If you can sue the Catholic Church for sex acts committed by Priests, I’d argue that you can sue a Mosque for any medical ‘mistakes’ made by observing doctors against Infidel patients. Especially if there is any dirt on the Mosque.

I hope the BNP looks into the doctor’s patient records and leads a legal effort on behalf of any family’s that received bad medical care. If a man feels the call to blow up a car bomb and kill innocents, it makes sense that he would feel the call to administer bad medical service and injure innocents.

You think the politicians are going to take them off the Hospitals? Imagine the riots it could cause. My point is, if Dr Death and other psychos have done it already, why not in a massive way by Muslims who happen to hate Western societies? You just have an option, from now on, BOYCOTT muslim doctors too, no matter what, just choose your doctors. They call you racist? Islamophobic? An absolutely excellent suggestion...as a physician I've known surgeons who have lost their privileges for botching cases by the peer review surgeon committee within a hospital, a nationwide norm in the US..my point-if the committee and hospital had not ethically done so, they would not have (more importantly) protected future patients and exposed themselves to horrendous future litigation, press and automatic jury awards...indeed Pez (Sir or Madam) why not mosques? Why not? They are on tape, Memri, etc spewing theory to Islamic physician adherents that murdering innocents (or anyone else) is acceptable and is ipso facto malpractice and if the specific mosque the MD attended is positively ID'd, it should be held feloniously liable as an accomplice after the fact in English/American law...great idea..any lawyers out there

Many a time we are unable to choose a doctor. This is specially so in A&E departments. Most Muslim doctors are assigned to A&E, as no one is really fond of working there. And that is exactly where we are likely to turn up in the aftermath of an accident, and in no condition to choose doctors.

If there is evidence these doctors intentionally mistreated patients to do them harm, malpractice suits are the least of their worries. Such activity could have criminal punsihments, and each patient would constitute a seperate crime.

It seems to me though, that if just killing large numbers of infidels was their goal, TWO doctors in a hospital setting could cause much more damage than ramming a burning car into an airport terminal. Would not they have access to dangerous bio-contaminents and other toxic substances, and could they easily spread other infectious deseases more easily? If so, I suppose it was the spectacle of the firebomb in a public place that drew them to this type attack.

I have several times here posted my suspicions about Muslim doctors working in Australia. There seems to be an inordinate number of fit young Muslim men on Disability Support pensions and a lot of Muslim women who say that they are separated but never become divorced and yet remain on child support penstions for their 5-7 children. I have in fact reported this but no one ever seems that interested and I fear that our public service is overrun by socialists.

In addition when you do a locum for a Muslim doctor in Oz you almost never see his Muslim patients unless he is unexpectedly absent or overdue, when they come out of the woodwork and very demanding they are as well.

The surprise above about the fact that these two criminals are doctors shows very little understanding of the jihadic or even the muslim attitudes of such doctors. To them we are untermenschen and nothing is too bad for them to not do it to us. I am sure that you have all forgotten the jihadist who worked in an Iraqi hospital as a doctor and who personally killed over 130 badly wounded enemies including US troops
by some(unknown to me but not the authorities) means.

In the west doctors do try to be better people deserving of their status. But not all and there are always exceptions which people seize upon and i would guess this to be about 20%. However a Muslim doctor who subscribes to his religion will always approach any kaffir from the POV of a Muslim rather than a doctor and so the above is not unexpected. It serves Australia right for plundering the medical riches of overseas countries instead of increasing the number of local graduates with the later being blocked not only by the politcians but by the specialist colleges with their vested interest in maintaining the lack of supply and hence the maintenance of the high costs.

I'm not surprised, as someone mentioned AQ's second in command is also a doctor. There is also the case of a Muslim doctor who was training in the US who stands accused of letting an elderly Jewish patient die. The man's son is suing both the doctor and the hospital, claiming that his father was neglected in the ER because he was Jewish. Doctors take an oath to "first do no harm" that oath doesn't apply to at least some Muslim doctors.

FYI - The hippocratic oath is no longer required in all medical schools. If you have doubts, you should ask if the doctor took the oath. I would still not let an Islamic doctor touch me -- oath or not!
