Detroit: Anti-Jewish, anti-Christian fliers found on cars

The flier said: "Kill Jews and Christians if they don't believe in Allah and Mohammad." Those nutty Methodists, at it again.

"Anti-Jewish, anti-Christian fliers found on cars," by Gordon Wilczynski for the Macomb Daily (thanks to MG):

Police said anti-Jewish and anti-Christian fliers were found on cars parked in a lot on the northwest corner of 15 Mile and Ryan roads.

Sterling Heights police Detective Sgt. Paul Jesperson said three separate complaints were filed by residents Tuesday who found the fliers on their windshields.

He said the flier said: "Kill Jews and Christians if they don't believe in Allah and Mohammad."

It further advises people to "Fight those who do not believe."

"I really don't know what it means other than suggesting violence to Jews and Christians," Jesperson said. "We certainly have no intentions of stifling someone's religious beliefs but it is most certainly a violation of the law if you're condoning violence with this hate literature."

Jesperson said police received three complaints and the fliers were seen on at least 15 other cars in the parking lot.

He said there was no damage to the cars and no one else filed a complaint.

"I would imagine many people thought this was some type of advertising flier and didn't even read it," Jesperson said.

Sam Richardson, who was shopping at the Kroger store on Tuesday, saw the flier on his windshield while walking to his car and asked his 11-year-old daughter to remove it.

He said she walked toward him while she was reading the flier and then she started crying.

"She asked me what the flier was all about," said Richardson, an electrician at General Motors. "I tried to explain to her what it meant and I then had to explain it to my 7-year-old son."

Welcome to the new Detroit.

This "hate literature" comes right out of the Qur'an. Will any radio talk show host in and around Detroit, will the main Detroit newspapers, dare to point out where such a phrase as "Fight those who do not believe" comes from, and just to be clear, give the entire passage, and indeed, passages around it, so as to avoid the accusation that they have "taken things out of context"? Will they do anything to explain where these phrases and mental set come from, or will they do everything they can not to do so, which has been the clear intent so far?

When will journalists begin to fulfill their responsibilities not merely to report, but to explain, to make sense of what they report? If they say nothing, this "hate literature" will be understood as containing phrases that only a crank could have composed. But no one made those phrases up, and what they mean, up. So where did they come from? What were the sources? See if you can find out.

Or merely ask Robert Spencer. Or Ayaan Hirsi Ali. Or Wafa Sultan. Or Ali Sina. Or Ibn Warraq. Or anyone who, through no fault of his own, was born into Islam, and raised up in it, and managed to leave it, and knows exactly where those phrases, --and the attitudes those phrases, or phrases very much like them, engender -- came from.

Had they been flyers that promoted the death of muslims, this would be front row center on CNN. CAIR would be making a feature film out of it.

When a muslim is arrested in a Dearborn park with a loaded AK47 and blatant support for hizbollah, jihad, and death to christians and jews, the police do back flips to categorize his behavior as being that of an individual suffering from 'emotional' problems. Don't expect that they will waste their gumshoes on tracking down and prosecuting these diplomats of the religion of peace.

sarcasm on/
This is a sad day. Yet another misunderstander of islam. The handbill provider was supposed to steal the hub caps of the infidels for failure to pay the jiza, he was not to urge they be killed! Doesn't he know there is no compulsion in religion and his handbill is misdirected to al qitab (ie. "people of the book") when it should have been left in Native American, Asian, Hindu or Buddhist neighborhoods?

Safest thing to do in a situation like this is a controlled explosion of the car in question.

Should soon stop any reoccurences.

Posted by: Celsius [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 30, 2007 7:42 AM

The solution of course is to import more moderate Muslims into this country to combat the misunderstanders.

There was a case in New Haven when a young christian man and a not much older muslim man got into a heated argument over religion. The christian was shot dead, you could only imagine how this story read out in the news. Can we say sensitivity? the eventual ommision of the gunmans religion....

They are becoming more and more brazen.

In Styria, Austria muslim cab drivers are scratching off the cross in the Styrian emblem which appears on number plates.

In UK, some muslim employees are now refusing to handle alcohol.

And on it goes inexorably, because this is the greatest betrayal in world history.

Something more, from the article:

"The operators of the New Sahara restaurant, located near the Kroger store, said they are Chaldean Catholics and do not condone violence against others who have opposite religious beliefs."

The area where the fliers were found is a simple strip mall- not in a prominent area, no different than any of the other 194,047 strip malls in the Metro Detroit area. It seems to be an unusual place to leave the fliers, since there is a huge mall less than two miles away.

Also, for the record, this is not anywhere near Dearborn- although there is an Arabic population in the area.

Gee, no mention of this being a "hate crime"?

Or does hate crime only apply if it's against Muslims?

I don't know about the legality of defacing license plates in Austria, but this has an upside. It makes it easier to avoid Mohammedan cab drivers.

Just a little spin off benefit we might have to get used to, a gift from Islam. We earned it with our outrageous immigration policies.

Posted by: sounder [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 30, 2007 12:06 PM

Makes sense for it to occur in Detroit, given the S.O.P. revolves around what can be done with numbers on hand.

The biggest favor these True Believers can do for us is to act on such provocations at this stage in the game. I hope they do, sincerely.

This is terrorism, and I'm really stunned by the dhimmi-detectives dumb-comment.

Jesperson said, "We certainly have no intentions of stifling someone's religious beliefs but it is most certainly a violation of the law if you're condoning violence with this hate literature."

Sounds like Detective Jesperson needs to find a new line of work, because I thought that the police were suppose to protect us, instead he's putting the public at risk by making stupid statements like this one. On the one hand he doesn't want to stifle religious beliefs, but on the other....

There should be no "BUT" here....only decisive action against this actual threat. I cannot believe he let these words fall from his lips: "We certainly have no intention of stifling someone's religious belief."

WHAT!! Why the hell not?

I'm no lawyer, but I doubt that the threat to Kill Jews and Christians is protected under any law under any circumstances, or under the umbrella or any cult. Unless he's studies Dhimmi Law.

If another known hate group had left terrorist material like this behind than he wouldn't even think of prefacing his statement by saying something so outrageous.

I'll be shaking my head all day....wow....

Ooops, they did say hate crime.

Waiting for CAIR to come out with some statement saying that they are worried about a backlash against Muslims...

Posted by: atheling [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 30, 2007 1:04 PM

I guess the police will wait until they find a severed head on someone's front seat before they take it seriously.

Arm yourself:

Read the damned Koran!

Which Koranic passage specifically? I'd like to relay this story to some media types and supply them with a few facts. Otherwise they will continue to see these expressions of hatred and intolerance as those of "extremists" who do not "speak for Islam." In fact as we all know these people are simply making a pure interpretation of Islamic teachings and acting upon it, as instructed. These are the real Muslims.

Just for giggles, I'd like someone to put some similar flyers on the windshields of a moslem neighborhood to see what the police response is to that.

I'm interested in Debbie Schlussel's take on this...waiting for it.

I followed the link and read the whole article. I was amused by this bit near the end:

Jay, a longtime waiter at Sahara, said he was unaware of the fliers... "These are touchy times and I don't want my name used," said Jay.

I don't imagine Jay was anywhere nearly as amused as me.

Maybe the Christians and Jews got together and did it themselves....yeah...cuz you know, the quran forbids friendship with them because they are friends to one another....and it would just be like them to quote the quran out of context like that to implicate innocent muslims.

I wonder just how long it will be before the sort of thing that has happened in Indonesia and in Pakistan happens somewhere in 'the West' - Muslims with guns or bombs bursting into a church, or a synagogue, during the service. And how it will be 'spun' when it does happen.

Detective Sgt Paul Jesperson needs to be sent a copy of Islam 101 from this site, together with the PIG to Islam and the Crusades, with bookmarks pre-inserted at Spencer's references to events such as the mass beheading of Jews at Mohammed's orders.

And tell him about how pleased we all were with those two highway cops who picked up those Muslims who were speeding with a car full of explosives - tell him that if he gets a 'bad feeling' about a Muslim on the street, caught in some apparently petty misdemeanour, who 'doesn't look right', to trust his cop sixth sense and follow through, and to hell with 'racism', since Islam isn't a race.

The police force - the ordinary cops on the beat, our Sergeant Plods - could be our first and best line of defence, once we fill them in on exactly what they're dealing with: the business of feigning peace while plotting war, etc; the Muslim culture of deception; the pious Muslim's contempt for kafir laws. The stuff about deception has to be red-flagged. Cops already know that perps lie, lie, lie; well, they need to know that the worst western perp is an innocent child compared with the average Muslim's well-demonstrated capacity to lie unblinkingly.

A cop who understood - not with his head, but with his guts - what the Qur'an teaches Muslims to think about (and do to) non-Muslims would take an incident like this flyer very, very seriously.

What do these fliers look like, does anyone have a copy so that proof can be had of this hate crime?

Does anyone have a copy of a flier to post on this site to show this hateful thing?

profitsbeard sez: Arm yourself: Read the damned Koran!

Careful, my Friend: you have just cursed the Koran; CAIR will send its politically correct police on your tail! /sarcasm

Yeah, sure, and the moon is made of green cheese, right?

You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time. Place the blame where it belongs, instead of shifting it to others. Take responsibility for your own actions, in other words. As an old World War Two saying goes: "Tell it to the Marines!!"

Posted by: hardball [TypeKey Profile Page] at October 1, 2007 12:21 PM

To the Islamic world;

I am one of those you'd like to see dead. Worse, I am a CHRISTIAN who ACKNOWLEDGES the right of ISRAEL to EXIST. I'm a double threat!

Now, you can shift the blame to Christians and Jews, for whatever warped reason you can come up with. Someone suggested that such abuse has been 'earned' because of our immigration policies. HUH? Whatever!
Point is, if a Christian or Jewish person put a pro-Jesus or Support Israel flyer on the car of a Muslim driver, then the fur would FLY, clear to the Supreme court. We'd be accused of forcing our views on people. And YET, we are being threatened with DEATH!!!! This is the capital HATE CRIME!!!! Where's OUR JUSTICE????
I have absolutely NO problem believing that, with the way you people (Suhnies and Shiites are killing eachother)and with the the way Iranian president Imanutjob declares he wants Israel "WIPED OFF THE MAP" ...that you will stop at NOTHING to get what you want!!!! Do Muslims want Jews and Christians dead? Does a person on a diet crave chocolate? Oh YEAH!!!!

Well, lovers of ALLAH, DO YOUR WORST!!! And I'm sure you will. The GOD of ABRAHAM, ISSAC and JACOB WILL PREVAIL!!!

"EVERY knee will bow...." (to Israel's GOD!) Phil 2:11

Bad enough we get more than our share of THESE flyers from their collaborative allies who we regard as the enemy within...
http://www.alpinesurvival.com/whites_get_out-2.jpg
(from their terrorist website at http://www.aztlan.net a pro-castro site which endorses the same things as their terrorist allies, as the content will show, but that's another forum entirely)
...so this incident in detroitistan comes as no surprise.

Birds of a feather...

Lock N Load.
