He said it.
That is, Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal, just deported from the UK, said it. But no one will dare to examine the implications of his statement.

Muslim cleric Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal, who has been deported from the UK to Jamaica, was jailed in 2003 for soliciting the murder of Jews and Hindus.Al-Faisal spent years travelling the UK preaching racial hatred urging his audience to kill Jews, Hindus and Westerners.
The imam called on impressionable teenage boys to learn how to use rifles, fly planes and use missiles to kill "all unbelievers".
In return for becoming martyrs, he promised them the reward of a place in paradise.
He did this in accord with Qur'an 9:111, which promises Paradise to those who "kill and are killed" for Allah.
One of the 7 July London suicide bombers, Germaine Lindsay, was heavily influenced by him, according to the Home Secretary John Reid....In his tape Jihad, the father-of-four told Muslim women to raise their children "with the jihad mentality" by giving them toy guns.
In the tape recorded after 11 September, he said: "The way forward is the bullet. Our motto is 'might is right'".
In another tape - Rules of Jihad - thought to have been recorded before 11 September, he said Jihad had been declared against India.
"You are only allowed to use nuclear weapons in that country which is 100% unbelievers," he said.
But throughout the trial he denied he had intended to incite people to violence.
Instead he argued his talks came from the Koran and if he was on trial so was the holy text.

Well
That is our first real deportation.
But what an effort to get it to occur.
Here is hoping for more.
I would like these deportations to be Fast Tracked so that within 1 day, you could be deported.
And if you have committed a minor crime in the UK, 1 hour should send you out of the exit door.
Perhaps we need a reverse of the American Visa Waiver program - an Exit Automatic Agreement program. And if the deportees Government is offering to torture them - that is not grounds for no deportation.

And if the Koran was on trial, maybe more people would see how "peacful" islam really is. That's assuming it gets more press than the torture manual has recieved.

What does it take to convince people that there is a direct relationship between Islamic doctrine and violence? It's ironic, but probably true, that many well-meaning, but misinformed people, when they hear the jihadis themselves say it, would dismiss such claims as defamatory to Islam!
Al-Faisal may be a shmuck, but I'm confident that he knows his Islam. No taqiyah here.

Take him up on it, and put the Koran in the dock.
It could be done in a (relatively low-budget) courtroom thriller, just for the "thought experiment" value, by some film-maker who appreciated Theo Van Gogh.
FADE IN:
Int. QB2. London, U.K. DAY
A SCREAMING, handcuffed, bearded man in orange jumpsuit, deftly karate kicks a Bible out of the hand of a prison minister who is passing him in the hallway, sending the book flying up- and getting caught in an overhead light fixture, popping out the bulb.
PRISONER IMAM ABU X.
I AM the Koran! If I am on trial, then you must put the Koran on trial, too!
GUARDS subdue him and drag him into the courtroom, chaining him to a table leg, where he mutters "Allahu Akbar" over and over.
JUDGE
Silence, prisoner.
PRISONER IMAM ABU X.
Dog! Bark at me and I will cut out your infidel tongue!
JUDGE
If you persist, I will have to have you muzzled.
etc...
The prisoner's naive uber-leftist lawyer could think that this legal maneuver was a good thing to bring the Koran into the mix, and agrees with his client to insist on "trying the Koran" (having never read it, himself, he assumes it is a collection of nice things, like the Sermon on the Mount, and must be a benign parallel-'bible').
The lawyer's awakening to the true nature of the violence in the Koran would lead for him to change his mind about this "try the Koran" move, but the prisoner will not allow his attorney to withdraw the challenge.
And the 'game' would be on.

Sounds good to me. It's about time the courts and media and everyone else who chooses to ignore the obvious start taking a good hard look at the Ideology of the Religion of War.
Islam's tenents should be examined and put on trial. Stupid is as stupid does.

Nice to know that we have the impramutur of the venerable Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal for putting the Koran on trial. In true democratic fashion, we'll start in the court of public opinion. Which means no charges of Islamophobia or blasphemy while court is in session!

He understands Islam pretty well. That pretty much sums up the Islamic code of ethics, which depends not on reason or even a personal example of goodness to convince others of Islam’s truth (Muhammad could never convince either his own Quraysh tribe nor the Jews of Arabia of the legitimacy of his prophethood on either grounds) but on subtle coersion, threats, thuggery, and outright violence. From it’s very beginning, Islam’s claim to truth (“right”) has depended on its rather unique historical reliance on intimidation and violence (“might”).
But that would mean, according to the Sheik’s moral logic, that if we can defeat Islam by guns and violence and superior physical force (“might”), Islam will have been proven to be “wrong”. It’s quite possible that that’s what it’s actually going to come down to in the end.
All decent nominal Muslims who don’t subscribe to the implicit Islamic ethical theory that “might makes right” should be encouraged to get out of Islam while they can, before it comes down to the bulk of the infidel world (roughly 4/5th of the human population) being forced - against all their quite decent moral norms and out of sheer necessity in order to preserve their own God-given, legitimate moral claims to exercise their freedom of conscience in matters of religion - to demonstrate the far more insightful truism conveyed in Matthew 26:52, that "..they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."

Islam is on trial.....and it is guilty of all charges.
It is a crime against humanity.
Islam not only condones rape it encourages it.
Islam not only condones racism it encourages it.
Islam not only condones hate it encourages it.
Islam not only condones murder but it encourages it.
Islam not only condones genocide but it encourages it.
With all these acts being commited against all and any peoples of the world for the sole gain of an empire under islam is not only inhumane but evil.
The worst case against Islam is quite possibly the most inhumane and evil.It is the perfect example of a most disgusting and heinous crime and i personally do not know if there could be any crime much worse than that Islam applies to the most vulnerable of the human race,it's children and even the desire of islam to apply it's desires to all the little children of the world all for it's one desire to be the sole everything of this world.
The last crime alone should be enough for the rest of the world to stand up in a united voice and demand Islam to be held accountable for it's vileness.
Perhaps after decades and decades of sending money to those who have kept the islamo machine up and running a new tactic would be worthy of application.The application of breaking islam,not islam breaking the world.
Perhaps our leaders and the leaders of the world who do not agree with this vile curse upon the face of the world ,if they do not agree,can feel exactly by now what they should be feeling and that is shame.
We as people whether you believe in creation or evolution have always had the moral outlook that life is priceless,more valuable than gold and diamonds and yes even oil.What day was this outlook devolved into allowing such insanity to deliver such carnage?

By islam being on trial the likes of the taliban and Al qaeda will be in the spotlight,as will all those of the umma who have deafened us all with thier silence.It would put Saudi Arabia on trial as well as Iran and Palistine and hezbolla and every other two bit holier than thou terrorist murdering machine who gain respect and loyalty by only cutting and sawing and retarding the human mind.
The one trial the public should happily afford to fund should be of this creton and his god and his religion.All the things that are cause and reason for the horrors of the world of today and yesterday and tomorrow.

How many more times do we need to get the message straight from the horses mouth. We all know that its Islam itself that is evil and any even cursory reading of the 'Book of Hate and War' also known as the koran, would tell you that. However the MSM persist in calling it the ROP lets hope for enlightenment before its RIP for us all. Similarly have you seen anything at all in the MSM about the 'Illustrated Islamic Torture Guide Book' recently found in a Muslim torture chamber in Iraq.This gave details and drawings of how to drill someones hand and leg, crush their heads in a vice, burn them with blow torch etc etc. No thought not but hey put some muslims in a pile, or panties on their heads and it never stops being repeated in the MSM ad-nauseum and called TORTURE they should get with hamas and hezzbollah to see what REAL torture is all about.

jewdog, I think the answer lies in the simple fact that very few of the infidel population have actually read any passages from the Koran. I know that was the case with me for a number of years. After I read a few of the more incendiary passages a little light went off and I thought, "Yikes what a vile document this is! ... and this is their bible???" ... after that, the daylight continued to show through and I "got" it. Actually, some of us out here need to email links to the more hostile Koran passages to that idiot judge in North Carolina who just allowed muslims to swear themselves in in court on the Koran. Doesn't help that GWB keeps touting that "ROP" nonsense either. I think the general public is starting to come out of this coma, but I fear we will get hit again before people are more willing to apply the criticism to the Koran that it so richly deserves.

People like Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal should be invited to speak routinely on news programs in the U.S.
He believes that Murder in the name of Allah is okay, and he says it -- And he can show it's okay by Islamic scripture.
His honesty is downright refreshing after listening to Apologists from CAIR and other "moderate" Muslim groups.
Besides, how better to educate the American public about the true nature of Islam, than to have someone as knowledgeable and honest as the Sheikh about Islam and it's untimate goals.
I say give him all the television exposure he wants. No one from CAIR will demand to defend Islam by demanding to debate him, so as to prove he hyjacked the true Islam. They know he'd wipe up the floor with them.

Everything happens if you wait long enough, a muslim I could support. PLEASE put the quran on trial. Every time I argue, as I am sure is the same with most here, with one of these liberal apologists and give them quranic quotes their comeback is always, "it doesn't say that in the quran". Of coUrse when I show it to them in writing there is usually some excuse about something being lost in the translation from Arabic that is supposedly so untranslatable. Put it on trial, just for good measure to cover all bases put the haditHs and sharia laws on trial along with it. Let me be the first to sign up for that jury, PLEASEEEE!
