Russian Muslim arrested in Afghanistan on terrorism suspicions

Wearing a burqa, evidently.

This is more evidence of the international character of the jihad, belying claims that various jihads around the world are merely local insurgencies.

"Russian man arrested in Afghanistan over terrorism suspicions," from ITAR-TASS (thanks to Twostellas):

ISLAMABAD, August 28 (Itar-Tass) -- A Russian citizen has been arrested in Afghanistan as a suspected associate of terrorists, the Iranian hews agency IRNA reported on Monday.

It said the man identified as Andrei, who professes Islam, and two citizens of Afghanistan had been arrested in the province of Paktia near the border with Pakistan.

A representatives of the Paktia authorities said they had been arrested after about 500 kilograms of explosives had been found in their automobile.

The Russian man allegedly told police he had entered Afghanistan from Pakistan after trips to Egypt, Turkey, and Iran. He planned to travel to Tajikistan from Afghanistan and then to Russia.

According to police, all three men were wearing women’s clothes.

Muslims are cross-dressers too? What would alluh say about that?

Make sense that they were wearing women's clothes, such as full-length ski masks...

Mr. Spencer, et al., what do you say to the naive Muslims who regale you with stories about the majority of Muslims being peaceful and "loving everyone?"

We were just reading Russia having ties with Iran.

After Bezlan, the Russian government should get a clue and be very cautious about having ties to any muslim country ruled by extremists, such as Iran.

Mr. Spencer, Mr. Fitzgerald, is there any way you can save suziq's link?

Burqas have been used as cover for criminal and terrorist activity many times before - just recently in Pakistan at the lal masjid battle, by a key jihadi. Burqas and niqabs should be illegal attire in the West, for that reason.

The Transgendered Ruskie Jihad?

Sounds like a bad band name.

I'll bet they were just a couple of cross dressing muslims with fireworks in their trunk. Hey, and why are they profiling people that look like muslim women anyway, does CAIR know about this????

Mayor: "We don't want any more trouble like you had last year in the Philmore District."

Harry: "When I see a man chasing a woman with intent to commit rape, I shoot the bastard."

Lawyer: "How did you establish intent to commit rape?"

Harry: "When a man in a burqa is chasing a woman up an alley with a butcher knife and a smile on, chances are he's not out collecting for the Red Cross."

Nothing suspicious here.

Transpose these people to San Francisco and everything will be OK, would be "normal".

The Cirque Soleil might have even hired them.

But in Afganistan - they are jihadi female impersonator killers - and the primary rule holds,

The only good jihadi is a dead one.

They must have been trying to get in touch with their softer side. How sweet.

One more example of why the burka and the niqab must be outlawed in the West. Forget the arguments about repression of women's rights (although they are certainly valid)...first and foremost, this is a national security issue.

"According to police, all three men were wearing women’s clothes."

Sounds like some confused young men. Fortunately, we in the West have doctors that can fix their gender identity issues. As a gesture of good will, we should give them the appropriate medical treatment and then send them to live out the rest of their natural lives in Afghanistan -- as women. (Sorry. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds.)

Maybe we could even find some nice, old, toothless geezer who would be willing to make them wives #2, 3, and 4 so they can be together.

I would be seriously considering whether these people, who dress in women's clothes so readily, are homosexuals and should watch their backs.

Sorry but another thought......Perhaps the West should SERIOUSLY consider banning the niqab, burkha etc. because you can't know who is under the black bag.

1st Muslim man with identity crisis, "Hey, Muhammad, let me be frank with you."

Muhammad replies, "Shut up, you were frank last night"

"... 500 kilograms of explosives had been found in their automobile...."

...perhaps the rear bumper of the car dragging the ground gave the security people a clue, or maybe it was the bearded women in the car....

....hmmm, Afghanistan to Pakistan to Egypt to Turkey, to Iran, then to Tajikistan to Afghanistan on the way to Russia......it sounds like the Jihad scenic tour (and it looks like the explosives were picked up in Iran)...now what would Russian Muslims need explosives for in Russia?....lets see...blowing up trains, blowing up school children, blowing up power plants, blowing up bridges, assassinations, or maybe blowing up Russian Christians....yep, those Russian intelligence advisors must be wondering why Muslims want to attack them , after all The RUssians have been providing the Muslim terrorists with NATO information, with missiles, with explosives, with air defence radar equipment, military clothing, small arms and ammunition, and even surplus submarines......it seems the Russians were thinking the Muslims would use all these items against the west....(particularily the US)....It would not surprise me that the explosives were of Russian manufacture that were originally given to Iran.....Imagine that Russians being blown up by Russian explosives which the Russians provided to the Muslims for use against the US....perhaps Putin should be putting the Ban on Muslim immigration....

CJ -

Love it!
I think you have discovered the most appropriate punishment for all muslim men, whatever their crime.

"Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" exclaimed a certain humbug from the Emerald City.
