An update on this story. " Officials: Deadly blasts in southern India were acts of terror," from CNN:
NEW DELHI, India (CNN) -- The death toll continued to rise in southern India, where two blasts Saturday night killed at least 41 people in Hyderabad in what authorities are calling terrorists attacks.
More than 60 people were wounded, several critically, police said.
But the carnage could have been worse.
Authorities also found explosives at 16 other locations in and near Hyderabad, said Y.S.R. Reddy, chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state.
Security was beefed up at the airport and railroads after police said the almost simultaneous blasts were coordinated attacks.
"This is definitely terrorist activity," Reddy said, urging everyone to stay calm. He scheduled a Cabinet meeting Sunday morning to discuss the incidents.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh issued a statement expressing deep concern over the violence.
One explosion, suspected to have been a bomb, occurred as a laser music show was to begin at an outdoor auditorium in Lumbini Park after 7:30 p.m. (10 a.m. ET).
About 500 people were in the audience when the blast ripped through the middle row of seats, Reddy said.

Estimates I’ve read put the Hindu Holocaust at close to 60-70 million.

Lets keep connection the dots people. Here is SITE I found a few months ago. This lists all suspicious terrorist activities world wide as soon as they occur. It does not speculate who is behind the activities just that they occurred.

Well it's good that they called a special meeting maybe now they can figure out what it is they did wrong to cause this islamic "resistance".
If they want to find the reason really,really fast they should call all the western leaders because they already have it figured out.
I suspect a harder line towards dhimmitude is in Indias future.Self prescribed of course.
Also i am sure it had nothing to do with Pakistan calling for jihad.Not that there already hasn't been one.

These attacks are bad but they are also very cowardly. The Islamic terrorists are afraid of fight in the open. So they go about killing innocents.
India must once again become a Hindu country. All Indian Muslims must go to Afghanistan. That is the only solution to this problem of Muslim terrorists. We are tired of our politicians making a call for peace after every bombing.

India is way too soft on Muslim militants. Indians tend to react with stronger anti-western views, disregarding the imminent islamic threat.
It was painful to watch how helpless the Indian government was during the hijacking of the Indian Airlines plane to Kandahar or the storming of parliament. In both instances, there was no outrage against Muslim militancy during the days that followed.
If Indians would be just half as virulent when condemning Islamic militant action than their routine anti-american and anti-western rants in Indian media, the Muslims would begin to respect Indians.

Isn't it nice to see the Indian PM concerned about these killings. unfortunately there will need to be more killings before the Indian PM gets furious and actually does something. appeasement like ostrich's the Indian politicians seem to be cowed towards toward their real enemies aka muslims.

Muslims cannot respect anybody - that is by definition. They can only fear others.
Also the Indian media is controlled by the left, so its a waste of time to discuss it. It would be nice if someone dug up the funding sources for the Indian media. I would bet that they are selling themselves very cheaply.

The Hindu has nowhere to hide. India is his last refuge. It is time the Hindu picks up (for a start) atleast the intellectual courage to call Islam the wretchedness that it is. The physical courage always follows only the intellectual conviction. The bomb attacks are cowardly. But the lack of will of the Hindus to at least openly suspect the Muslims is a greater cowardice.
With their substantial population, Hindus have a duty in ridding the world of Islamic terrorism. Hope wisdom dawns on the Hindus....
