He wasn't involved in terrorist activity, he said. He just threw a bomb at a bus full of Israeli civilians, that's all.

A Palestinian-born Collierville resident, who admitted to flinging Molotov cocktails at Israeli civilians and soldiers 17 years ago, is getting kicked out of the country.Bassam Darwishahmad pleaded guilty in federal court in Downtown Memphis Tuesday to one count of making false statements in a petition for permanent resident alien status.
In an agreement between federal prosecutors and his attorney, Mark Mesler, Darwishahmad agreed to leave the country immediately.
When asked by federal agents whether he had ever been associated with any terrorist activity, he said he had not.
Later, he admitted he was recruited by an arm of the Palestine Liberation Organization and was part of a conspiracy to bomb an Israeli police station in Nablus, in the West Bank.
He also admitted to throwing a bomb at a bus full of Israeli civilians and throwing Molotov cocktails at Israeli soldiers.

new rules for any muslim coming into the country, is to hug the Iraeli flag. l think it will bring numbers down real fast.. but that is a pipedream.

I think he answered truly when he said he had never done a terrorist activity. He doesnt think bombing a bus load of JEWS is a terrorist act. Just an act of pest extermination.

geesh, when will we learn??!! If we include the word, terrorist, in accusing him of things - of course he is going to deny it all!! He is a jihadist, a muslim. But, our PC society will not allow us to ask, or say, such a thing.
At least he is being given the boot. I bet we hear more about this on the news than the violence that he perpetrated, and other muslims perpetrate, against non-muslims. Oh tsk tsk, the poor widdle muzzie.

Big deal! There are probably several hundred thousand like him in this country today. Drip. drip, drip. We'll be fighting in the streets in a few years at this rate of discovery. Maybe, that's the only way to stop the inflow?

...they have it partially figured out...they still hate America, but they have discovered they stand a better chance of staying alive if they remain in America....

Every now and again the Feds get it right. Let's give credit where credit is due. The article lacks a great deal of information, but clearly someone within the Gov't figured out this guy lied on his application for permanent residency. The scum will be sent back to Gaza or West Bank. Well done.

This worm needs to be wrung dry by our intelligence agencies. He's had years in the US to possibly network and recruit other jihadists.
When we have documented confessions we turn him over to the only authority from where he comes--Israel.

Too bad our guys can't get their way...and deport him to a new residency along the mid-atlantic ridge...but I doubt that "Shark bait" is a town.
We jokingly envisioned a scene where we cross in a C-130, open the back door mid-flight, suddenly nose up, as we're shackled in, and he's not...we slap a slice of bacon onto his chest as he flies out the back and the picture caption reads:
"Oooops! Dropped one!"
...and that's the NICE version! lol

This troubles me since the Bush administration has just advised the UN that it is willing to take in 7,000 Palestinian refugees.
I thought the whole point of fighting the war on terror was to fight them over there?
