Muslims for their celebration of Ramadan, phrasing the thing so that some Congressmen, if it came to a vote (it is now in committee) would undoubtedly simply sign it, thinking its easier to do so rather than not, and of course what's the harm in praising, they will think, the "celebration of Ramadan"? There is plenty wrong with it. For every seeming endorsement of anything in Islam is immediately taken, and twisted, and used by those who are extremely clever -- who are full-time practitioners -- of propaganda on behalf of Islam. And when someone signs a petition, or a bill that can be considered in favor of Islam (which is how organized Muslims will take it, and use it) they may then find that they have to defend that signing against those who will attack them, and then the well-known phenomenon of getting defensive, rather than explaining that the vote meant nothing, may lead some to actually convince themselves that, by golly, "there is plenty about Islam to like, and I'll be damned if I'll let people attack me for this" and then someone, who began nothing nothing, and found out nothing, by the mere act of signing something he thought meant nothing, can push himself into a psychological corner where he begins to take the side of Islam. It happens. That is why these seemingly trivial endorsements of the "inoffensive" aspects of Islam -- including Bush's idiotic instititing of an Iftar dinner which, one hopes, will be ended with the next president (he, or she, will have to be quietly determined and ruthless about it, with no swerving at all) -- are not trivial at all.

The government needs to hear from those who, like Yousef Ibrahim and Habib Malik, are non-Muslims who grew up in a Muslim society (and why not organize a conference, where Copts and Maronites, and Assyrians, and Hindus who fled Pakistan and Bangladesh, and Chinese from Indonesia, and many others, can speak their piece in Washington). There is an Islam lobby in Washington. There is no lobby of those who endured dhimmitude, which took the form of everything from discrimination, to persecution under the law, to appropriation of property and murder.

And in that same lobbying group, lobbying for the most just and justified of reasons, not to enrich themselves or some business client, but to prevent this country, and the rest of the West, from succumbing bit by bit to the influence, the power, the huge sums of money, now being used by Muslims to transform this country's political and legal institutions, not all at once, but slowly, and first of all, to create among the non-Muslims constant confusion, uncertainties, continuing ignorance about the texts and tenets and attitudes of Islam (and in this, the nice smiling plausible extra-friendly Muslim, the colleague at work, the parent of one of your children's schoolmates, who never will discuss the contents of Islam but, by personal friendliness or charm, wins you and others over and convinces to forget to ask -- it would be a little awkward, wouldn't it -- him or her what is in the Qur'an, Hadith, and Sira, for if you did, and were responded to with evasions and lies, would you at this point have the good sense to look beyond those smiles, that supposed friendliness -- do you know anything about what Muslims are taught about taking Christians or Jews as friends, or about the reason given for its being licit if it is feigned, and for one purpose only -- to protect and further Islam?

You must educate yourself, about those texts, and tenets, and attitudes, about Jihad-conquest over 1350 years, and about the treatment of all non-Muslims, in the lands conquered, from Spain to East Asia. You are not being asked to go off to Iraq, where every day someone will try to kill you, nor to patrol the mountain passes and valleys of Afghanistan. You aren't being asked to perform any acts of derring-do at all. You are only asked to do what you are doing right now, as you read what is on this screen. Study about Islam, read about Islam. Make sense of what is going on, and tell everyone you know how, and where, with what books and articles and websites, they too -- whatever their disagreements they may have on everything else (faith or lack of it, taxes, global warming, education, abortion, you name it)-- can go and do likewise.

Any one who studied basic accounting can tell a difference between an asset and a liability. Simply said, for America and American economy and life, Saudi Arabia is an asset and Israel is a liability. Saudi Arabia provide non-stop supply of oil to the US and is investing in the US economy, plus that Saudi Arabia pays cash and in full for every thing it buys from the US.

On the contrary, Israel pays nothing to the US and gets huge annual financial assistance taken from American taxpayers, and israel doesn't provide the American economy with any signifcant resource. Saudi lobby ( assuming there is one to please Mr Ibrahim ) eventualy brings jobs and benefits to the US, and Israel lobby is a clear burden on the American economy and taxpayers.

Reports are flowing in on a weekly basis that all hold the clues that scream to anyone with half a brain -- "The Muslims are here and they want your country."

But don't worry; the Muslims will smile at you while slowing assimilating everything that you know, forcing Christmas and Halloween out of your school districts one by one while making sure Ramadan has a place wherever Muslim students are 10% or more of the the student body.

It's just the beginning. We are heading straight for civil war like the streets of Lebanon and we are being lead by political leaders at all levels that have neither the courage nor the wisdom to do anything to stop the obvious invasions: "Come on in Mexicans. While we are fighting to secure our borders the U.S. State Department is bringing Middle East Muslims by the thousands.

Some of these are hitting the MSM, but most are not. The U.N. and the State Department are in agreement on this.

Why is the State Department giving away our security, freedoms, and comprimising our safety? Have you noticed the amount of YOUR rights that you have lost and the muslim immigrants have gained since 9/11?

I do not understand how 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 people can get together over coffee and agree to bring in thousands of people without American citizens consent. Most recently was 10,000 Middle Easterners.

The true number of muslim immigrants will be kept secret. Why? Because the American people would not condone it. So why do it and why keep it secret? It is not like medicine hidden in your food that will be good for you. If someone in the State Department is trying to do something that is against Americans will, which it is, then there should be an investigation with prosecution.

More than a "Trojan Horse"; A Stable
In one of Boston's little subsidized neighborhood news rags ("The Fenway News") I noticed yesterday was the front page article with picture. "Islamic Culture Center May (Finally) Open (at the corner of Columbus Ave and Malcom X Blvd.) (I expect someone will move to have "Columbus" sticken soon.) (About a mile (+/-) from the Christian Science Center and the Holy Cross Cathedral
This project garnered some attention when it first developed. Apart from the imprint of the Islamic thumbprint, and, not to be discounted; the muslim-laced population of students; international and easily impressable scions of 'Americana', was the means of obtaining the property.
Near enough to the center of the city, the site has easy access to highways, nearly abuts Northeastern University, lies along an unofficial bordering line of black and white neighborhoods - AND - - They got it for below market value through the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA). (Chritian Science Monitor suggests BRA has done this for other religious efforts. {Proof?})
Certainly, my parish has witnessed no such largess.
So it's not just a "Trojan Horse". It's a stable.
Now take into acount redevelopment authorities are created to improve the viability of a cities economic base. The project has had it's legal donneybrooks, but it seems to have prevailed with the minaret rising.
Another interesting aside to this: Boston, San Francisco and other leading cities have always made their gay-friendliness amost a competition and a political smorgasbord. Newspapers, here "The Boston Globe" usually gives "Gay Pride" a "Sunday Globe" front-page splash. Not this year. It front-paged a procession of Muslims in procession to the Islamic Cultural Center (about a half-mile from the gay marshalling point) (and no one noticed). (Gay or not it's filing in the memory bank.)

(At least it WAS our government--I have no idea WHO Washingtonian officials THINK THEY'RE representing, but it sure as hell ain't US anymore). In the 1930s, Will Rogers remarked wittily: "Americans have the best Congress money can buy."

But it is no longer funny. The situation is metastasizing in front of our very eyes. And it is a frightening spectacle to behold.

The US government, having abandoned the job of defending America, has now become an ENEMY of the American people.

Know it and beware, everybody.

With such an "assets," one doesn't need any other liabilities.

The Islamic lie does not take into consideration that a preponderance of the 9-11 mass murderers were Saudis, the "foreign fighters" coming across the border into Iraq to kill Americans are Saudis (plus "Palestians").

Saudis finance the anti-Christian, anti-American madrassas in the US as well as stuffing the Wahhabi mosques here in the US with Anti-American hate and subversive literature.
