ISNA Conference: Hizb ut-Tahrir rubs shoulders with Homeland Security

20070904ISNA-DHS-HizbutTahrir.jpg

Hizb ut-Tahrir, of course, is an openly pro-Sharia, pro-caliphate group that is banned in many countries. But at the convention of the unindicted co-conspirator the Islamic Society of North America, the Hizb booth (with "The Shield" sign) is right next to the Homeland Security booth. (Thanks to Little Green Footballs.)

Just imagine a convention of some German American society in 1942, with the Nazi Party booth right next to the Department of War booth. But of course, the War Department wouldn't have been there.

So it's the SYSTEMS of Islam - economics, punishments, etc. Just a bit more than your're run-of-the-mill religion (of peace), dotcha think?

Why this government (and many/most of my fellow citizens) continues to treat Islam like a group of Methodists meeting to discuss the next church dinner is beyond me...

OT - I believe I read the other day that the Turkey Prime Minister said there is no moderate Islam ...?

Treating the peaceful ones like Methodists is easier than dealing with them as a menace. To get people to see them as a menace is like trying to get a kid to eat spinach-it aint pleasant, but it's for your own good.

This is so sad. Even some Islamic nations have banned this islamo-fascist organization. Why on earth would they be so cozy with Homeland Security? What kind of message the Hoimeland security is broadcasting?

Being a terror-suporting organization evidently pays.

(OBS: There are two "Crusaders" comenting in here. One is me, from Europe, and another one from Pakistan)

Is this a "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" thing?

In Muhammadan countries the authorities make a distinction between good Islam and bad Islam, Sunni Islam, Shiite Islam. The distinctions are important, obviously to countries like Egypt, Saudi Jihadia, Iran.

Should we in the West try to pick shit out of fly paper?

I don't know. I believe there's no such thing as moderate Islam. So why pretend?

The "State of the Ummah." So what is the state of this malignant tumor that is fooling the immune system of humanity?

The evil brilliance of Islam is that when an objective person is careful to accurately describe it, he finds he must necessarily use extreme language. How, without using extreme language, does one describe a "religion" that is pathologically intolerant, that is entirely focused, as its sole and all-consuming fanatical objective, on the elimination of all of vestiges of other civilization, and that has no moral restraint whatsover on its means to this perverted end?

That descriptive necessity causes the truth speaker to self-inhibit, to hesitate. That necessity causes any well-meaning, naturally optimistic Western audience to recoil and to be suspicious--not of Islam, but of the truth speaker. Meanwhile, the tumor grows.

I would feel sorry for US if we didnt deserve to be rediculed , we dont deserve to be taken seriously if we dont value truth.

Posted by: KAOSKTRL [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 6, 2007 9:26 AM

Where is this convention taking place? More to the point, if this organization is "banned in several countries" then why is not banned in THIS country? Why are we having tea with them on the shop corner. Stendec is right...the tumor grows, and apparently we are going to wait until it reaches Stage 4 before we start to remove it by whatever means necessary--surgery, chemicals, radiation. Stages 2 and 3 are not going to be very pleasant in some of our cities. I hope it is not yours, or mine.

Where is John Ashcroft when he is needed.

OOps the Dems have engineered his removal !

Heard the comment last day by Chucky Schumer that our marines have delayed, yes delayed, the progress of peace in Anbar province. Give this man a judgeship. With fools like this, we're surely
in trouble.

Why you can have the islamist retards having a booth beside Homeland Security.

Security (snicker snicker).

This story is carried at LGF and HOT AIR and few other right wing blogs.

Each of them look at this picture and say, basically, that there is something wrong with it, but do not seem to be able to articulate the incongruity.

This ISNA outreach is just part of Bush's "Islam is a Religion of Peace Affirmation Program". The ISNA conference is another part of the slow jihad. It is da'wa, pure and simple, yet so many right wingers, knowing full well the dangers such unopposed propaganda poses, refuse to anlayze the root cause and lay blame where it belongs, which is right at the feet of George W. Bush.

But if you support the war in Iraq, you must support the commander in chief, and no criticism will be forthcoming since doing so might expose the the wisdom of the democracy projects and attainability of "victory" against the GWOT.

Well the Nazi Party is banned in other countries, but not in the US.

I don't know if this is entirely a bad thing, although being next to Homeland Security is rich with irony.

I like the idea that these people are up front and out there with their totalitarian ideology because it makes them indefensible to the idiots on the LEFT (like Nancy Pelosi, Patty Murray, Hollyweirdos, academics, etc...) who believe that Islam is a benign religion, equal to all others.

Why is this woman "manning" the booth, not wearing a burqa?

Posted by: Ayaravataja [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 6, 2007 5:08 PM

Regarding your comment on the War Department - that's a big part of the problem. As I mentioned on another thread, the Department of Defense is not a War Department. If elected, I'll restore the original name, as well as exiting the UN and the Geneva Conventions.

Political correctness firmly anchored in relativism will surely bring about our nation's undoing. May God grant that we wake up before it's too late.
