DALLAS — A Richardson-based Muslim charity and five of its officers are scheduled to go on trial here today on charges related to claims that it funneled at least $12.4 million to Hamas, a Palestinian group the U.S. government says is a terrorist organization.The trial comes at the end of a long-running federal investigation that began with FBI agents surveiling officials of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development at a 1993 meeting in Philadelphia.
A 2004 federal indictment alleges the group was set up in 1988 to provide financial and material support to Hamas, a radical Islamist group that sponsors suicide bombings in Israel and has gained political power in the Palestinian territories.
President Bush closed the charity by executive order in December 2001 and froze $4 million of its assets. At the time it was the largest Muslim charity in the U.S.
Leaders of the foundation have maintained they aided only health clinics, orphanages and others in need.
"This case involves whether humanitarian assistance in Palestine is going to be treated as a crime," said defense lawyer John Boyd, who is representing both the charity and its chief executive and co-founder, Shukri Abu Baker, a 48-year-old Garland resident.
"There is no allegation that the Holy Land Foundation gave money to Hamas or that any of its funds were used for terrorism," Boyd said.
Sure. And if someone in 1935 had sent money to the Nazi regime, and that money was only used to build schools, thus freeing up other funds to be devoted to the remilitarization of Germany, would you say that the person funding the schools was guiltless?

This nonsense, in one form or other, has been going on for over six decades and the "Palestinian" Refugee Hustle has caused suffering to both Arabs and Israelis. These clowns are central to the problem.
Muslim Arabs are responsible for the "Palestinian" Hustle, for making pawns of their own people in a deadly martyr (human sacrifice) obsession. Their "god" must be fed blood.
There were as many Mideast Jewish refugees (well over a million) that relocated to Israel from Arab countries and got on with their lives and many have become quite successful. However, the Jewish refugees dance to life, while the the "Palestinians" do the Jihad Hustle. The problem, of course, is rooted in the supremacist dogmas of Islam.
Will this end in the use of reason? I doubt it.

Games Muslims Play
One of the most addicting emotions we can have is one of self-righteous outrage. You don't even have to be "right" to have self-righteousness. Almost everyone has played this game of moral outrage at one time or another. When little Johnny, age 5 breaks a flower vase in the living room, his Mom might hear it and come in to say, "Who broke this vase?" Johnny, knowing from the tone of her voice, that he is in big trouble says, "The doggie did it." Since the dog has been outside for an hour, she spanks him and says, "I will not have a child lie to me."
Dr. Berne, in his book, in his book GAMES PEOPLE PLAY calls this game "Now I've Got You, You SonOfABitch." It's not that Johnny just broke a vase, but he is set up to be guilty of a worse crime. "Now I've Got You, You Lied To Me, Like All Men Lie, Like Your Father Lied. Etc."… He was forced into lying about it. While he's getting a spanking, he's saying to himself… "Wait a minute, how did we get here? I broke a vase and here I am getting spanked for lying?"
The emotion of moral outrage is very addicting to immature people. I'm saying that jihad-prone people are not that clever. It's easier to push the situation to make little Johnny even MORE WRONG than to lovingly and wisely say, "Oh, did you break the vase, let's clean it up before you hurt yourself."
Liberals love to play "Now I've Got You, You SonOfABitch" too. They slap a "FREE TIBET" bumper sticker on their car and prove they care more than you do. They don't do anything more than "care". But they feel self-righteousness. If we would go in with guns ablazing to "free Tibet" they would change bumper stickers to say "War Is Not The Answer." More self-righteousness.
Muslims play "Now I've Got You…" also… There is no difference between the Mom spanking little Johnny and Jihad. (Except for the bloodletting.)
Is it possible to train Muslims to stop the Jihad game and instead of killing the infidel to help us all clean up the mess? I think not. For, according to Jihad thinking, infidels are the mess.
Maturity, is always a process of "thinking about our thoughts." If we don't know why we think the way we do, we will never allow ourselves to have another thought. We train our minds to think in a certain way. And if you are upset, as Jihadis seem to be, you have to do three things at the same time to be so pissed off…
1. You have to overlook the good. There is so much good in the world. And there is so much good that infidels have done. We build the skyscrapers they love to destroy. We build the assault weapons they love to use. They use Israeli guns, Russian guns and American guns. We build the technology to pump the oil out of their grounds and turn it into gasoline. Do they have a problem with all that? Do they have the courtesy to say "Thank You" before decapitating someone who has directly or indirectly bless their life? Overlooking the good is a Jihad thing to do.
2. You have to Focus On The Bad. Yes, we have Paris Hilton. And I guess that's bad. And there are gay pride marches with those awful tutus. (I do wish those guys would wear a suit if they want to be taken seriously.) But focusing on the bad is necessary is you're going to play the game of Jihad.
3. And finally, you have to Exaggerate The Importance Of The Bad. This is a vital element of proper Jihad. You can't just say "Oh, those silly American Crusaders." No. You've got to be insulted all out of proportion, to rampage and murder innocent by-standers when a cartoon appears, when a dictator (Sadaam) is toppled, or when your behavior is challenged. You've got to "feel" like a woman, that this slight, is intolerable. I could argue that Jihadis are behaving very much like a scorned female. Remember, "feelings" are not necessarily facts. If you FEEL something is true, your feeling does not make it true. You can feel that the moon is made of cheese, but it does not make it so. You need to gather all of the facts. All of them. Not just the "fact" that moon is the same color as some cheese. If you cull out a few facts to make you hate Jews and Christians, you're still being a girly Muslim. Of course you can find a few facts… that might annoy you about infidels… but you MUST exaggerate those few facts in order to conduct your beloved, bloodletting jihad.
Remember Jihad boy, you must do all three of these things AT THE SAME TIME in order to make yourself miserable enough to play the game of "Now I've Got You, You Son Of A Bitch"… or as you call it: jihad.

Again, Hamas is a resistance movement whether the West likes it or not. Hamas, along with other Palestinian resistance groups, aborted the Judeo-Nazis dream of a nation spanning from sea to sea. I bet you Hetrzl is turning in his grave for his cohorts failed in implementing his imperialist vision. The project of the Judeo-Nazi state is falling apart. Their excessive use of force on the Palestinian civilian population, and long a year ago on the Lebanese population, the building of a 30-foot high concrete barrier(the press in the West calls a fence, what a bunch of jokers)that cuts through Palestinian farm lands and tears families apart, their desperation in recruiting more settlers from Sudan ,Ethiopia, Yemen, the US and Europe to legitimize their land robberies, are all signs to the prediction that the Judeo-Nazi state is soon to self-destruct from within, and not through the Iranian nuclear bomb as the the US and the West have the blondes of the world believe.
What is built on falsehood shall not last. What is built on injustice, shall not last. What is built through force and occupation, shall not last. The Judeo-Nazi state is practsing all of the above, and it shall not last, God Willing.

I see a problem with all of this - our courts don't have a clue as to what islam is all about and our lawyers have less of a clue. The lawyers only know defense (and the group that doesn't have to take an oath to tell the truth are the lawyers even though they are *supposed* to be leading the jury in a truthful way - hah) because the constitution says that everyone has a right to a defense.
This is why leaving all of this to our civil courts is NOT what we should be doing. We are in a war and until we call this war what it should be - and not some tactic - we will continue to muddle our way through muslim atrocities and warlike acts. This is a warlike act - giving money for jihad, as they are taught, is an act of treason. If our courts had a clue they would know that these 'poor, poor muslims' are jihadists!
But, I will say that if we start doing what is right during this war - all we would hear is the braying of the donkeys from the left. It would be deafening because they don't have a clue and refuse to get one. With their backing from the ACLU, the Ford Foundation (no relation to the Ford Motor company), etc all we would hear is the outrage from those morons.

This is just one more reason why Muslim immigration to this country must be stopped. If on that unhappy happy day that there are enough Muslims in this country, or even enough Muslims in a city or community, to make up a majority on a jury, a successful prosecution in a case like this won't be possible.
Does anyone doubt that if the flying Imans sued, and the case was tried in Dearbon Michigan, with a majority of Muslims on the Jury, that they would win and be awarded millions of dollars?
Or, if anyone was prosecuted for terrorist acts, again with a majority Muslim jury, that they would be found not guilty?
It wouldn't even take a majority Muslim jury, just a sizable Muslim minority, combined with a few Infidel votes, and no Muslim is going to be guilty of anything.
Our whole justice system would be twisted and distorted -- and in the end, wrecked -- by a large Muslim population in this country, because no Muslim is going to consider any evience except that a fellow Muslim is being prosecuted in an Infidel court under ungodly Infidel law.
Consider also the fate of a Jew or Christian prosecuted before such a jury. What kind of justice could they look forward to?

That's what I'm concerned about. It goes farther than just financing terror somewhere else. "Cultural" and "religious" defenses to criminal prosecutions have been tried before, with mixed success, in cases involving not only Muslims but also other frayed-edge cults of various origins. Muslims are recently the most insistent that their behavior, based on their religious and cultural attitudes, should be granted a waiver when it conflicts with our secular law.
The burgeoning hijabis on our streets are the canary in the coal mine (google the French organization "Neither Whores nor Slaves" -- "Ni Putes, Ni Soumises" -- if you'd like an on-the-ground assessment of what hijab means in reality). It's entirely possible that prosecutions of the first attacks on uncovered women in our country will be met with a religio-cultural defense -- it's been tried with forced marriage/child rape and Islamic domestic rape-slavery already.
What happens when the jury is largely Muslim I don't know, but I'm not optimistic. Further, past evidence of government ministers in Europe saying, in so many words, "get used to hijab, ladies or suffer the consequences" is not a positive sign for the sprightly response of our own leaders to the brutal incursions of Shar'ia.

I've been reading up on Ni Putes, Ni Soumises and the causes they champion. They're fighting a tough battle, I know. The poor young women who've been killed are just tragic.
I have a Rosie the Riveter pic I Photoshopped to include "Ni Putes, Ni Soumises" and a supporting comment underneath. I felt urged to place it prominently at my desk so I can inform coworkers of their challenges when they ask.

Let's also turn or attention to the mega mosque in Boston, Mr. FBI's. It seems there is no local ownership of said mosque but its strings go back to our friends, the Saudi's. They appoint various local boards when needed to confront the dhimmis.
