THE mysterious sheik behind the Australian chapter of Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir has revealed the organisation's support for military coups and revolutions to overthrow non-Muslim governments worldwide.Ismail Al Wahwah, who was little known until last month when he was banned from a Hizb ut-Tahrir conference in Indonesia, spoke out on an Arabic radio program that revealed him as the "active member" of the group in Australia....
"I say any occupied people have the responsibility to defend their country," he told SBS's Arabic radio program. "The victim should not be asked how he is defending himself."
Sheik Wahwah is understood to be the unofficial leader of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Australia. The Australian has obtained the first pictures of the man widely known in the Muslim community as Abu Anas.
Hizb ut-Tahrir's media spokesman, Wassim Doureihi, denied the sheik was the group's leader in Australia, saying Sheik Wahwah was a senior member and that his brother, Ashraf, a civil engineer at North Sydney Council, was the official leader.
But Sheik Wahwah is sent to address senior members of the Islamic community in Sydney on behalf of Hizb ut-Tahrir, and he was Australia's representative for the Indonesian conference....
Hizb ut-Tahrir is a secretive organisation known as the Party of Islamic Liberation, which advocates the destruction of Western civilisation and the overthrow of governments and their replacement by Islamic rule.
The group is banned in Europe, China and Saudi Arabia, but remains legal in Britain and Australia, actively pushing the idea of a Muslim rule....
"It is up to the Ummah (community) to sort out its own matter with these rulers and remove their ruler in a public manner," he said.
"It could be such as a public revolution, public disobedience or a military coup.
"We are in the front line with the Ummah. We don't engage in militant activities. Our case is to make the case of Islam the case of the Ummah."

While the average man or woman in the street has a pretty good idea about fundamental islam, its true dimensions, and is even prepared to oppose it ?

No, only the Ummah when invaded or colonized is allowed to kick them out. Britain or Europe are not yet part of the Ummah, so they're fair game for Islamic conquest. Sorry Borg, but fair and reciprocal action is not in their Islamic imperialism mindset.

Drip, drip, drip. Muslims worldwide can't help revealing what they want-----conquest of the world and the imposition of their legal system on everyone. If this isn't totalitarianism, nothing is. The tipping point in defeating the quest by Muslims for earthly hegemony will occur when a large majority in the West no longer make any excuses for the Islamic faith. Not there yet, but we're moving in the right direction I believe (banning Hizb ut-Tahrir in Australia and Britain would be a good sign of this). Meanwhile, you Muslims out there continue not being able to help yourselves in conveying to the entire world just how wretched (and ungracious) your religion really is.

I wholeheartedly agree. We are being invaded under the guise of immigration, both legal and illegal, and we have a right to defend ourselves.
The result of immigration of Muslims to the West has resulted in terrorism from within. The fear of terrorism is worse and is having a catastrophic impact on freedoms we have taken for granted. Security cameras, intrusive surveillance, monitoring use of the Internet, intrusive searches, retina scans, DNA profiling etc, are all leading us towards a police state. It is hard to imagine that all this has occurred in a matter of just 6 years. What the future holds as Muslim populations in the West increase exponentially, one fears to even contemplate.
This is the price we are paying for allowing mass Muslim immigration to the West.
If we carry on as we are now, blithely ignoring all facts about Islam, then a civil war in Europe is very likely, as power is never handed over voluntarily. Such a civil war will be gruesome, and the winner will extract a bloody vengeance, with ethnic cleansing on a mass scale.

There is nothing more abhorrent to me than these absolutist notions, such as a right to life and freedom. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I don't think the Tamil Tigers (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) (Sri Lanka)) should be there though, I understand that they are a Hindu separatist movement seeking an independent Hindu state from the majority (Bhuddist) Sri Lanka.
There was a recent article here at JW regarding a Muslim group in Sri Lanka who have been attacking the Tamil Tigers, I think they were the Armed Islamic Group ( on your list - the Armed Islamic Group (GIA) (Algeria)).
Murderous buggers the lot of them.
Just a thought, the Ummah has now spread from the West coast of Africa to the Southern Phillipines, only Northern India and Burma stand in the way of a complete Muslim land bridge from the Atlantic to the Pacific. I think we can expect more trouble in Kashmir and the "restive" areas of Thailand. They are making inroads in Burma already, there's an encampment of Muslim "refugees" (from Bangladesh)settling in coastal areas, they are being supported by the UN.
