One of the defining principles of Hamas and the Islamic Brotherhood is their insistence that the only truth is Islam and that the world is destined to be enlightened only when ruled by Islam. A similar Islamic supremacist ideology was expressed recently in an article by a Palestinian Authority religious leader who was appointed last year by Mahmoud Abbas as member of the Supreme Fatwa Council: "Muslims are masters of the world, its leaders and teachers, even if the West rejects this.""The Muslims and their societies are more advanced and more sublime than the West and its societies… are more perfect in value system and humanity. The fact that there are those who believe that these are Western values – it is a delusion and false, since the Muslims are masters of the world, its leaders and teachers, even if the West rejects this."This continues the ongoing social-religious evolution that PMW has been reporting for some time, in which the radical Islamic ideology of Hamas is being adopted by the Fatah of Mahmoud Abbas. The following was written by Dr. Hamza Dhib Mustafa, member of the Supreme Fatwa Council, appointed by Abbas in August 2006:
"To what does the publication of the declaration of human rights in the West testify in 1948? Didn’t Islam issue something much greater 14 centuries ago?[...]
"Yet, these rights… Islam espoused them 14 centuries ago… Europe and the West in general, would never have reached these principles, had they not been influenced by the advanced Islamic culture and had they not borrowed much from it, including this declaration…
"Islamic societies are cultured, humane and righteous societies, since oppression had not found its way to them and the killing did not spread nor extend among them. They do not go beyond the punishment defined by Islamic law with all that pertains to human rights, regardless of their religion, race, color and their countries [of origin], since human beings are equal from the point of view of Islam… Everyone is equal under the law in terms of their rights and obligations…
"It says in the Quran… in the words [of Allah], praise him: “O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honored of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you.” [Quran, 49,13]
"This and more, Islam promises various rights to the human. It promises him freedom of religion and citizenship, freedom of thought, the right to property, political freedom and his right to employment. The thing that has no doubt… is that Islam preceded Europe and the West, in general, with all that pertains to matters of human rights by no less than 13 centuries …
"The Muslims and their societies are more advanced and more sublime than the West and its societies. They are earlier in human civilization, and are more perfect in value system and humanity. The fact that there are those who believe that these are Western values – it is a delusion and false, since the Muslims are masters, leaders and teachers of the world, even if the West rejects this. It is no wonder that this is rejected by the West, the most eager rival of Islam, its followers and its culture. But shocking and amazing is that these are opinions of some Muslims, and this misdirects their compass from the path of truth, righteousness and wisdom.

Right before each of us mails the book, we’ll issue a press release to media outlets in as many states as possible, and in that way announce and explain the mailing. And perhaps we can come up with some other ways of maximizing the effectiveness of this project and gaining as much positive attention as possible.
One of the project's volunteers suggested contacting Rep. Sue Myrick, who started the Anti-Jihad Caucus in Congress. When we reach the goal of having all 100 senators covered, I'll call Rep. Myrick's office and see if she can help. I've called several congressional offices to get advice on how best to proceed.

How grotesque. By any available yardstick--level of violence in society, tolerance, the rights of women, children and minorities, equal treatment before the law, literacy, poverty, social mobility--the West is far more advanced.
The only way in which the Islamic world is more "advanced" than the West is that it is more "Islamic".. I think that's something which we can readily concede to the Islamic world, since it so readily explains all its other deficiencies.

I can tell the difference between something sublime, something worthy of having and sharing with others, something honorable and good, and something that is filthy, ugly, spreads fear and terror in the hope of expediting submission and something that uses lies and pain and hate to bring people around to it's way of thinking.
We listen endlessly about what peace can be found in Islam, but then we are shown what Islam produces. There is nothing "perfect", "advanced" or "sublime" about taking a daughter who has had the heartbreaking misfortune of having been defiled against her will and then accused of being a whore and then killed because the men in her family cannot work through their shame. There is nothing perfect, advanced or sublime in a Muslim letting his anger get so out of control over trivial things, like cartoons making fun of his prophet, that he goes out and kills a nun, kidnaps and tortures to death several priests or ministers or kills 100 of his own fellow Muslims. Those virtues don't exist when a Muslim disagrees with a Dutch film maker and kills him in the street and stabs a note into his chest with a knife, or when a Muslim celebrates Ramadan by cutting off the heads of two Christian school girls, or when a Muslim kills a family of four execution style in an apartment in New Jersey because that family disagreed with Islam or when Muslims blow themselves up to make a point and cause other people to do what they want by using terror as their only means.
In fact, Muslims use terror as their answer to everything. Terrorize the daughters and wives in their homes so they won't do anything to shame the men. (Too bad we are all human and fallible.) Terrorize enemies so they won't fight back. Terrorize different sorts of Muslims so the right sort can have their way. Terrorize little children, big governments, Congressmen and politicians. Terrorize everybody and everything until all come under the yoke of Islam. 'Sorry, that makes followers of Islam pathetic, weak-minded, spoiled, selfish, dangerous, and worthy to be fought against and destroyed. It has absolutely nothing to do with being perfect, advanced or sublime, and we who see the truth need to stop accepting these lies.

1. If Islam is so advanced morally, why is it Transparency International reveals in its yearly table of corruption index that OIC countries are more corrupt than WEstern countries?
2. Why is it that Jews have won more Nobel Prizes than Arabs (despite the fact that Arabs numerically are many many times more than Jews) in Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Peace, Literature?
3. If Islam is so advanced why is that OIC countries are behind Western countries?
Most of the big things in Science, Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Music, Arts, Mathematics are discovered in the West.

Does anybody know whether George Orwell ever said anything about Islam? He wrote the book about it anyway, whether he mentions it by name or not.
To me the spectacle of the Soviets earnestly teaching the arts of propaganda and insurrection to people like Arafat looks in retrospect rather like a two-year-old trying to teach their grandmother to suck eggs.
"Mohammed told such Dreadful Lies, it made one Gasp and Stretch One's Eyes".
I now know why Jacques Ellul, having written one of the textbook studies of propaganda, and having lived through World War II under a barrage of Goebbels' finest inventions, was so easily able to recognise - and dissect - what the 'Poor Palestinians' and the rest of the Arab/ Muslim world, and their Soviet would-be handlers and useful idiot fellow-travellers, were up to in the Middle East. His book 'Un Chretien Pour Israel' (1985) contains a very long chapter discussing Arab/Muslim Palestinian 'Propaganda'. I quote some of the choicest passages (my translation, apologies for any errors or infelicities).
"Now, for almost twenty years [i.e. since the 1960s] I [Ellul] have laboured to analyse the forms, the techniques, the effects, the characteristics, the factors of Propaganda.
"And when I talk about propaganda I do not do so as a sentimental and ignorant person.
"I have been able to apply almost all the criteria of scientific propaganda to this Palestinian, anti-Israel propaganda.
"After I had seen the fact and deconstructed it for myself, then I took sides more decisively for Israel; for although Israel is very good at organising an army or an intelligence service, [or at] producing on a technical or an economic level, he is not very good at propaganda’...
"The techniques employed [by the Palestinians etc] are no different from the means used in every country and in every age of “great propagande”. Since I have a certain habit of analysis of propaganda I have been passably irritated to see the most classic tricks and procedures of propaganda functioning unchallenged in this anti-Israel ‘information’."
"- IT IS A WORLD OF PURE ILLUSION, but it is that [world of illusion] which in our society is accepted as good, as in the visions of the Wolf of the Steppes. Therefore, because of this Palestinian propaganda I took sides against it!"
Ellul does not explicitly relate what he also calls 'the breadth and cleverness' of the Palestinian propaganda, to the Islamic milieu - but when he speaks of 'a world of pure illusion', or describes Arafat's powers of deception, what he is describing can quite reasonably be understood as owing little or nothing to the Soviets and a very great deal to Islam, Islam, Islam:
" Yasser Arafat appeared to me as a propaganda genius, second only to Goebbels. The construction of the image, the spectacle of his speeches (his arrival at the UN with a revolver in [his] belt; his audience with the Pope), his amicable and ‘sturdy’ character, the cleverness of his speech, [his] capacity to turn a situation upside-down with words, [his] ability to gather the media around him...his capacity to endlessly repeat shattering anti-truths until his affirmations were accepted as truth, the facts being obscured by the power of rhetoric…"
THE FACTS BEING OBSCURED BY THE POWER OF RHETORIC.
There you have it. Ellul was describing Arafat, but he's summed up Quranic Islam and daa'wa - such as Dr Mustafa's rantings in the article above - in a nutshell.

The only thing that I see muslims are "more" of is insecure men.
I have never seen such an insecure group regarding women. Mohammed must have been very lacking as a man, why else would he have married a child. Was a woman too much for him?
Islam the religion for insecure men who can't trust women at all:
Cover the women
Don't let her go out in public
Remove her clit, so that she can't enjoy sex (as if she would?)
Don't let her speak
Kill her at will
If a woman is raped it is her fault
Give her no legal protection or rights
Place animals in a higher value then women
Don't let women get educated
Marry the female at any age past 6
Women are like potato chips 'you can't have just one'.
And because muslim men are such sexual dynamo's you get 72 women when you go to heaven. And not just any 72 women, but 72 virgins.
I am sure there is more to add, but isn't this a religion of very insecure and un-manly men with no confidence? Why is there religion built around the distrust of women, unless Mohammed's only way of keeping a women was to keep her down.

Most have probably already read this but for those who haven't i suggest hip waders and air fresheners and probably some really dark sunglasses as the image of islam as shined up by this polisher is almost brighter than the sun.....you can really feel the equality and love that ooozes from the article. As for the West, we better wake up and cut out the multi-culturalism bullcrap. Sit down in your comfortable homes and listen to some Mozart, Bach, Palestrini. Has the Muslim world come even CLOSE? In its long history, has Islam brought forth anyone comparable to a Mother Theresa? Ghandi? Salk?

Actually, this guy is just assuming the sale. And as every good salesperson knows, sometimes you have to fake it 'til you make it.
I prefer the Nancy Regan/Teddy Roosevelt approach...just say no, but if they won't take no for an answer, use your BIG stick to "encourage" them to knock that crap off.
Let's face it folks, we are in this for the long haul. But how good does it feel when we stand up together for what we believe in and maybe help a few oppressed woman not live their entire lives as Muslimas; how good will it feel to say to the Muslims bully machine, no, you will not pass go and you will not treat my people, their people, any people like this anymore because we are here to stop you. How good will it feel to say to the Hindus in India and England or the Christians in Ethiopia or the Buddhists in Burma that we love you, you are valuable and we are here to tell the Muslims they may not have their way, may not force us to pray their way, or if no pay and if it's a fight they want we're going to give it to him.

As an interesting aside, - reading about one poster mentioning the numerous Nobel prizes awarded to Jews, - I was thinking of the usage of the labels for "Christian Science" and "Islamic Science" but never "Jewish Science" although it seems to be merited.
I find It rather odd that such labels are even uttered, as science is for all humanity, and does not belong to a particular faith be it Christian or Muslim. (But never Jewish).
These labels are used solely for Christians and Muslims. I have not encountered the claim in any other faiths, races or creeds on the planet.
How would it sound "Buddhist Science" or "Jain Science"?

The incessant repetition of such nonsense encases the minds of Palestinian Moslems with indignation and outrage, to be tapped into again and again by those willing to fight to the last drop of somebody else's blood for the overthrow of lasting peace in that region. I don't think that the format of the broadcast propaganda need be all that sophisticated, just simple, accurate and verifiable. For instance, by broadcasting history to these people, whether they like it or not, it is possible that some may come to misdoubt, even if just a little, the wonderfulness of Islam. And that little bit of doubt may allow, for some of those afflicted, some small ray of reason to enter their minds. There should be absolutely no attempt to sell the West. The effort should just be to rebut the lies and delusions that these people wrap themselves up in. And if it works there, it should next be used throughout the West.

I'd read all his other stuff, and learned to trust his judgement and insights in a lot of things (though I don't agree with him on everything) before I read Un Chretien Pour Israel (thank God I can read French - this is the one book by Ellul that's never been translated into English). Mohammed, it seems to me, said YES to the same (lying) offer, and an awful lot of his followers have repeated his folly.
