Where did he get the idea that he should join the jihad in Somalia? Was it in Tinton Falls, N.J.? Is the ideology of jihad violence taught in mosques there? Does anyone know? Does anyone care?

NAIROBI, Kenya, April 13 — Amir Mohamed Meshal, an American terrorism suspect jailed in Ethiopia, appeared in front of a military tribunal there on Friday, but Ethiopian officials did not disclose the outcome.Amir Mohamed Meshal, of Tinton Falls, N.J., was arrested at Somalia’s border with Kenya. Ethiopian officials say he was fighting for Islamists.
Mr. Meshal, a community college dropout from Tinton Falls, N.J., has been in detention since late January, when he tried to escape the war in Somalia and was arrested at the Kenyan border. A few weeks later, Ethiopian officials said, he was deported to a prison in Ethiopia, along with several other foreign citizens who had joined Somalia’s Islamist movement and fled after Ethiopian forces routed the Islamists.

Still, American officials remained confident that Mr. Meshal would be released soon. This week, American officials said that there was no evidence Mr. Meshal had committed any crimes in Somalia and that they were pressing the Ethiopians to expedite his release.
Mr. Meshal’s name appeared on a Homeland Security Department’s watch list of potentially dangerous passengers, which threatened to delay his return to the United States. But one American official involved in negotiating Mr. Meshal’s travel situation said Friday that “it will get worked out.”

I surely would like to have the names of said 'American officials". Why in the world would we want this POS released?

Do we have to wait until the "potentially dangerous" becomes an event? Ethiopian 'detention' sounds about right to me.
I don't want my tax dollars paying for anything regarding this creep.

I think I will start keeping a tab on these incidents just in case there is a pattern.
Tenn. has a guy sent back to the olde country for being a Jihadist.
Clarksville,Tenn. has the first bacon as a weapon hate crime within a few days.
NJ has a guy accused of being a jihadist. NJ Governor gets run off the highway by persons unknown who fled the scene of a horrific crash.
Anyone have any others that seem to follow like that?
Don't get me wrong. I am NOT saying these things are related in any way. I simple want to keep track just in case in the bright light of 20-20 hindsight they turn out to be.
Of course, the attack on Don Imus was only motivated by wanting to make sure that people in America know better than to say something That is bigoted against ANY race, creed or religion. the more legal precedent for the "hate crime" the more people can be prosecuted for it.

Please excuse if this seems too simple minded question but...
What if for some reason, say, curiousity, I want to see what goes on in a particular mosque, in a particular nieghborhood in Anytown, USA. Would I be able to just waltz right in and take a seat ( or prostrate myself) with the rest of the gang to observe?
Has anyone here ever tried? What result? Of course this will probably depend on what the Koran says about it and mine is unavailable at the moment ( and no I didn't stuff it with bacon and leave on the stairs of the local mosque. ;-0)
(of course before entering I would conceal my bowie knife and uzi beneath my trenchcoat - for protective, defensive purposes, of course).

goes to show you losers are atracted to islam, and since he was most likely illertate could not finish college and islam filled that void for mindless people.
l hope the officials in Ethiopia jail him for life and or firing squad.

Waste of Tax money. He commited his crimes in Ethiopia. Let him be judged by Ethiopians.
They know better than we do how to deal with jihadists. They've been under constant assault by islam for 1400 years.
PS. hat do Rastafarians think about the islamic encroachment on Ethiopia.. if they don't care what happens anywhere else.. how do they feel about Ethiopia?
