As a long time jail and prison Chaplain and Pastor in the U.S., I have witnessed the dramatic increase in Islam in the prisons.

Some large states such as Texas and California have whole prisons that are "ad-seg" prisons just for gang members and jihadis. The states call ad-seg what we used to call solitary confinement.

Pray that the "P.C." judges wont release them anytime soon.

You need to stick around Jihadwatch. I am very very serious. What you are describing to us MUST be heard and made known to the mainstream.

I just came home from a very fun night out on the town. We met some really cool happy-go-lucky "orthodox" Jewish kids and I was thinking to myself: If only they knew the danger they and we all are really in. So innocent they were.. from nice families all across the USA.. LA.. Florida.. And I hooked them up with drinks..

They were cavorting and kissing and having good fun as anyone young deserves to have..

I wondered.. do they **KNOW**?

Do they really feel as safe as their demeanor suggested?

They should feel this safe. I wish we all could feel safe like they did.. sweetly in throes of romance..

All the while the Monster grows..

I am feeling rather depressed thinking this way right about now..

It also doesn't hurt recruiting among the inmates that Islam's ideal of the "perfect man" is a murdering, raping, pedophile, thief, with mental delusions.

A key feature of recruiting men to Islam is the promise of pedophilic sex, lotsa pedophilic sex, if one dies commiting felonies on behalf of Allah.

But there is the tradition of not being able to cash in on the promised piles of 11 yr old sweehearts if one is not clean at the moment of death.

So why aren't we coating our ammo and ordnance, all types of shells, in swine's blood, and advertising that practice?

Dying into a pile of 72 underange girls is one thing, not attractive to me, but is quite attractive to men of the character seen in prison, the sort who would naturally embrace Islam.

Dying into an abyss of rejection and perfidy is less motivating.

This is all the more reason why career/habitual criminals should be executed. The original idea of the penitentiary, as convceived by Quaker reformers, was that prisons would cause repentence. This may have been workable in a culture surrounded by Christian influences (even though the penitentiary system hasn't a shred of suppot in either the Old or New testaments); but in our supposedly "humane" and secular culture, penitentiaries have become nothing but universities of criminality. It seems that OZ is going through the same troubles with Islam in prison that America went through.

I have an aunt who has worked with prison inmates for about 30 years and she told me that the true criminal mind never takes any responsibility for hurting a victim. Harm to the victim is always rationalized as being the fault of the victim. The perceptions created in Islam by the belief-system, the consequent rationalizations, remind me of her descriptions of the criminal mind. Even murder is justified by the criminal mind as something deserved by the victim.

The criminal mind only understands force. The criminal mind cannot be appealed to on the basis of reason. The criminal mind always goes back to the rationalizations that permit the dehumanization of people harmed by them. Islam is very similar to the criminal mind its permissions to dehumanization (and deception) of "the other".

The article above raises several important questions.

One is the "pay for pray" conversion. The use of money to acquire converts may surprise some, but it will surprise few who have worked in Saudi Arabia. I know of one teacher of Frnech whose young students offered her $30,000 on the spot to "convert" to Islam -- meaning to recite the Shehada in the presence of Muslims, and thus, without knowing a thing about Islam, become a Muslim."

Not only is knowledge of Islam unnecessary for the "reverts", in the eyes of those conducting Da'wa, but it is ordinarly regarded as a positive hindrance. The Muslim Brotherhood, for example, has put out a detailed and very long guide to conducting Da'wa which explains that Muslims should not tell the new recruits to Islam all about Islam -- it might discourage some of them, or scare them away. Only tell them the minimum, the Da'wa handbooks advise (and Muslims do not need to be told this -- their entire lives are spent "telling the minimum" about Islam to Infidels), and not only the handbooks of the Muslim Brotherhood. In other words, give the potential recruits to the Army of Islam, or those who have just signed up, as little information as possible on what may be called a Need-to-know basis, and then a bit more, and then a bit more, as one feels that they are now in too deep, locked into Islam emotionally and in other ways, including that of finding a new, if dangerous and disturbing, companionship among fellow members of the umma al-islamiyya -- and each mosque will assign a member or two to watch carefully over, while also showing such great sympathetic interes in, a new "revert" during the first few months or more of his (or her) "reversion." It is all down to a science. And what's more, this view of conversion as a process of feeding little bits of information even has a pseudo-justification that Muslims are told justifies this practice (they have a justification for everything). And that justification consists in explaining that just as the revelation that was made to Muhammad took time -- took 23 years, in fact, for the full text of the Qur'an to be known -- then new "reverts" should also have their own knowledge of Islam not delivered quickly, but slowly, over time, and even then they are carefully kept in the dark about some things. For those conducting Da'wa it is the only way -- think of how few people would, if they knew even just the list of what is prohibited in Islam -- such as most art (statues, all paintings of living creatures) and almost all music (those blood-curdling monotonous hypnotic sounds that accompany those recruiting tapes for violent Jihad that show Infidels being decapitated or American soldiers blown up do not count as music), or even the Muslim hatred of dogs (how many people would be put off right away if they knew of the inculated hatred of their own pets, in Islam?), or for that matter the entire list of what is halal and what is haram which, if those who conduct or should conduct counter-Da'wa only understood, could be used, used most effectively to disseminate -- not later, to undo the "reversion" -- but before hand, to immunize potential "reverts" to the Army of Islam? For the cost of one day's fighting in Iraq, the government (federal and state) could use the same money could be spent to organize, and supply, for example, black ministers all over this country, and Christian chaplains in all of our prisons, to receive all the training and be equipped with the written material they might need, to preemptively discuss both the superficial appeal of Islam, and the real truths about it -- including that hatred of music, art, that inculcated hatred of the Infidels and indifference or hostility to everything produced by Infidels (thus in embracing Islam one turns one's back on everything from which one comes, from one's own history), not to mention, in the case of black would-be converts, of the long history of Arab enslavement of blacks, that started far earlier, ended (where it did end) far later and only because of outside pressure by non-Muslims, and had many more total victims, for the Arabs castrated young black males where captured, and the survival rate of those so castrated, to the slave-markets of Islam, was only 10%. And Islam permanently enshrines slavery -- it is embedded in it, it is part of its deoxyribonucleic acid. , to ensure that or recruit to that Army of Islam -

Muslims who conduct these well-financed campaigns of Da'wa have so far hgad a field day. They have met with little intelligent countering until it is too late, until those new recruits now "think of themselves as Muslims" who "have made their choice" and know that they cannot get out" and it is only at this point that those "reverts are allowed to know just a bit more, and then a bit.

This has to be recognized and dealt with. And if the Iraq venture ends, minds can concentrate on the real things that must be done, in this country and all over the Western world -- where one hopes a new leadership, more aware of the problem of Islam, will everywhere replace Yesterday's Men.

And here is a past, but recent posting, not so much about counter-Dawa, as in the comments just above, but about the attraction of Islam to certain populations:

"Why do psychically and economically marginal Westerners convert to Islam?

There is no one reason. There are many reasons.

Islam is wrongly perceived as a vehicle for "social justice." The fact that a rich Muslim can stand side by side with a poor one at a mosque is misinterpreted. The fact that Muslims are required to offer zakat to fellow Muslims is also misinterpreted as meaning that there is some kind of "sharing of the wealth."

But one has only to look at the history of Islam, and look at Muslim societies today, to see the extremes of wealth and power. In many Muslim countries the only way to get that wealth is for the rulers and their collaborators to help themselves to the national riches, whether those riches come from oil or smuggling (Syria) or Jizyah from Infidel lands (Egypt, the "Palestinians"). There are no Infidel lands that offer the same kind of gap between rich and poor, the ruler and the ruled, as do Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan, and other Muslim countries. These great extremes are less obvious in Dar al-Islam in those countries, such as Turkey and Tunisia, that have tried to constrain Islam as a social and political force.

But the presentation of Islam as a kind of pseudo-socialism, a "left-wing" doctrine, is common. Yet in fact it encourages the habit of submission, submission to Allah, submission to the Ruler, whoever he is, provided he can be seen as an observant Muslim. That is what attracts some, based on their own misinformation, to Islam.

A second, and related reason for some to convert to Islam is that Islam is depicted as the belief-system that most accords with, and furthers the interests of, les damnes de la terre, especially non-whites. It is amazing how carefully campaigns are targeted at certain groups -- say, black prisoners in America and England -- without any countervailing effort by the authorities, or even by Christian groups, or even by black Christian groups, who could and should be funded for such undertakings. They could present the evidence about the history of Arab slavers seizing and castrating black African boys, or about the duration of the Arab slave trade, which began long before, and ended long after (where it did end) than the European slave trade, and the continued, indeed permanent, defense of slavery in the texts of Islam, which can never be overcome, and the continued enslavement of blacks by Arabs, in the Sudan, in Mauritania, and elsewhere, far from any Western reporters. There is so much information about this, but so little attempt to sensibly disseminate it.

Still a third reason for Islam's appeal is that it is so simple to become a Muslim. You don't have to learn a thing. You can become a Muslim without knowing a thing about Islam. So eager are Muslims for what are seen as recruits to the army of Islam that it doesn't matter if those converting or "reverting" know a thing about it, for it is not the saving of their souls that matters. All that matters for most Muslims is to swell further the ranks of Islam. That is why, early on, Islam required only a recital of the Shehada -- a single sentence, a single declaration -- and then one became a Muslim, and found out later what it was all about. But by that point one had no way to gracefully, or safely, within lands dominated by Muslims, get out of that faith.

A fourth reason is that not only is Islam a faith simple to join (whereas if you wish to become, say, a Christian or a Jew, you have to study, you have to actually learn something about Christian doctrine or Jewish faith) but it is a simple-minded faith, that appeals to the simple-minded. It is not a faith bent on questioning itself. It is the perfect faith for someone who cannot think, and does not like to think, and prefers to have handed to him a Simple and Total Regulation of Life, and a Complete Explanation of the Universe. For all those who need certainty, who cannot stand individual responsibility or moral choice, who prefer to be slaves of Allah -- well, Islam is just the ticket, it's just the thing for you.

But Islam is not a vehicle for "social justice." It is not the belief-system of non-racists, but the carrier of racism and imperialism: Arab racism, and Arab imperialism. Ask Francis Bok and the Lost Boys, or the black African Muslims in Darfur (400,000 killed, 2.5 million forced to flee their homes) or the 1.8 million black African non-Muslims in the southern Sudan. Or the Ibo and other Christians who vainly resisted the "Jihad" in the Biafra War of 1967-69. Islam inculcates the notion of a permanent division of the world between Believers and Infidels, and the duty of Muslims to pursue, through Jihad, the conquest, not necessarily by miitary means (Da'wa and demographic conquest will do), the Lands of the Infidels, where all obstacles to the spread of Islam are to be torn down, so that the goal that all Muslims share may be realized. No "diversity" but rather a world where "Islam dominates and is not to be dominated" -- everywhere."

Rick--Minister Hatzistergos has it right about it being a camouflage for other activities.

Border states and all states with very large cities are infected with many violent street gangs whose members then populate our prisons. I have been in prisons where almost all the population were in gangs that were as strong inside as out. Bloods and Crypts and other black gangs, Hispanic gangs including the Mexican Mafia and MS13, Aryan Brotherhood and other white supremacist gangs, and, of course, the ever growing Islamic gangs which are more violent and perverse than the others. I was in one prison where the black "imam" was a violent rapist that the P.C. officals seemed to ignore.
The prisons tend to put two blacks in a cell together where, thru intimidation, one is converted by the other.In one prison, the islamic gang could meet as a "religion" in a seperate room with their own "guards" stationed outside and inside! No prison guards were stationed inside. I looked at a prison guard with raised eyebrows and he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say-- Its the administrations decision.

The violent black gangs seem very upset when one of their own goes Islamic.

The prisons are overcrowded and underfunded. Texas, which built a hundred prisons in about a decade, now has some new prisons sitting empty because of staffing shortages.

Isn't this what the west would prefer if Muslims all would "escape" back to their misery.

Islam could be imploded in 3 months if simply all immigrant Mulims would be deported to their nativity.
Millions of Muslims would break all these thug nations in the consumption of resources.
