"Martyrdooms."
"Documents point to S.C. terror plot: Explosives materials in car," by Adam Beam and Lee Higgins for The State (thanks to all who sent this in):
Four key developments disclosed Tuesday in an application for a federal search warrant of the car driven by two Egyptian students arrested last month in South Carolina:• Ahmed Mohamed admitted to FBI agents that he made a training video to show people in “Arabic countries” how to use remote-controlled bombs against American soldiers.
• Someone using Mohamed’s laptop computer used the search words “martyrdooms” and “suiciders” to link to the video on YouTube.
• Authorities found a toy remote-control boat, still in its box, and a partially dismantled digital watch at Youssef Samir Megahed’s Tampa, Fla., home. They suspect that the items are the beginnings of a homemade bomb.
• On Mohamed’s computer, authorities found a file titled “Bomb Shock,” which contains files about explosives, including detailed descriptions of TNT and of C-4, a military-grade plastic explosive.
In a 12-minute video posted on YouTube, an Egyptian man wearing a white shirt, khaki pants and rubber gloves explains in Arabic how to turn a toy boat into a bomb.
His name is Ahmed Abdellatif Sherif Mohamed, and last month he was arrested in Goose Creek after authorities found four PVC pipes containing a mixture of potassium nitrate, kitty litter and sugar in his car’s trunk.
There is much more. Read it all.

The local police officers at Goose Creek should be treated like the heros that they are. Not only did they follow their gut instincts, they were not deterred by the howls of "racial profiling" that immediately followed the arrests. Bravo Zulu!

And this, about Ahmed Mohamed, from today's Tampa Tribune:
"When investigators interviewed Mohamed, he acknowledged making and narrating the video, the affidavit states. He said he 'considered American troops, and those military forces fighting with the American military, to be invaders of Arab countries. He added that the technology which he demonstrated in the tape was to be used against those who fought for the United States.' "
And unlike the initial articles reporting on this case, this one contains no statements from CAIR. What happened to the racial profiling and islamophobia accusations?

From the article:
he made a training video to show people in “Arabic countries” how to use remote-controlled bombs
Whaaat? He was sharing the bomb information based on ethnicity? Why, that sounds positively....racist.
I'm sure the PC thought-police will be all over this story, decrying the blatant infidelophobia of this bigoted jihadi. They will excoriate him until he... What's that? The PC thought-police are all currently busy scouring the earth for a single example of an anti-Muslim "backlash"? They're out of the office indefinitely and cannot be reached?

Ah, MP makes a great point...
folks, let's keep in mind, this mindlessness we've seen over these two terrorists were NOT, that's N-O-T the work of the police department...it was the work of the court system...same system that created revolving-door pseudo-justice that let's them out as fast, if not faster, than the cops can arrest the scumbags.
That's most important to keep in mind here.
I say DITTOs: Bravo Zulu!

Re: Florida Muslim student admitted he made video on how to use remote-controlled bombs against American soldiers
Yes, "the good old boys" framed them (as per Fibrahim Hooper and CAIR). Think about this folks: these people come from societies that are not ethnically diverse (particularly true of Arabs) and yet the liars at CAIR accuse the people who arrest these creeps as "racist". That is the essence of propaganda. Goebbels said that propaganda does not have to be logical, truthful, or even intelligent. It only has to be "effective" to sway "the stupid masses".
Islam is deception in everything (its internal contradiction)-including "racial diversity". Muslims are more divided by race and ethnicity than people in the US-or other Western countries for that matter. Muslims have more contact with other Muslims (of different ethnicity and race) in America than they would ever have outside Muslim societies. Can anyone imagine large numbers of Somalis or African Negros being permitted to immigrate into Saudi Arabia?
Yet these Arab frauds accuse America of "racism". Really? More deception from the religion of deception?

From the story linked above about Omesh Hiraman, a student at St. John's who was walking on campus wearing a halloween mask and carrying a hunting rifle:
He also said Hiraman recently had painful surgery for scoliosis, "and had to take medication for his illness. He's tired, he's confused and he's scared." The suspect was taken to a hospital, cops said.
...where he was given a lollipop and a big hug? The article says that he's a medical student, but doesn't mention his religion, not that it matters in any way; I'm just curious, that's all. It also doesn't mention if he made any statements explaining his motivation. Anyways, since he is suffering from mental illness, his words should be discounted.

Muslims have more contact with other Muslims (particularly true of Arab countries) in the US or Western countries than they have in Muslim countries. There is no way these Arab propagandists who accuse the US of "racism" would permit non-Arabs to immigrate into their societies as they demand of the US. They are liars and frauds on everything-especially the charges of "racism". They pulled this "racism" crap at Goose Creek, but it's Muslim goose crap. This religion, at its core, is Arab supremacism, imperialism and racism.
The age of Fibriham "Farfur style propaganda" Hooper and the CAIR liars is coming to an end. All they will have left is the Rev. Jim Nutter when people see through them. To see through CAIR is to see through Islam-to see through deception.

Thank heaven that even though these mischevious whizbang! kids with their penchant for bomb making were caught before they killed or maimed an innocent American, the State Department and universities will import two more precocious jihadis post haste.
If 11,000 potential jihadis want to attend university on American soil (displacing 11,000 poor, less privileged Americans), why should they be denied the full benefit of our civil society?
Isolating Islam at its fount, leaving them to their religious feuding, frustrating their outlets for soft or hard American targets, limiting their opportunities for education and prosperity to what their Islamic governments provide would punish them for their devotion to a primitive, regressive and punitive religion.
Evil genius must not be squandered, for it is still genius. Import more evil geniuses to displace average Americans. Send more American boys to fight for the right of American universities to extend the olive branch to evil Islamic prodigies. All said with a bitter jest.

a bunch of flowers for their wives/ girlfriends, a box of chocolate, a nice gift voucher for use at the local best-quality grog shop, and...ta dah! autographed presentation copies of 1. By DALIA NAMMARI
RAMALLAH, West Bank --
A new squad of morality police has begun detaining Palestinians who eat or drink in public during Ramadan in the West Bank, where the Islamic month of daytime fasting was always widely observed but never imposed.
The 12-member squad appears to be an attempt by President Mahmoud Abbas' West Bank government to challenge the monopoly on religious righteousness claimed by the militant group Hamas, the rival ruler of Gaza.
So much for being for Freedom but then there is the rest of the story.

Documents point to S.C. terror plot
Explosives materials in car
Sep. 27, 2007
In the back of the patrol car on the way to jail on charges of possession of an explosive device, the two whispered in their native Arabic while a hidden recorder taped their conversation, according to court documents:
“Did you tell them there is something in them?” Mohamed asked, an apparent reference to the PVC pipes.
“Water,” Megahed said.
“Water! Right? The black water is in the Pepsi.”
A few seconds pass in silence. Mohamed speaks again.
“Did you tell them about the benzene (gasoline)?”
“I have nothing to do with it. I do the fireworks and so... so... so... that is it.”
But the pipes weren’t fireworks.
An examination by the FBI’s explosives unit found the materials in the PVC pipes fit the legal definition of an “explosive.”
WAIT HERE COMES THE TURNIP TRUCK
The judge agreed with Megahed. He ordered that Megahed be released on $200,000 bail and that Megahed and his family surrender their passports. Megahed also was to be on house arrest with GPS monitoring. He remains in jail in Tampa while federal prosecutors appeal that ruling.
BUT THEN I CUT IT UP SO BETTER READ IT FOR YOURSELF

Kind of on-topic because one of these bozos was a mechanical engineering student.
The NTSB’s Minnesota finger first pointed at Progressive Contractors, Inc., for storing ‘tens of thousands’ of pounds of construction material on the I-35 bridge deck. Dutifly reported on the front page of the New York Times. Progressive Contractors, Inc. is undoubtedly going to be sued for billions. After Chairman Rosenker was informed that “tens of thousands of pounds” was a fraction of a truck load, another culprit was identified.
Rosenker was a lobbyist for the child safety restraint industry before he got the government gig. It was entertaining to watch him try to pronounce ‘finite element analysis’.
So the new culprit was 'a design issue' with gusset plates 'in specific locations'. As this poster is affected by this kind of stuff, he called the NTSB for clarification. He was told to watch TV by a kind government representative.

" Authorities found a toy remote-control boat, still in its box, and a partially dismantled digital watch at Youssef Samir Megahed’s Tampa, Fla., home. They suspect that the items are the beginnings of a homemade bomb."
.....also found in the Muslims car trunk was underwater diving gear.....between the diving gear and a toy remote-control boat I would suspect they planned to attack something like a bridge, a ship, a dam, or even a military naval vessel.....something as small as a remote-controlled boat loaded with plastic explosive probably would not sink a ship or cause the collapse of a bridge but it might just cause some panic and endless MSM coverage blaming Bush...
....and Osama Bin-Laden has been promising "something special soon".

Diversity Visas for Iranians Increase Since 9/11
By Fred Lucas
CNSNews.com Staff Writer
September 28, 2007
(CNSNews.com) - After 9/11, the State Department allowed more and more Iranians to legally enter the United States through Diversity Visas, an immigration program that two government investigations have identified as a national security risk. Iran, among four other nations, is defined as a terror-sponsoring state by the State Department.
State Department documents tracking the Diversity Visa (DV) program from 1997 through 2006 show that Iran went from 525 citizens entering the United States on DVs in 2001 to 785 citizens in 2002. That number fluctuated before 2006 when 543 DVs were issued to Iranians, but every year since 2001 surpassed pre-2001 levels of DVs issued to Iranians.
The State Department also lists Syria, Sudan, Cuba, and North Korea as terror-sponsoring countries - all places where Diversity Visas were issued since 9/11. In all, 9,800 aliens from terror-sponsoring countries have immigrated to the United States using Diversity Visas since the program began. Nearly 7,000 of those have come after 9/11.
Iran leads the way with 2,486 DVs issued since 2002. Last year, 1,361 Iranians won a lottery to be eligible for DVs to enter the United States this year, but the State Department has not released the official number of diversity visas issued for 2007. Five hundred forty-three Iranians entered the United States with DVs in 2006.
If past years are a guide, fewer people actually get the visas than win the DV lotteries because of eligibility requirements and screenings. For example, 820 Iranians won the lottery in 2005, but only 450 got visas.
Number of U.S. Diversity Visas issued to the five terror-sponsor states since Sept. 11, 2001.
Country and Number of Diversity Visas
Iran 2,486
Sudan 2,088
Cuba 1,877
Syria 443
North Korea 5
Total: 6,899
Source: U.S. Department of State
Congress created the Diversity Visa program in 1990 to increase immigration to the United States from those nations that have low rates of immigrants to America. The State Department, which administers the program, is authorized to distribute 50,000 DVs each year, which are awarded by a lottery to aliens who have registered for the program.
Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.), who sponsored the original legislation creating the diversity visa program, successfully staved off efforts to eliminate the program last year. Speaking on the Senate floor on May 24, 2006, Kennedy said "the diversity visa is not about who you know, or to whom you are related."
