forgive me for making the point in this manner brother...I do not mean to offend.

As for Iraq...this is a complex situation. I think the Amerike is there to ensure his own survival. Fighting in Iraq is preferable to him then fighting in the Amerike.

One cannot however be blind to the fact that most muslims dying there are killed by other muslims....to ignore this fact is tantamount to being blind.

Violence cannot be the way forward....getting the best weapons to rid the Amerike from there will simply be followed by muslims killing each other every which way....to deny this is tantamount to being blind.

The best way forward...has not been found yet, perhaps in time when enough peoples have been killed ...they will turn to my solution ....peace...democray + sharia.

Do you not believe the Quran is from Allah? Or do you not have complete faith in the perfectness of Allah's laws even though our human minds cannot comprehend the infinite wisdom of Allah's law? I have complete faith in what Allah and his messenger tell the believers. Dear sister Naseem, have you forgotten when Allah ordered Ibrahim(pbuh) to slaughter his son? What was Ibrahim's response? That should be ours too.

To call for democracy to run along side shariah is no different to calling on other gods besides Allah. Again I stress there is nothing wrong in using DNA evidence in court, circumstantial evidece, finger printing etc but these in no replace Allah's decree. Sis, see the bigger picture, why would a pure sister be in the company of non-muhrim men all by herself?

As for Iraq, I have to know Naseem is a pacifist. Naseem, do you reject struggle against evil through fighting?

I have such faith in Allah T'allah. It has not been shaken despite being on this website for over 3 years or the fact that my shor Anwer got cruelly taken away a year after being badly injured in the earthquake in Pak.

But I refuse to be blind ...this is in line with the behaviour of our glorious messenger Muhd PBUH
himself. Are there not suras that have been abrogated in the Quaran, are there not suras which have been superceded...why is this?

Were the earlier suras not good enough? I am not blaspheming by asking this question....I am merely acknowleging that our prophet was not blind to change...through the goodness of Allah SWT...things changed....suras were over ruled.

Similarly, I do not believe that looking for the good in peoples is against the teachings of Islam...indeed this is what Allah SWT instructed. "by doing good"...he said "it is like you are benifitting the whole of mankind"....this is what our prophet stood for, he protected the womens and childrens of his enemies afther their death...why would he do that if he did not have the intention of good in his heart.

By exposing a rapist to the authorities without 4 witnesses ...and putting him in jail... he cannot harm other womens... is that not spreading good for mankind....therefore this is NOT against the teaching of our prophet...it is the interpetration that is different.

So I study the suras...and try to look for the best meaning....one that benefits mankind...and that is how I try to interpret it.

Democracy is not all bad....can you say that Allah SWT did not give the kafur the mental capacity to develop it...is this against our teachings ....no.

But what is bad ...is the lack of control in democracy...slutty wild womens uncovering their meats for example...these womens have to be brought to the fold ...to the hijab ...to Allah's favour if you will.

You are not going to achieve this by assuming that kafur womens are wholly evil and thus need to be eliminated. NO, they need to be cajoled, persuaded with the correct environment (sharia + democracy)to join Islam and be wives for our oncoming generations.

The failing of democracy can be covered by sharia...this is why this is such a powerful mix.

This is good for humankind, good for our Islamic childrens...and therefore CANNOT be against the teaching of Muhd PBUH can it?

Brother...I am a good person...as islam wants me to be ...you too can be a good person...as Islam wants you to be....just don't be blind!

...i suspect a sensible person would stop killing his brothers and sisters, seek a peacefull settlement, and try to rejoin being a contributing member of the human race....the only way to stop the killing of muslims is for the muslims to stop killing the muslims....

Well here is a fine example of a muslim fanatic whose mental faculties has been dulled by constant pounding of his head on a hard surface ...

Typical of most islamist lunatics he places the blame of rape solely on the woman. His goat sized brain tells him that the woman got raped because she was with unrelated men. A similar lunatic, a prominent mullah in Australia, now known as the "meat cleric" claimed that women get raped because the exposed their "meat".

Muslim fanatics often forget the following:

(1) Women dressed in bikinis or nude on beaches do not get raped. Most rape victims are raped by relatives, fathers, neighbours or are raped during a break in. Many get raped in war. If the meat cleric is true then every day thousands of western women must be getting raped every hour.
That is evidently not the case.

(2) The meat cleric, when he says that the "cats" eat the uncovered meat, is indirectly saying that Muslim men are sexual perverts and will jump at any woman who so much as exposes a bit of hair (hence hair cannot be exposed in Saudi). Looks like this is true as most rape cases in Denmark and Norway are committed by muslim men. Maybe muslim men have to cover fully in a Burkha to hide from lusty muslim males. There are a billion uncovered non-muslim women and the infidel men dont rape them by the dozens...

Sadly the poor woman is the victim of Islam ! The way the Taliban raped them is so shameful.

And then there is this plaintive cry of the more moderate muslim like Naseem : "...this is NOT against the teaching of our prophet...it is the interpetration that is different."

What a confused bunch these muslim fanatics are !

Maybe Islam should institute controlled castration. You could have the upper class men (if there are any) set aside to be the breeders and they could just inseminate to their hearts content all day long, seeing that they are more equal than others, and then castrate the rest of the Muslim men since obviously the sex act is such an obstacle to them reaching paradise and being in the presence of Allah. It would save on dry cleaning for those stinkin' old burqas, the farm animals would be grateful and since Mohammad made up the whole thing about the 72 virgins once they get to heaven, Muslim men could simply make up the idea that their penises will grow back in time for the big, eternal orgy. Problem solved and everybody is happy.
