Al-Qaeda vows "seas of blood" over Lebanon "Palestinians"

An explicitly religious appeal. "Qaeda vows 'seas of blood' over Lebanon Palestinians," from Reuters, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:

DUBAI, May 25 (Reuters) - A group calling itself al Qaeda's wing in the Levant vowed to carry out bombings in Lebanon and attacks on Christians unless Beirut pulled its army away from Palestinian refugee camps.

"We warn you for the last time, after which there will be nothing apart from seas of blood," said a speaker identified as the military leader of the group in a video posted on Friday by a media arm used by Islamist groups including Qaeda in Iraq.

"What we want is that you order the Christian Lebanese army to pull its men from around all Palestinian camps and the Nahr al-Bared Camp in particular," he said addressing Maronite Christian Partiarch Cadrinal Nasrallah Sfeir.

"If you do not stop we will wrench out your hearts with ... bombs," said the speaker whose face was covered with a chequered head dress and who had rifle magazines around his torso....

The speaker described the army's campaign as a "brutal ... crusade under the pretext of fighting terrorism" and argued that Palestinians in Lebanon have always suffered discrimination....

Addressing Sfeir, the militant said: "Leash your dogs away from our kin and stop the fire of your canons, or else... No crusader will be safe in Lebanon after today. As you hit you will be hit."...

"We welcome a battle, and do not be fooled by the support of apostate Arabs to you," the militant said.

Sorry to go off topic but I was spitting with anger when I read this. It isn’t dhimmitude. It is much worse than that!

This is the man’s citation:

In Burma on June 23rd, 1944, a Battalion of the 6th Gurkha Rifles was ordered to attack the Railway Bridge at Mogaung. Immediately the attack developed the enemy opened concentrated and sustained cross fire at close range from a position known as the Red House and from a strong bunker position two hundred yards to the left of it.

So intense was this cross fire that both the leading platoons of 'B' Company, one of which was Rifleman Tulbahadur Pun's, were pinned to the ground and the whole of his Section was wiped out with the exception of himself, the Section commander and one other man. The Section commander immediately led the remaining two men in a charge on the Red House but was at once badly wounded. Rifleman Tulbahadur Pun and his remaining companion continued the charge, but the latter too was immediately wounded.

Rifleman Tulbahadur Pun then seized the Bren Gun, and firing from the hip as he went, continued the charge on this heavily bunkered position alone, in the face of the most shattering concentration of automatic fire, directed straight at him. With the dawn coming up behind him, he presented a perfect target to the Japanese. He had to move for thirty yards over open ground, ankle deep in mud, through shell holes and over fallen trees.

Despite these overwhelming odds, he reached the Red House and closed with the Japanese occupations. He killed three and put five more to flight and captured two light machine guns and much ammunition. He then gave accurate supporting fire from the bunker to the remainder of his platoon which enabled them to reach their objective.

This hero is told he cannot be resident in this country because his ties are not strong enough? If only our dear leaders would apply the same standards to all immigrants!

If you are a Brit or just anybody with commonsense please email her office and ask her to overrule these idiots and let the man stay.

@ topic...how many ways of screaming "mother of all battles!" is there?

This will be a mother of a battle?

It good to see that the US are re-supplying the Lebanese Army. And if the Lebanese Army wipes out more Muslims - absolutely delightful.

And as it stands the Palestinians are guests in Lebanon. It is not their country. And if they cannot behave, then the LA absolutely right to wipe them out.

This great war between islam and the infidel is going to happen, so lets get it going.

One thing I find suprising in the Lebanese Army versus Fatah al-Islam conflict:

Where are Hezbollah in this?
Why are they silent?

Perhaps Hezbollah view both as enemies, so if they destroy each other, Hezbollah can then seize any vacuum.

Black September meet Ashen May.

Something tells me jihadists are going down.

walterc:

Quite correct.

First, the traitors, cowards, scum, and appeasers must be addressed. When and IF that is accomplished, the satanic cult of death will be quick work.

Their protectors/defenders/apologists are the most dangerous and the first focus.

Internal enemies before external enemies.

these islamists love using the words "seas" or "oceans" when describing their butchery.
The Lebanese army needs to bring law and order to their country, enough of these lawless cowardly islamists. the pali can go back to jordan or egypt.
let the arabs take in their pali brothers if they feel so bad for them. Jews can take in their own which shows how humames Isreal really is compared to all the arab countries who wont even take one pali.

Another loud mouth for Islam...my, my, they do have a flair for grandiose drama. This guy better take cover, before one of those crusaders catches up with him.

I know exactly what must be done to end this current edition of resurgent Islam, but I regret that I cannot put it in writing.

Why are there "Palestinian" refugee camps in Lebanon anyway?
Are there any in Jordan, Syria, Egypt? I think not.
How come they are still "refugees"? From what? from whom? Where they come from? "Palestinian refugees" from "Palestine"? Are you kidding?
What camps? Are they on "refugee" handouts?
Is the West Bank or the Gaza strip still a refugee camp? After 60 damned years?
What the hell is going on?!

Has any any politician asked these questions?

UK Infidel Lover - "Where is Hezbollah in all this?"

per my Lebanese (Christian) friend who still has all his family over there:
Hezbollah will wait for the conflict to be over and come in with their "aid" ($$, food, water) then try to convert and indoctrinate all those that they help....this is what they did after the recent Israeli/Lebanon conflict

His actions belie his words.

Someone who is "ready for a battle" doesn't hide his identity. If he believed in his cause we would all know what he looks like, just like Osama. Just another coward.

"whose face was covered with a chequered head dress and who had rifle magazines around his torso"....from headline.

Rifle "magazines" around his torso? How intimidating!

(snicker)
