Paul Williams at Islamberg
The intrepid Paul Williams has a report in Canada Free Press (thanks to all who sent this in) about his visit to Islamberg, New York, a camp run by the jihadist Jamaat ul-Fuqra group. The inhabitants wouldn't let him into the compound, but he talked to some of the locals, and found out a good deal:
Islamberg is not as benign as a Buddhist monastery or a Carmelite convent. Nearly every weekend, neighbors hear sounds of gunfire. Some, including a combat veteran of the Vietnam War, have heard the bang of small explosives. None of the neighbors wished to be identified for fear of "retaliation." "We don't even dare to slow down when we drive by," one resident said. "They own the mountain and they know it and there is nothing we can do about it but move, and we can't even do that. Who wants to buy a property near that?"The complex serves to scare the bejeesus out of the local residents. "If you go there, you better wear body armor," a customer at the Circle E Diner in Hancock said. "They have armed guards and if they shoot you, nobody will find your body."
At Cousins, a watering hole in nearby Deposit, a barfly, who didn't wish to be identified, said: "The place is dangerous. You can hear gunfire up there. I can't understand why the FBI won't shut it down."
Islamberg is a branch of Muslims of the Americas Inc., a tax-exempt organization formed in 1980 by Pakistani cleric Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, who refers to himself as "the sixth Sultan Ul Faqr," Gilani, has been directly linked by court documents to Jamaat ul-Fuqra or "community of the impoverished," an organization that seeks to "purify" Islam through violence.
Though primarily based in Lahore, Pakistan, Jamaat ul-Fuqra has operational headquarters in New York and openly recruits through various social service organizations in the U.S., including the prison system. Members live in hamaats or compounds, such as Islamberg, where they agree to abide by the laws of Jamaat ul-Fuqra, which are considered to be above local, state and federal authority. Additional hamaats have been established in Hyattsville, Maryland; Red House, Virginia; Falls Church, Virginia; Macon, Georgia; York, South Carolina; Dover, Tennessee; Buena Vista, Colorado; Talihina, Oklahoma; Tulane Country, California; Commerce, California; and Onalaska, Washington. Others are being built, including an expansive facility in Sherman, Pennsylvania.

Kudos to Paul Williams & Canada Free Press (CBC HATES these guys, as much as they hate Fox News).
But it's ok...they ARE being watched, & have been for some time (I was inquiring about this 3 weeks ago from another issue, & only found this out recently).
They tried the same thing in California, but was promptly put on notice ( Balad'ullah, near Fresno).
We know them better as enemy bivouacs in our own country.

Security officials from Europe's largest countries on Saturday threw their weight behind the EU Commission's plans to map out mosques on the continent to identify imams who preach radical Islam that raises the threat of homegrown terrorism.The project, to be finished by the fall, will focus on the roles of imams, their training, their ability to speak in the local language and their source of funding, EU Justice and Home Affairs Commissioner Franco Frattini told a news conference.
Italian Interior Minister Guiliano Amato said Europe had ample experience with the "misuse of mosques, which instead of being places of worship are used for other ends.
"This is bringing about a situation that involves all of our countries and involves the possibility of attacks and developing of networks that use one country to prepare an attack in another," Amato said, after a meeting in Venice of interior ministers and security officials from six European countries and the United States.

Stop sending troops to Tarbaby Iraq, in order to pursue the will-o'-the-wisp of getting Sunnis to acquiesce in their new status (let's see what Cheney thinks he will get the Al-Saud to agree to do in Iraq to get the Sunnis to do so), and the Shi'a to graciously behave not as Islam has taught them to do, but as political opponents in advanced, Western, non-Muslim societies and states do. Even though the blog "The Politics of CP" has been covering this for a wee bit of time; skepticism remains as to the totality of Williams "reports." He (Williams) was ALL over the sites, and radio shows, in August of 2005 (60th Anniversary of the Hiroshima bomb). Why? His "American Hiroshima" book was released. Ya know, the book about "suitcase" nukes all set-up to command detonate....ya know, the ones leftover/lost/stolen from Afghanistan in the '80's...ya know, the nukes which have triggers that MUST be serviced EVERY 180 days...

So much for getting to the point where we deport everyone labelled muslim or from am uslim majority nation. How much more work is left, for those bringing awareness to the issue of global jihad, before we even get to the point where groups like these are treated just like the Klan, Hitler youth, Communist parties in the West, M-13 gangs and mafia from other countries? And of course, the fact that thses guys are largely blacks converted to islam in prison Da'wa only males it worse; any action, from FBI, CIA, or our military and (obviously conservative) politicians will be construed as racism and classism, Western and quasi-facist imperialism against a peoples who are simply trying to fight back against Kapitalism.
And of course, this does go back to what I said earlier about handling all immigrants from muslim majority nations; our inability to dea with these lunatics is clear cut eveidence that ending entry of all immigrants from muslim majority areas and expelling everyone labelled as *muslim* not only has too many issues that go along with it but will not even be remotely realistic in our lifetimes. The obvious response should probably be to just deal with this jihad base, put it and all similar ones out of commision forever, and all those that house Hamas, Al Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah and all the groups from pakiworld, of which there are naturally so many I can't even keep track of them. Only after groups like these and protectors, i.e. CAIR. MPA, MSA, MPAC are treated properly can we even start with addressing genral immigration policies from muslim majority areas.

Your statement above is truer than you realize. The Saudis, thanks to the distinguished patriot and senator, Ted Kennedy, and his 1965 Immigration Fiasco/Travesty, have been funding and manning jihad in America since the late 1960's. They actually paid Saudi citizens and imams to immigrate to America and establish the flourishing islamic Fifth Column that now exists in America.

i used to have those "bang head on desk" moments every single day in the UK. i worked on drummond street, london, literally in a muslim community. as the towers fell a muslim left a fake bomb outside our office (an american company). i witnessed one day some serious car jackings and racial abuse on white cab drivers yet the cops did nothing, literally nothing.
the police even pushed the stolen car back to the side of the road, surrounded by these "youths" and got in their cars and drove off. this was feet away from euston station's british transport police station. god i have never felt so pissed and realised that my police would never protect me.
the "youths" were actually laughing at the police.
but luckily i met my american wife, moved to the USA and became a citizen of this great nation. and now this tragic news report. this is very disapointing to me. seems like jihad has followed me across the pond.

So how did they get the guns and the explosives? Surely there are laws on the books about firing them off within earshot of someone's home.

When you do a land development the government makes you present the following:
1. A traffic study.
2. A recreational impact report.
3. An environmental impact statement.
4. A cultural impact study.
5. A sewer impact assessment.
6. Water modeling.
7. A soils report.
8. About twelve others.
The developer pays for it all. It is very, very expensive.
There should be another required study. A 9:29 impact assessment, just to make sure an Islamic development application contains no ‘radical’ elements. You can’t be too careful. The study should assess the impact of any Islamic facility on neighboring owner’s land values. If it is found to adversely impact these values, there are grounds to deny the building permit, or compensate the surrounding property owners for loss in value.
I am willing to offer myself up as a consultant. My basic fee is $180,000. If any ‘fundamental’ elements are uncovered, things become much, much more expensive. Paid for by the developer.

While Americans spend their time obsessing about Paris Hilton’s jail term and who will get voted off of American Idol, the world moves on.
One of the significant world news events overshadowed by the cloud of trivialities was the French presidential runoff. The contest between Nicholas Sarkozy and Segolene Royal should have been lead story and “above the fold” front page news on all the networks and on our nation’s major daily front pages.
Based on French president Jacques Chirac’s behaviour in 2003, you may be asking “Why?”
Consider these details.
For most of its post World War Two history, France has at best been a nominal
ally of the United States. This was true during the reigns of Charles de Gaulle and
Georges Pompidou and continued through the presidency of Francois Mitterrand. You may recall that it was Mitterrand who refused to permit American F-111s to fly through French airspace after the raid on Libya’s Muammar Qadhafi. It’s only been four years since Jacques Chirac denounced American President George W. Bush’s military operation in Iraq.
This brief historical outline provides the setting for the recent election.
France is continuing to experience a major demographic shift. Recent surveys and polls indicate that one out of every ten French citizens claims Islam as his or her religion.
Immigration patterns are adding to this trend. A sizeable portion of the French population was born outside of France, emigrating from one of the Republic’s many former North African or Middle Eastern colonies. Demographic estimates say that if the trend continues, by 2050, France will be a predominantly Muslim nation. Think of the profound impact a Muslim France would have on the strategic balance in Europe and North America. Consider what France could be like under Sharia law.
The fall, 2005 and 2006 riots in the Parisian suburbs provide stark evidence that the demographic shift is already having an impact. Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin downplayed the riots, claiming they were the product of angry “disaffected youths” troubled by a lack of opportunity. His comments avoided mentioning that the rioters were predominantly Muslim. Few news agencies reported that while the “disaffected youths” looted stores and threw stones at police, they shouted “Allah hu akhbar!”
The violence in the suburbs was the first tremor in what Samuel Huntington might call a fault line societal change. To put it bluntly, the looting, car burnings and ambushes of French police were the first stages of a French intifada.
It’s not insignificant that French President-elect Nicholas Sarkozy was the Interior Minister at the time of the riots. In what might have been a knee-jerk, first response to the fall, 2005 turmoil, Mr. Sarkozy called for government funding for mosques. Afterwards, the BBC reported that Mr. Sarkozy unnerved French intellectuals by calling the rioters “rabble.” The remark prompted some leftist French commentators to compare the future president with “far right” leader Jean-Marie LePen.
Interestingly, in the recently concluded campaign, Mr. Sarkozy firmly advocated limits on immigration from the former colonies. The lessons learned from the Parisian suburbs could be his greatest asset as he attempts to govern his demographically changing nation.
Economically, Mr. Sarkozy favours reductions in government spending and lowering taxes. He also wants to encourage French workers to extend their work week beyond 35-hours and remove the taxes from the additional income earned. He also wants to eliminate welfare benefits from those who refuse more than one job offer.
Internationally, he favours closer ties to the United States, a gesture that sets him apart from his predecessors. He opposes Turkey’s admission into the European Union and has called for a Mediterranean Union between Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Cyprus.
Mr. Sarkozy won handily and he is setting his sights on the upcoming French parliamentary elections. If he is successful in getting a pro-Sarkozy parliament elected, France is poised to take on a distinctly different direction. It’s a direction that could be beneficial to the United States.
For this reason alone, Americans and the rest of North America should keep a watchful eye on what happens in Paris.
The question in the minds of all Americans should be: Will Mr. Sarkozy’s win truly be good for America?
Only time will tell.

I did find a neat report done by John Kane and April Wall for the Justice Dept. (Although the Justice Dept. does not claim the report for some reason). It talks about White Collar crime and terror (2005) but with a focus on Jamat-Ul Fuqra (the guys who run Islamberg and others) case in Colorado but is a tour-de-force of information on the group including locations of bases within the U.S., people involved and criminal activity. As for myself, sometimes I agree with the Right, sometimes the Left.
One thing non-Muslims desperately need, I think, is to find some consensus between Right and Left on Islam.
Often the Right rails against the excesses of PC and "diversity" and "multiculturalism," but I think those values could be exploited against Islam, especially because "diversity" could become a basis for consensus between Right and Left on Islam.
Thus for example Europe might tout "diversity" as a reason to increase immigration to Europe from non-Muslim regions (South America, Eastern Europe, non-Muslim parts of Africa and Asia) while reducing or halting immigration from Muslim regions.
History shows that if non-Muslims fail to pull together sufficiently (as for example the Left and Right), Islam will succeed in dominating. So the Right should excoriate the Left a little less and seek to find a common strategy a little more.

Here is how Islamberg can be taken down. The New York human services department can make up a story about child abuse and attempt to investigate. Then they can complain to the ATF that there are illegal firearms causing the children to be endangered. Then ATF can raid the joint. That is how the Branch Dividians were destroyed. Since people are hearing explosions I would expect ATF to be interested. If the nearby residents hear automatic weapons fire, I expect ATF to respond with the same force they used at Waco. I “get it.” Commenter’s here “get it,” as do hordes of others at sites like Little Green Footballs, Michelle Malkin, Ace of Spaces, etc., but why doesn’t EVERYBODY ELSE “get it?” Nope – they just don’t. Instead, everybody else wants to pander to these creeps, give them the benefit of the doubt, build special footbaths for them, allow them to do what they please on planes, and allow them special privileges for just about everything – no taxi’s for anyone carrying alcohol, no ringing up pork products at Walmart, no non-halal food products served in dining halls, blah, blah, blah, blah. And if one of us were to stand up and say enough, then it’s an automatic hate crime.
