An update on the Korean Christian hostage crisis. From Reuters (thanks to Jihad Watch News Editor Marisol Seibold):
KABUL, Afghanistan (Reuters) -- Taliban kidnappers shot dead a male South Korean hostage on Monday, a spokesman said, accusing the Afghan government of not listening to rebel demands.Protestors participate in an anti-war rally calling for the safe return of the kidnapped South Koreans.
"We shot dead a male captive because the government did not listen to our demands," spokesman Qari Mohammad Yousuf told Reuters by telephone.

Apparently Robert here does not think my latest suggestion for investigating muslim doctors and their affiliated organization is worth anything.
It espouses helping muslims and ignoring non-muslims in the host nation.
Their charter also demands that islam be perpetuated over all else in the infidel nations where they live and that looks like a big, red flag to me.
If that is not a big story, than what is?
Where's Bob??

I'l wager this will be the fate of all these hostages in kabul. Tall them (Koreans) what happens to hostages with this supposed religion of peace.

With all the American forces in the region, you would think that rescuing these hostages would be a priority of the highest degree. Act now America before more innocent blood is shed. Live up to your credo.

Protestors participate in an anti-war rally calling for the safe return of the kidnapped South Koreans. On one had, I agree with the protesters insofaras the Korean (and all other Infidel) troops already in Afghan should be pulled out. Instead, let troops from some Islamic countries - maybe Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, go in, and pull all troops from Infidel countries out.
OTOH, they should be denouncing the Jihadis/Taliban, instead of South Korea for having troops there.

America's highest priority right now, is to not offend islam under any circumstances.
After all, we're writing the initial chapters of what I believe is a great ideological struggle between those of us who do believe in freedom and justice and human rights and human dignity, and cold-blooded killers who will kill innocent people to achieve their objectives.

Defaming islam is not part of the equation, and recuing Chirstians from the clutches of islamic murderers ispired by the quaran, would probably defame islam.
We can't have that, now can we?

So the taliban shouldn't mind when we demand that they release the hostages and then turn themselves in, and if our demands are not met, we start killing muslim civilians around the globe....right? This is the game they want to play, is it not? So may their own people suffer and not just the innocent Koreans.
The actions of muslims must be turned so that the muslim population suffers from those actions and not just everybody else. So this is a statement to the Taliban on behalf of the American citizens, "We demand that you release the hostages and that you turn yourselves in to the Afghan government for prosecution as murderers of the other Koreans."
"And if you do not listen to our demands, we reserve the same right to treat your people as you are treating the innocent Koreans."

Bukhari:V5B59N512 "The Prophet had their men killed, their woman and children taken captive."
Ishaq:489 "Do the bastards think that we are not their equal in fighting? We are men who think that there is no shame in killing."
Qur'an 2:191 "And kill them wherever you find and catch them. Drive them out from where they have turned you out; for Al-Fitnah (polytheism, disbelief, oppression) is worse than slaughter."

I agree 1000%. Any moslem violence such as this hostage-taking and killing of hostages should be answered in kind.
Who said Westerners don't know how to take hostages and shoot people?
Who's to say when the straw will finally break the Camel's back?!!!!!

These Taliban have no problem hiding among the "Muslim people" -- how is this possible without a hugely sympathetic Muslim populace?
The same syndrome that finds posters of Khomeini and Osama bin Laden plastered in the hovels, homes, apartments and mosques of Muslims around the world -- they are sympathetic to anyone waging Jihad. Those few that aren't or claim they aren't are either liars or casual Muslims or on the brink of apostasy.
Al Jazeera gets its videos handed to it regularly and then seeks to spew propaganda directly into the households of English speakers via our cable systems.
What's next in the USA -- a Muslim national holiday?
The Evil is obvious -- so obvious that the weak, the sycophantic, the dhimmified and the ignorant seek to do anything within their power to not look at it -- "in hopes that the crocodile will eat them last."
WHAT THE HELL WILL IT TAKE TO GET PEOPLE TO RECOGNIZE THAT WE ARE IN A RELIGIOUS WAR?
Let me guess -- a million dead Americans and/or Europeans and/or Indian Hindus in the next wave of bigger Islamic terror attacks.
When Christians are being murdered because they had to the temerity to actually seek to offer aid to Muslims, this should not be viewed as an isolated incident because it is NOT. This latest murder should be viewed for what it is -- evidence of the war Islam is waging against all non-Muslims -- each and every day.
The encroachment is real. The threat to our way of lives is real. The twisting of our democratic societies is real. The intent to usurp our governments is real. Islam is the real threat. It is real.
REAL.
Islam is the Enemy.
Deny it all you might, it will find you one day and by then you perhaps will have no more allies to turn to. If you can't find the courage to address the scourge of our time today for yourself, at least look towards the future and consider what this world will be like for your grandchildren if we continue with the status quo. You know damn well that this violent ideology will not cease its path towards Islamising the West. You know.
DO SOMETHING.

Yes... and then up the ante! We must start dealing with these people on a level they understand.
First, send a Special Forces or Seals team in to "arrest" the family of Taliban spokesman Qari Mohammad Yousuf. For every Korean killed, execute a one of his family members in the same way.
The US and Britian are investing billions in trying to find Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri. Don't you think their families know how to find them? One of Osama bin Ladin's sons is living in England and just married a British woman. Take him and the rest of his brothers and hold them hostage. For every Westerner killed or suicide bombing carried out, execute a Bin Ladin and release a video of the execution to Al-Jazeera.
Ayman al-Zawahiri's family lives in Cairo and can be taken as well. It's time to hit the Al-Qaeda/Taliban leadership where it actually will hurt them. This is the only effective policy.
In 1986, a Shi'ite terrorist leader, holding several Americans hostage, made the mistake of seizing four diplomats from the Soviet embassy. The Soviets sent in a Spetsnaz team and took the sheik's 11-year-old son. They then sent the sheik his son's left ear with a note that if all four Soviets were not released unharmed, next it would be the boy's penis, and then his head.
Within three hours, all four Soviets were released unharmed. Spetsnaz killed the boy anyway as a message to the Muslims not to mess with the Soviet Union. Needless to say, after this, until the Soviet Union collapsed and the weak Yeltsin government took its place, not a single Soviet diplomat was threatened.
We should learn from history.

Provoslavni, it won't happen. In fact, what that would do is enrage all the left wing loons out there. It is the same type of thing that happened to Milosevic - he probably saw so much that he became just like the muslims he was killing. And what happened to him - Clinton took the side of the muslims and started to help them slaughter more christians. And now NATO just sits back and watches them slaughter the Christians.
With no plan for all the masses of 'moderates' that live among us? We would see all those masses of 'moderates' start their violence even sooner than even they planned.

"Provoslavni, it won't happen. In fact, what that would do is enrage all the left wing loons out there."
But if the Afghani government was to say, level a Taliban village for every hostage killed, that would get their attention. Or at least let the Afgahni government publicly execute 2 Taliban prisoners for each Korean hostage killed, that would move the negotiations right along. And the left could just blame Karzai (and Bush since everything in the world is his fault).

Islam is offended by the shedding of innocent blood. However, I do appreciate your comment - in the real-political sense you are correct, unfortunately.

"Islam is offended by the shedding of innocent blood."
But the only innocents to Muslims are Muslims.
Don't try it here.

I remember when i became acquainted with the Muslims in charge wanting to kill all non-muslims. Two missionaries from Baylor University in Waco were arrested and sentenced to die by the Taliban well before 911. You are correct in stating their belief that it is the Law that all infidels must die. A sentence or two in the Quaran so states, from what I recall, and they take that and act so badly upon it.

Sadly, you're probably right. No government is willing to do what it takes to win this war. However, a non-governmental organization could do this.
There used to be an organization known as the "Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia" or ASALA. This group did some fairly effective direct action against the Turks in the 1970s and 80s. Perhaps a modern organization like this, but without the rediculous Marxist ideology, could be organized. Something like a Society of Neo-Templars who can meet every act of Islamic terror with even more direct counter-terror. Who wants to join?

"Taliban kidnappers shot dead a male South Korean hostage on Monday"
- - - - -
So we're down to 21 of the original 23? And 18 are women? I assume the Muslim murderers will feel free to kill the other 3 men; will the scheisskopfs slaughter the women as well? Surely they understand they have to keep a FEW of these hostages alive as bargaining chips...
- - - - -
OT, at least regarding the Korean hostages:
An interesting link:
http://www.jcpa.org/JCPA/Templates/ShowPage.asp?DRIT=3&DBID=1&LNGID=1&TMID=111&FID=253&PID=0&IID=1637&TTL=Hatred_of_the_Jews_as_a_Psychological_Phenomenon_in_Palestinian_Society
regarding the Palestinians' psychopathology (she suggests this may well extend to Arabs in general). One quibble: she refers (4th paragraph) to over a hundred billion Muslims; it only seems that way... ;)

"Taliban kidnappers shot dead a male South Korean hostage on Monday..."
Well at least the description wasn't softened up as is so often seen in the media these days where victims of jihad aggression simply "die" instead of "killed", "murdered", etc.

Very unfortunate. Reprehensible as these executions are, it was only to be expected from the Taliban or any practising muslim.
What were these Koreans thinking, going
evangelising to the TALIBAN ??????
at July 31, 2007 1:15 AM
And remember, even though the Taliban do not wear uniforms, even though they don't have an established chain of command, even though they don't represent a government that has formally declared war on the U.S., even though they purposely target their attacks against unarmed civilians, even though they hide among civilians, even though they train children to take up weapons, even though they torture and kill their captives, our soldiers will give them every protection of the Geneva Convention. We'll make sure they get halal food, we'll make sure not to touch the Qur'ans that we provided to them.
If our soldiers catch these Taliban, and let dogs bark at them, or make them put women's panties on their heads, or make them stand in a pyramid, it will be our soldiers who are charged with war crimes.

Yet another useful life wasted by the great religion of Islam - the religion of peace!
The MSM in UK are now censoring these stories probably on the instructions of our Brown nose government. They like to show the Taliban, Hamas etc. as Islamic heros. Last night they said a Journo would never be kidnapped on Hamas's shift.
Afterall we have to give the innocent Muslims time to regroup for their next attack on us.
We will lose this war because we are too busy protecting our enemy and not giving enough thought to their Koranic inspired atrocities committed against the Infidel globally on a daily basis.
Don't dare show your anger by Koran flushing. That's a hate crime.
So what do you call appeasing Islam!
