An Open Letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour from the World Union for Progressive Judaism and the Association for World Education, Palais des Nations, Geneva, Monday, 23 April 2007 (10:00a.m.).
On PA’s ongoing "direct and public incitement to commit genocide" (1948 Genocide Convention: Article IIIc)On 13 April 2007, at a mosque in Sudan, the Acting Palestinian Legislative Council Speaker Sheikh Ahmad Bahr of Hamas brought greetings: "Our jihad-fighting Palestinian people salutes its brother, Sudan." He ended his sermon to a packed mosque audience with a "direct and public incitement to commit genocide": "Oh Allah, vanquish the Jews and their supporters. Oh Allah, vanquish the Americans and their supporters. Oh Allah, count their numbers, and kill them all, down to the very last one [sic]. Oh Allah, show them a day of darkness. Oh Allah, who sent down His Book [The Koran], the mover of the clouds who defeated the enemies of the Prophet – defeat the Jews and the Americans, and bring us victory over them."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On 16 April we sent an Appeal to the HCHR for a reaction to Hamas Spokesman Dr. Ismail Radwan’s "direct and public incitement to commit genocide." He ended his sermon to a attentive mosque audience, broadcast on Palestinian Authority TV (30 March), with genocidal "prayers to Allah" (from a hadith):
"The Hour [Day of Judgment] will not come until the Muslims will fight the Jews and the Muslims will kill them, and the rock and the tree will say: 'Oh, Muslim, servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, kill him!'"
He concluded with a call for "victory for the Jihad-fighting worshippers, in Palestine and elsewhere." (PMWatch)-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following are excerpts from the sermon delivered on 13 April 2007 by Ahmad Bahr of Hamas – Acting Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council that was aired on TV in Sudan; the translation is by MEMRI.

Ahmad Bahr:
[…] "The Palestinian woman bids her son farewell, and says to him: 'Son, go and don't be a coward. Go, and fight the Jews.' He bids her farewell and carries out a martyrdom operation. What did this Palestinian woman say when she was asked for her opinion, after the martyrdom of her son? She said: 'My son is my own flesh and blood. I love my son, but my love for Allah and His Messenger is greater than my love for my son.' Yes, this is the message of the Palestinian woman, who was over 70 years old – Fatima Al-Najjar. She was over 70 years old, but she blew herself up for the sake of Allah, bringing down many criminal Zionists." […]
"America will be annihilated, while Islam will remain. The Muslims 'will be victorious, if you are believers.' Oh Muslims, I guarantee you that the power of Allah is greater than America, by whom many are blinded today. Some people are blinded by the power of America. We say to them that with the might of Allah, with the might of His Messenger, and with the power of Allah, we are stronger than America and Israel." […]"'You will be victorious on the face of this planet. You are the masters of the world on the face of this planet.' Yes, [the Koran says] 'you will be victorious,' but only 'if you are believers.' Allah willing, 'you will be victorious,' while America and Israel will be annihilated, Allah willing. I guarantee you that the power of belief and faith is greater than the power of America and Israel. They [the Jews] are cowards, as is said in the Book of Allah: 'You shall find them the people most eager to protect their lives.' [Koran 2:96] They are cowards, who are eager for life, while we are eager for death for the sake of Allah…"
* * * * *We call on you Sir the UN Secretary-General, and to you Madam the High Commissioner of Human Rights, to remind the Palestinian Authority Government of the Principles of the UN Charter (Chapter I, Article 2:4); and that the 1948 Genocide Convention states: "direct and public incitement to commit genocide" (Article III c) by "public officials or private individuals"…"shall be punished" (Art. IV)
Respectfully,
David G. Littman and René V.L. Wadlow (Representatives to the UN Office in Geneva)

As of today, there has been no reaction from a UN office for the two appeals (16 and 23 April) on 'incitement to genocide'. Silence speaks volumes!

When this sort of petition is submitted by some Saudi or other Muslim personage, then people will listen. Meanwhile, back at reality, it's ignorance as usual.
I like the quote: "Our jihad-fighting, Palestinian people salutes its brother, Sudan". Might as well kill the blacks, too, while you're at it. See, all Nazis aren't white.

The UN will respond the same way my local newspaper did by banning excerpts of the above quotes as examples of Hamas long held idealogy of exterminating the Jews and then Americans and all non believers. This detracts from the idiotic notion that this group can be reasoned with in the process of gaining "peace". Those who expose the venom of these religious murderers are looked upon as "war mongers" and "messengers of hate" and "bigots." It violates "The Religion of Peace" assesment of Islam that everyone has to agree to before they can present the truth of supremicism and incitement to murder non believers from the very words of these monsters.

Supposedly, we are fighting a war on terror, a kinder gentler war which addresses each threat on a personal level so as to avoid collateral injury.
The above sermons convict Ahmad Bahr of Hamas of inciting genocide.
So, why is he still breathing?
Eliminate each and every genocidal preacher (MEMRI provides ample evidence) - we have the technology to pick them off, one by one. Take out each convict within proximity to their chosen audience for effect.
They must be taught they have no safe haven - especially the UN.

Louise Arbour is too busy imposing international blasphemy law and defending the "rights" of religions (read: Islam), to be free of any criticism or mockery, to defend any mere human rights--like oh, say, civilians being slaughtered over cartoons. Louise Arbour is consistently pro-Islamist and will not likely sign any statement uniquely condemning Hamas' explicit policy of genocide against the Jews. We can however continue to draw attention to this.

Does anyone honestly expect the UN to ever deal in truth between the PA and Israel or the U S?
Let us make no mistake-->
Their heads are buried in the sand and they are complicit with the call to genocide!!

the more you hear what the UN has to say, the more you want to see that place gone!
l read in the paper, that the UN chided iraq for lowering the numbers of civilians killed.. dont these UN elites know how many civilians are being killed in Dafur? there is no chiding of muslims in the Sudan for killing non muslims and black muslims in hundreds of thousands! not a peep!

Heck, everyone knows it's the largest heart of anti-American espionage in the world.
If it got nuked, the vast majority of Americans wouldn't care...and that's the minimum reaction. Most would laugh, and start celebrating.
It's a disease that needs to be eradicated.

One has to wonder if all the U.N. members carry the EXACT same brief case when they enter and exit the building? That would make it a whole lot harder to notice any "discreet" exchanges.IF they even have to be "discreet" exchanges.
I wonder has there been any "group" take a poll lately of how they percieve the U.N. or even the human rights groups?
Then again a poll can be made to appear in whomevers favor one wishes. It all depends on who you ask i guess.Or who you "poll".
In any case if the U.N. gave a hoot about thier charter then there would be no muslim state or nation allowed within MILES of the U.N. building, let alone members.
I believe one of the earliest founders of the U.N. and its charter was quoted as saying something like "one does not join the U.N. to learn HOW to be in the U.N.,but one is to have learned HOW to be in the U.N. and eraned it's entry into the U.N."
In other words you do not get to join just because it's there to join. You join because you are ready to join.As in live by and uphold it's charter.
The U.N. charter is not lived up to by ANY islamic nation or ANY dictatorship ideology. It falls horribly short in every area of the charter.
The charter reads by the way to the similarity to our bill of rights.
You can read all about these things on the U.N. site because i don't recall all the particulars.
I found this and more about the U.N. years and years ago, before the wars started, when i kept asking myself why the same old crap year after year decade after decade kept occuring with no results worth anything to record.
The answer to my questions were simple. The U.N. and ALL it's "members" abandoned it's own charter.
One cannot help but continue (endlessly i might add) to ask what is it exactly that the U.N. is supposed to be doing if not upholding it's charter.
The U.N. has become nothing more than the international "General store".It rushes food bought and paid for by the nations who have tried tirelessly for peace to feed the people of those nations who have stood in the way of peace all along.
They have been reduced to an international police force that is worthy only to the extent of allowing peace long enough for the "terrorists and war mongers" to re arm and regroup.
Also while these rogue states spend thier money (which is usually also our money)on weopons and fighters the rest of the world swoops in and pays the tab for the rest of the hemmoraging affected areas.
We pay to build it up we pay for them to tear it back down.
All these actions and inactions are funneled through the U.N. in some fashion or another. All driven AROUND and past the U.N. charter.....of course.
The undeniable right to exist,to live is the one and only part of the charter that should put islam in a corner of the world somewhere all by itself because it acknowledges nothing towards this right for anyone.NOBODY!
I love to see these petitions because one day they will mount and mount ,as they have been, and as they go unheard so will the calls for the petitioners to cease thier agression which will be in effect defensive measures.
Mark my words one day the Generals will be found to stomach what has to be done and if they only knew the warriors that await this day,to fight under these Generals.Lets just say my feelings are not to liberate islam because i don't give a rats ass about islam.
Lets see
Armor....check
victory songs....check
know thy enemy....check
prepared....OH YEA!
In any case these "groups" are just that "groups".It's thier world we are just squirles trying to get a nut.

I wouldn't tear it down...after, we Americans paid for it.
Throw the bums out, make it a homeless shelter...at least the occupiers would be GRATEFUL to be there.
It would also quickly become elevated in status, since it would no longer be at the same level of CESSPOOL it is now.

LOL
Wrong context...
I didn't say it would be funny...only what the reaction would be...big difference.
Take a laxative for that sphincter problem * grow your own...with hair, kid.
They're not the only ones who fear those like me...and what we stand for (we've been there and done that)...as it spells the end of not only their power & control racket, but their entire scam worldwide. Their biggest kryptonite is actually reality, of which freedom is only one component of.
Ya won't learn that from columbia u.

They don't stop at scratching...they include thumb penetration of their respective anal cavities...then blame the west for whatever comes into their empty cranial vaults at that moment to assuage their own insecurities inadequacies and ineptness.
