how f'sad! For (we) the people? I just watched on tv where Grant and them fought down south. There is a very big muslim community that is private ran by the sheik that conspired and trained at bin ladens camp 9-11, they have several illegals mexicans there training. The police said they shoot guns all the time and this time they would not let him in. When the news left there it showed they were followed for a long time by the people on the commune! We are goin to get our throats cut!.....kidnappings and bombs! hate to say told ya so.... Ellison-I knew it! I sware on Allaah to protect all muslim communties so they can grow and grow and grow...........!

Would impeachment be feasible? It would seem there is strong basis for it: sedition, and endangering the safety and well-being of American citizens by giving support to those who wish to kill Jews. The charge of sedition would be based, inter alia, upon the fact that Ellison is allying himself with those who wish to establish Shari'a as the law of the land.

As with recent polls taken in various countries, Islam comes first, the country comes second. One who takes an oath (symbolic photo op or not)on the koran, should not surprise anyone when his pandering of a terrorist organization, in the open, occurs which unveils his true beliefs.

This solidifies what many here and elsewhere have been saying for quite some time. Islam is their only concern, silent or not, jihadi or not, American or not and to the latter, definitely "Not", I would say.

The best thing to do is ignore him-literally refuse to speak with him, not give him the time of day. If he demands why he is not spoken to simply say: "I refuse to speak with you as long as you don't condemn Hamas. Get away from me." Then turn away. If enough in congress did that it might make him think. In any case, why respect him? He has to do the right thing to gain respect.

That's right, a United States Congressman, Keith Ellison (D-MN), is going to speak at a CAIR banquet, despite the fact that CAIR has been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas funding case.

What's the problem?

bush invites islamic interests to the White House all the time -- and can we check to see if CAIR was also officially invited to the White House?

Ellison swore to uphold the quaran; the ONLY surprize here, is that Pelosi is also not speaking.

I have very strong opinions about this issue, but like most Americans, my opinion doesn't really matter to the people who run the government.

If they did -- Ellison would not be in power and CAIR's leaders would be in a concentration camp undergoing interrogation.

According to the CIA World Factbook, statistically there are about 300 million Americans, of which Muslims comprise 1% or the population, or around 3 million. It will be a LONG time (when Hell freezes over) when they become a majority in this country.
Isn't it odd that just 1% of the population can be responsible for such a large percentage of terrorist attacks? I wonder what the cause of that can be, hmmmm?

I wrote Keith Ellison prior to his election and asked him how he, as a Muslim could uphold the constitution of the US. I asked him also if he was a true American, or a true muslim, because a true muslim could not uphold the freedoms of our great Nation.

It was mentioned that if he was a true muslim that he should drop out of the race because Islam does not allow freedom as it is drawn out in the constitution.

The bum never replied back.........he's obviously a true muslim.

Keith Ellison will clearly remain very controversial,though he tried to distance himself from Muslim organizations during his campaign for congress; even choosing to avoid attending CAIR's annual dinner (he sent a video speech to the dinner) at the time of his election. Now he openly will attend the CAIR annual dinner as a speaker which will once again give CAIR another boost since it has lost over 90 Pct. of its Membership over the last 5 years given its very tainted history. Ellison even attended the same university in Minnesota that CAIRS director Nihad Awad did.

While in congress,Ellison has become more and more an advocacy leader for several Islamic groups like:
Council on American-Islamic Relations,
North American Imams Federation,
The Muslim American Society, and the Islamic Circle of North America

Ellison has also demonstrated a degree of recklessness and arrogance in Minnesota that could show some concerns. Ellison's license to drive an automobile was suspended multiple times for failure to pay tickets, and fines. When asked in 2006 how many times his license has been suspended, he said, "I don't know how many prior suspensions I've had; I don't keep count. Ellison also failed to pay all or part of his income taxes in five separate years between 1992 and 2000, forcing the state and the IRS to put liens on his home. He later paid in excess of $18,000.

I find it disturbing that Nancy Pelosi put Ellison on the judiciary committee that could have the responsibility for initiating an impeachment of President Bush. Also disturbing was the use of Thomas Jefferson's Qu'ran used for his swearing in where he intimated that Jefferson may have used it to influence his writings on behalf of our founding documents. Ellison is also in Obama's camp for president of the United States.

Ellison also spoke at the Fourth Annual Body Meeting of the North American Imams Federation that ended with the Flying Imans contoversy the following day.

Clearly Keith Ellison bares close scrutiny on who he has dealings with in the Islamic world that have other more sinister designs on the sovereignty of America's foundations.

I went to the website of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota to check it out. The Forum section is printed in black, and the background is a very dark blue, which makes it impossible to read the comments.
It struck me that this could hardly be accidental. The webmaster of the site couldn't possibly have failed to notice that his creation is unreadable.
It makes me wonder just what kind of comments they would prefer the public didn't see at the site.
I could be paranoid, but I don't think so. It's just to obvious.
If others have a contrary explanation for the unreadablility of the forum, I'll stand corrected.

This is so true. Whats so scary about it is that it's all perfectly legal. We can probably expect to see a muslim congressman for Michigan someday soon, then probably California. I don't think theres anything we can do about it either. If theres a majority of muslims in any particular state, you can bet that state wil get a muslim congressman-when enough states become a muslim majority, expect to see a muslim president...

There are only two or three million muslims in America and our population is 300 million. They do breed like rats and practice polygamy even though it's illegal but even so, they are still a drop in the bucket. That could change if muslim immigration levels drastically increase and the Bush administration, backed by the muslim-loving State Department, has been importing muslims by the tens of thousands, and they always seem to dump them all in one place!

The biggest threat comes from large numbers of muslims in individual states. Their plan is to "take America, one state at a time." They settle in certain states in large numbers, slowly driving out the indigenous populations as they have done in certain areas of Michigan. That's how they gain political leverage, but it's a slow process. They are also literally creating their own towns and villages in rural areas, with their own mosque, shops, schools,---everything they need, including isolation and privacy to plot against our government and American citizens. These bucolic enclaves are perfect for their broad agenda. They indoctrinate the children, conduct terror training exercises, publish and disseminate propaganda, and communicate with their comrades via the internet, all on private, secluded property.

It appears that muslims are branching out. They are in every state and they don't automatically settle in the inner cities of our large metro areas any more. It I were a paranoid person partial to conspiracy theories, I would suspect a grand design being manipulated from behind the scenes with muslims being recruited and instructed to settle in specific areas as part of the master plan to establish large colonies in strategic locations. CAIR might not have many members, but its "regional" offices are in interesting and sometimes incongruous places. Large concentrations of muslims in one place are always a recipe for disaster.

I know it may sound strange, but this is actually a positive development as it would be better for the forces resisting Jihad if Ellison becomes an embarassment. If he was smart, he would distinguish himself from groups such as CAIR to enhance his own credibility. The best thing that could happen would be for Ellison to be eventually discredited.

A good analogy to this can be found in the forces of slow Jihad (Fatah) and fast Jihad (Hamas) in Israel. Because slow jihad appears more reasonable than fast jihad, the get favorable press. Ellison could be very dangerous if people starting looking to him as someone who could bridge the divide. Better for him not to hide who he is and be looked at for the tool that he is.

If Ellison ever took up Clinton's triangulation technique, he could do a lot of damage.

Muslims don't have to become a majority. By my own completely unscientific rule of thumb, when they reach about 5% of the population they will start making demands on the majority. At 10% they will resort to violence. Beyond that point, they will make life a living hell for the majority, causing many non-Muslims to flee. That process as it unfolds makes their proportion of the population grow even faster.

This is pretty much what they have done in every country they have invaded for the last 1400 years. It's a formula that has been very successful for them.

I believe that we need a total ban on Muslim immigration to the United States. We also need a Constitutional amendment declaring that Islam is a cult, not a religion, and is therefore not protected by the First Amendment. Once that amendment is ratified, we could take steps to ban the practice of Islam in American prisons.

Unfortunately, there is no chance that such an amendment will even be proposed, much less ratified, in the current political climate.

And after the next mass-casualty attack, it will be too late.

You're not being paranoid. The directive to settle in infidel lands and spread Islam is in the Koran; as I'm not at home right now and don't have access to my Korans I can't cite Sura and Ayah, but it's there, all right. This directive should be rightly construed as a form of jihad, the tactic being to establish a foothold in bilad al-kufr and proceed to outpopulate the host population, facilitating Islamization.
