Isn't there anything this fellow can be charged with, or is he completely free to aid the global jihad from North Carolina and give interviews to the New York Times? In 1942, would a young Nazi have been allowed to propagandize freely for Hitler in Hoboken or Sioux City? "An Internet Jihad Sells Extremism to Viewers in the U.S.," by Michael Moss and Souad Mekhennet in The New York Times (thanks to all who sent this in):
When Osama bin Laden issued his videotaped message to the American people last month, a young jihad enthusiast went online to help spread the word.“America needs to listen to Shaykh Usaamah very carefully and take his message with great seriousness,” he wrote on his blog. “America is known to be a people of arrogance.”
Unlike Mr. bin Laden, the blogger was not operating from a remote location. It turns out he is a 21-year-old American named Samir Khan who produces his blog from his parents’ home in North Carolina, where he serves as a kind of Western relay station for the multimedia productions of violent Islamic groups.
In recent days, he has featured “glad tidings” from a North African militant leader whose group killed 31 Algerian troops. He posted a scholarly treatise arguing for violent jihad, translated into English. He listed hundreds of links to secret sites from which his readers could obtain the latest blood-drenched insurgent videos from Iraq.
His neatly organized site also includes a file called “United States of Losers,” which showcased a recent news broadcast about a firefight in Afghanistan with this added commentary from Mr. Khan: “You can even see an American soldier hiding during the ambush like a baby!! AllahuAkbar! AllahuAkbar!”
Mr. Khan, who was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in Queens, is an unlikely foot soldier in what Al Qaeda calls the “Islamic jihadi media.” He has grown up in middle-class America and wrestles with his worried parents about his religious fervor. Yet he is stubborn. “I will do my best to speak the truth, and even if it annoys the disbelievers, the truth must be preached,” Mr. Khan said in an interview.
While there is nothing to suggest that Mr. Khan is operating in concert with militant leaders, or breaking any laws, he is part of a growing constellation of apparently independent media operators who are broadcasting the message of Al Qaeda and other groups, a message that is increasingly devised, translated and aimed for a Western audience.
Terrorism experts at West Point say there are as many as 100 English language sites offering militant Islamic views, with Mr. Khan’s — which claims 500 regular readers — among the more active. While their reach is difficult to assess, it is clear from a review of extremist material and interviews that militants are seeking to appeal to young American and European Muslims by playing on their anger over the war in Iraq and the image of Islam under attack.
Nothing to suggest that he's breaking any laws? Really? Enemy propaganda is perfectly legal?
Here he is on video.

This person is a criminal. By linking the sites he links, he should be cited for conspiracy to murder. The fact that one cannot tie him to anyone in particular does not change the fact that he is clandestinely conspiring with unknown others to murder. The fact that he has no infidel in particular to murder, does not change the fact that he is surely conspiring to murder some infidel. He is a facilitator conspiring murderer. It is the predicate act of acting as facilitator that makes him guilty of conspiracy to murder. His crime has nothing to do with freedom of speech. I commit a crime when I talk to you about murdering someone actually. His crime has everything to do with associating with others and scheming and enabling others to kill infidels.
By the law of Hobbes, if our politically correct community will not arrest him for conspiring to deprive you of your life, then by the law of Hobbes, you have the right to arrest him. We need to rid the world of the scourge of islam.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali needs a security detail to stay alive in Washington, D. C.
Meanwhile, Samir Khan is safely sitting in his parents' house in North Carolina, on the Internt helping to whip up murderous Muslim hatred of Infidels and celebrated the killing of Americans, without apparently a care in the world, or the slightest fear of any retribution from the apparently helpless authorities.

Apparently this jihadist now has a "temporary" blog setup here: http://worldclash.wordpress.com/
at October 15, 2007 8:16 AM
Blogs like this are not difficult to find and they are hosted right here in the United States. Just like this blogger whos blog is called The Global Intifada. He wrote this article entitled "America Is The Real Terrorist" http://jinnzaman.hadithuna.com/america-is-the-real-terrorist/
"Similarly, in this so-called “War on Terrorism” the Muslims have been given the honors of (a) having their sins forgiven through suffering, or (b) becoming shuhadaa (martyrs), or (c) becoming mujahideen (fighters of jihad), or (d) becoming da’ees (callers to Islam). What a beautiful religion this is that even in times of suffering and hardship, there is benefit for the believers in this life and the next! Thus, domination and power is a matter of perspective. The kuffar who occupy Iraq and Afghanistan may be ‘victorious’ from Fox New’s perspective, but when they die, their abode will be hellfire if they do not reject Islam. Whereas the Muslims who die in those places with the intention to please Allah (SWT) (subhana wa ta’ala), they will be martyrs, one of the highest forms of victory! So do not be fooled by the propaganda machine which desperately tries to paint a bright picture of their current failures."
SOURCE
And I guess this jihadist can operate under the banner of "free speech". How ridiculous!

"Mr. Khan, who was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in Queens..."
-- from the article above
How did Khan's family get here? Green card lottery? Father has a special highly-desirable skill that the country desperately needs? What exactly brought Samir Khan and his family, who now must be one of those many Muslims in this country who never should have been admitted in the first place, and would not have been had there been the shared understanding of what they brought with them in their mental baggage, undeclared at customs, and what that inevitably meant for the well-being and cohesion and exercise of their individual rights, to the future stability of our legal and political institutions, by the likes of Samir Khan and all those who, while they may not do what Samir Khad does in the same way, using the same methods, nonetheless believe it a duty to support or participate collectively if not always individually, in the Jihad or "struggle" to remove all barriers to Islam (and the greatest of those barriers in this country is the Constitution, which Islam flatly contradicts), so that Islam may eventually dominate here, and Muslims rule here, as they must -- everywhere.
Unless the concept of Jihad is discussed truthfully and openly, and the basis of Islam, that division of the world between Believer and Infidel, thoroughly grasped, and all the ways in which Islam differs so much from any other belief-system we call, too carelessly, a "religion," there will be no ability to come up with an intelligent and informed strategy to deal with all the instruments of Jihad.
Instead, there will be more confusion, and out of confusion, waste. As in the waste of men, money, and materiel in Iraq, where, since Islam has never been analyzed by those who make policy, the goal of weakening the Camp of Islam, through recognition and exploitation (by doing nothing, in this case) of the pre-existing fissures, sectarian and ethnic in the case of Iraq, within that Camp (it can be called a single "Camp of Islam" because Muslims are inculcated with the belief that they must always and everywhere oppose Infidels, and work to dominate them and force them to accept either death, conversion, or a permanent status as dhimmis, but at the same time that "Camp of Islam" has members who have resentments, grievances, disputes with fellow Muslims, and so that "Camp" -- united against Infidels -- also contains warring factions).
So how did Samir Khan get here? How did his parents get here? Did anyone in the INS think about Islam then, when his family was allowed to remain in this country? Has anyone in the INS, or Congress, been thinking about that matter since 9/11/2001? How about right now? When will the candidates discuss the nature of Islam, the ideology of Islam, and go far beyond that word "terror" to the other instruments of Jihad -- Money Weapon, Da'wa, demographic conquest? Merely to raise the matter publicly is to force others to consider things that had never occurred to them, for so many things never occur to so many people.

What a brave fellow he is, running a website from the comfort of his parents' home in North Carolina, U.S.A. A real jihadist would be over in Iraq or Afghanistan, attacking the kaffir "occupiers". There will be no 72 virgins for him, not even one. And why does he allow his parents to live? His father disagrees with his views, so he (that is, his father) must be an apostate, and should be killed. But of course that would mean he would lose his meal-ticket, and would have to go to work for a living. Some jihadist! He's just another computer nerd, only instead of playing games or looking at porn, he hosts a hate-site. A pathetic creature.

Mr. Khan, who was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in Queens
Born in Saudi Arabia, but raised in USA and is now a citizen - only by default as his parents are the impetus for this incidental citizenship.
Perhaps this 21-year-old so called "American" named Samir Khan is unaware that his parents took the oath of allegiance to the United States of America in order to become naturalized citizens.
This Oath of Citizenship was taken as a solemn statement that they called upon God to witness, that they each absolutely gave up, of their own individual free will, their citizenship to any other country as well as allegiance to any foreign ruler whose subject they had been.
They promised on their honor that they would support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States against ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic - which includes their own son. They took that oath of their own free will, supposedly keeping back nothing in their mind.
If they took this Oath with the intention to deceive, they are traitors to this country as well.
Samir's blatant anti-American, pro-jihad activity should garner a knock on the door by authorities questioning his status as a citizen in good standing. Citizenship files need to be revisited and an investigation of fitness for citizenship reexamined.
Further, his citizenship, along with that of every member of that household - each and every one considered enablers, should be up for review, immediately.
Deport them all. END ALL MUSLIM IMMIGRATION IMMEDIATELY.
******
While there is nothing to suggest that Mr. Khan is operating in concert with militant leaders, or breaking any laws. . .
The NYT's piece was prepared by MICHAEL MOSS and SOUAD MEKHENNET. Is this reporter on some mind altering pharmaceutical creating the sound of an old 45rpm playing too long, simmering directly under the hot sun? It's obviously not an issue of the video quality as Samir's voice would speed up to sound like "Alvin, Simon or Theodore of the Chipmunks" if audio was adjusted to balance Samir's voice with that voice of this reporter. Whatever the Rx concoction this reporter is on, it's apparent side-effects go well beyond voice alteration.
And the NYT continues to plummet - no surprise there.

If the law stipulated that persons aiding and abeting Al Qaeda, and other terrorist' organizations, would be deported, along with their spouses, children, siblings and parents, I doubt if their relatives would wrestle with them over their religious fervor. More likely they'd kick the living hell out of them if they opened their mouths.
It would be interesting to see how a kid who grew up in middle class America adjusted to his new life in Saudi Arabia. It would make a wonderful documentary.

From further into the article:
“I tried to bring arguments from the Koran and scholars, and said, ‘Whatever you are thinking it is not true,’” said Mustapha Elturk, a family friend and the leader of IONA, the Islamic organization that first inspired Mr. Khan. But Mr. Khan did not budge, he said.
Maybe that is because Mr. Khan knows his stuff a little better than Mr. Elturk:
2:171 Disbelievers are deaf, dumb, and blind.
3:48 Don't be friends with non-Muslims. They all hate you and want to ruin you.
4:89 Have no unbelieving friends. Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them.
4:63 Oppose those who refuse to follow Muhammad.
4:101 The disbelievers are an open enemy to you.
5:51 Don't take Jews or Christians for friends. If you do, then Allah will consider you to be one of them.
5:59 Jews and Christians are evil people.
8:55 The worst beasts in Allah's sight are the disbelievers.
9:5 Slay the disbelievers wherever you find them.

From the Jawa Report

NY Times Compromises Terror Investigation
Inshallashshaheed Outted: North Carolina Jihadi in the News
Michael Moss of the New York Times has outted Inshallashaheed, the al Qaeda supporting blogger who we've been investigating for over a year. I've been sitting on his true identity for months, but in one fell swoop Samir ibn Zafar Khan, who lives in Charlotte North Carolina, has been identified.
Thanks a lot to Michael Moss and the New York Times for blowing an ongoing investigation into a known al Qaeda sympathizer who lives here in the United States. I've known about this piece for a few weeks and wrote the NY Times to ask Moss not to run it. No reply from the Times.
While we appreciate Moss's commitment to spreading the word about the Internet Jihad, we really wish he would have consulted with us on the matter. He has a right to out Inshallahshaheed as Samir Khan, but doing so has jeopardized an ongoing investigation into a terror ring which begins in the US and ends in Somalia.
But that's just like the NY Times, isn't it? In Moss's defense, he seems to have asked the FBI if there was an investigation into Khan, and they declined to comment.
There's even a video of him here.
NY Times:
When Osama bin Laden issued his videotaped message to the American people last month, a young jihad enthusiast went online to help spread the word.
“America needs to listen to Shaykh Usaamah very carefully and take his message with great seriousness,” he wrote on his blog. “America is known to be a people of arrogance.”
Unlike Mr. bin Laden, the blogger was not operating from a remote location. It turns out he is a 21-year-old American named Samir Khan who produces his blog from his parents’ home in North Carolina, where he serves as a kind of Western relay station for the multimedia productions of violent Islamic groups....
You'll remember when I revealed that Inshallashaheed was an American, that he openly challenged me to prove it on his blog. In a personal e-mail to Samir I told him just to send me his address which would save me a lot of trouble.
What Samir didn't know was that I already had his address. I knew he lived in or around Charlotte, so I put out the word to Charlotte area bloggers for help. Thanks to Jeff of MeckdeckI learned what I thought was Samir's address and phone number. But that turned out to be another Samir Khan who lives in the area.
It turned out that our original investigation into Khan was right. We have a real picture of Samir. We had his address. We had a picture of his house. Hell, we have his car license plate number. All because Samir posted it on the internet, but using his real name instead of "inshallahshaheed".
Ethical dilemma: If you live in Charlotte wouldn't you like to know if you're living next door to a known al Qaeda supporter? Should I reveal his address? Should I post a picture of him?
Moss continues, and opts not to identify The Jawa Report as the "vigilante groups" that got Samir's previous blogs shut down (see here and here). And his new digs are also closed as of yesterday:
In an interview at a local mosque, where he sat on a prayer rug wearing a traditional Arabic robe, Mr. Khan traced his increasing militancy.
His blog has attracted enough notoriety that vigilante groups opposed to jihadi sites have gotten him shut down a few times in recent months. He said he was somewhat surprised he had not been confronted by government authorities, although, he said, “I’ve never told anybody to build bombs.”
Uh, not true, and Samir is guilty of other things. Let's start with his public crime: Treason. He openly supports the enemies of the United States in a time of war.
But there are other things Samir is guilty of. He knows it and I know it. Let's see him deny it, just like he denied that he was an American.
In fact, on one of Samir's now defunct blogs, he claims to have helped a man by the name of Mujahid fe Sabeelillah prepare to go to Somalia for jihad. Of course we've always known that Mujahid fe Sabeelillah was really just one of Samir Khan's nicknames. How did we know? See this post by Samir and notice the two nicknames.
But there is some truth to the fact that he is involved with jihad in Somalia. We'll return to that later:
He described his favorite video from Iraq: a fiery suicide-bomber attack on an American outpost.
“It was something that brought great happiness to me,” he said. “Because this is something America would never want to admit, that they are being crushed.”
Asked how he felt living among people who had sent soldiers to Iraq, Mr. Khan said: “Whatever happens to their sons and daughters is none of my concern. They are people of hellfire and I have no concern for them.”
So, how did Samir become an al Qaeda supporter?
Born in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Khan was 7 when his family moved to New York City and settled into the Queens neighborhood of Maspeth.
He mirrored his teenage peers, from their slang to their baggy pants, until August 2001 when, at age 15, he said, he attended a weeklong summer camp at a mosque in Queens, which was sponsored by a fundamentalist but nonviolent group now known as the Islamic Organization of North America (IONA).
Samir used to be affiliated with the IONA, but I didn't need an interview with him to know that. He has a lengthy screed against democracy at an affiliated mosque's website here.
He also befriended members of the Islamic Thinkers Society, a tiny group that promotes radical, nonviolent Islam by leafleting in Times Square and Jackson Heights, Queens.
Those of you that have been following my personal dispute with inshallahshaheed also know that he denied being affiliated with Omar Bakri Mohammed's American devotees in the Islamic Thinkers Society of New York. Again, he challenged me, prove it.
Of course, on one of his now defunct webpages he openly declared for Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah, which is what Bakri Mohammed's followers call themselves now. He also linked the Islamic Thinkers Society and used much of the same propaganda as them and of Bakri Mohammed's Islambase, which was kind of a dead giveaway.
From time to time, Mr. Khan said, his father also cut off his Internet access and, to placate him, Mr. Khan recently added a disclaimer to his blog disavowing responsibility for the views expressed on the site.
He has also been fending off citizen watchdogs who are working to knock sites likes his off the Internet. Twice in September his blog went dark when his service provider shut him down, citing complaints about the nature of his postings.
Again, no mention of The Jawa Report as the force that took Samir offline a few times. I also love the disclaimer idea. It's so funny. Al Qaeda's own websites, the ones identified as "Obelisk" in recent days, run these silly disclaimers.
Mr. Khan has now moved his blog to a site called Muslimpad, whose American operators recently moved from Texas to Amman, Jordan. Their larger forum, Islamic Network, is the host of discussions among English-speaking Muslims. One of their former employees, Daniel Maldonado, was convicted this year in federal court of associating with terrorists at their training camps in Somalia.
Wow, it's almost as if Moss was reading The Jawa Report.
Mr. Khan said that he had dreams about meeting Mr. bin Laden and that he would not rule out picking up a weapon himself one day. In a recent essay, he argued that jihad was mandatory for all Muslims, and he cited three ways to fulfill this obligation: join fighters in Iraq, Afghanistan or Algeria; send them money; or promote militant videos as part of the jihad media.
For now, he said, he is fulfilling his obligations by helping other Muslims understand their religion. Recently he posted a video of a news report from Somalia showing a grenade-wielding American who had joined the Islamists.
“He is an example of a Muslim who follows the Religion of Islaam,” Mr. Khan wrote.
He's also an example of a man preparing to do violent jihad. This is what he says about himself:
Currently, Mujahid fe Sabeelillah is working on making Hijrah to one of the lands of Jihad so that he may obtain the pleasure of Allah and become an inhabitant of Jannah through martyrdom, inshAllah. If he is alive after the repelling of the enemies in the land of Jihad and the establishment of the Shari’ah, he intends to make his way to another land of Jihad to get rid of the enemies of Allah and liberate the land from Shirk and Kufr and to establish the Deen al-Haqq. He has given up the riches and luxuries that this world offers him, and that many Muslims have given in to, and has followed the path of his ancestors (i.e., the Sahaba) which was the life of Jihad fe Sabeelillah till martyrdom. He vows to his death to liberate the Muslim lands from Shirk and Kufr and to fight with the sword until the Angels take his soul.
But there is also plenty of evidence that, although he personally has not made the trek to Somalia and then on to Iraq, like he promises he's going to do, that he has helped others do so.
More to come........
Thanks so much to Allahakchew, Howie, and the whole Jawa crew who first identified Ishallashaheed in the comments section and then later on in e-mails.

Violent overthrow, is that the 'Smith Act'?
What ever happened to Tokyo Rose? Is she still at CNN?
...he wrote on his blog. “America is known to be a people of arrogance.”
Certainly there are arrogant American individuals, but what is perceived as American arrogance, is not 'arrogance' at all.
It is pride and enthusiasm for American freedom, for the democratic way. The pride of ownership, as each individual citizen is a sovereign, and equal 'owner' of the nation. The pride of 'production', and the means of attaining wealth, the 'old fashion way' of hard work and diligence. It is the pride in those who fought and died so that we may enjoy these rights and privileges. There is plenty there to be 'proud' of. That's why Americans become upset when political types like Bush et al, upset the apple cart.
If any entity is arrogant, it is Islam and all the little twirp muslims who assume superiority because Allah gave it to them. It's interesting how the un-superior, become superior, upon muslim birth, or even more interesting, conversion.
What a phenomena that is. Allah conveys superiority on a convert, not because he knows one twit about Islam, but because he repeated a magickal formula three times, which is all it takes to submit becoming a slave, Abdallah, which in some circles amounts to giving up your soul. This is a black magick ritual.
It takes away from the submitter, freedom of choice, and free will, which were endowed in us by our creator in the first place. So how can this be superior?...It's not, but it requires arrogance to maintain the idea than Islam, and therefore muslims are superior. So the blogger was indulging himself in fantasy, if he want's to see arrogance, look in the mirror, read in the Quran, visit a mosque...there is an abundance of arrogance in these places...

Mohammad was a self-declared pedophile.
His followers support his views.
Worry about the big problem.
Once that's solved, then take on the unsavory idiots (Larry Craig, ad nauseam) annoying the travelling public by trying to find a consenting adult in an unsanitary place.
Priorities are important.
One group is trying vaporize your children.
The other wants an adult partner for what the Supreme Court has declared is a legal act.
Priorities.

"In 1942, would a young Nazi have been allowed to propagandize freely for Hitler in Hoboken or Sioux City?"
Agreed, but this isn't 1942, when Japanese-Americans could be removed from cities on the west coast to prevent possible saboteurs from doing damage to America's war effort.
How do we define "the enemy"? Our president keeps saying we are not at war with Islam, yet it is Islam that promotes what this man puts out. We can't keep Muslims from entering the country. They're all over the world. They're not in one, two, or even three countries, as the Axis powers were in 1941. Back then, we knew who the enemy was. Today we have CAIR telling us how wrong we are to "question their patriotism".
Mr. Khan, who was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in Queens, is an unlikely foot soldier in what Al Qaeda calls the “Islamic jihadi media.”
It seems he fits perfectly the profile of the ideal terrorist. He knows the US and can move about freely. He's fluent in English and can most likely put down the many "bigots" who argue that Islam preaches violence. He's a devout Muslim and can be counted on to join the jihad. His parents may not like what he's doing but will they turn him in, as the Unabomber's own brother did to him?
He'll get support from people on the Left, who despise religion but see dissent as the highest form of patriotism. They don't see this man's actions as treasonous but as the epitome of what America is all about - freely offering differing viewpoints and refusing to be cowed by the majority.
We had a half-million soldiers at war in 1968 and people freely protested the war and promoted the Communist cause. Today we have been conditioned to see these not as wars but as "police actions" or as "law-enforcement" problems, to be solved by breaking up terrorist groups and putting people in jail. Those we can't reach legally don't get punished. The financiers of terror live in safety in Riyadh or Damascus or Tehran. We don't hold the Saudi government responsible for this man. With whom will we go to war the next time we are attacked? The Saudis? Don't bet on it. The Iranians? Ditto. (There won't be sufficient "proof" to hold the government responsible and if there is then we'll hear that we can't blame "the Iranian people" who oppose their government.)
If the terrorists are smart they'll wait for Hillary to be elected president and she'll take them to court and sue for damages.

Allow me to correct myself:
We won't keep Muslims from entering the country.
Thank our president for that one.

Do not believe for one moment that this impudence on part of the Islamics, this scoffing at our ability to defend ourselves against Islam being imposed on us, is not causing a reaction from the American (non-Moslem) citizens resident in the United States of America. This is a quiet current in the slow-moving mainstream. It a stillness amidst the cackling cacophony of politics, of a Congress trying to take away the power of the citizens, of an Adminsitration reminiscent of a beheaded chicken. It is a deadly silence that should stike fear into the breasts of those who would do us harm. That should, but will not, until they have pushed us too far. Then, there will be no turning back. It will be "go for broke" and "may the devil take the hindmost." And it is not us, I wager, who will end up hindmost.

Speaking from a British perspective, I think that this illustrates the problem Western democracies face.
The answer? Attempting to set up a Shaia state-within-a state must be made a criminal offense.
Imprisoning theses people is rather absurd, deportation is a much better alternative.
There has been much discussion here about the BNP. If it plans to deport all Muslims this is neither feasible or desirable because firstly some Muslims are decent people and secondly trans-national organisation such as the EU would never allow it.
The Government is vaguely aware of the dangers of an Islamic state-within-a-state but what is it doing?
Has it outlawed Sharia Law and if it did, what would that entail?
Well, it has outlawed FGM; personally I am opposed to circumcision of boys or girls but it looks like FGM will be the only one to be made illegal. Those who practice it should be prosecuted or deported.
There is a also a bill which has just gone through Parliament to outlaw arranged marriages. Measures I approve of include prosecution or deportation.
That is pretty much all the Labour Government had done.
What would a Conservative Government do?
David Cameron has said a Conservative Government would
- launch an inquiry into the state of the Police
- Repeal the Human Rights Act thus making it easier to deport those involved in terrorism. i.e. put the duty to protect the public ahead of the rights of the terrorist
- Ban the organisation Hizb ut Tahrir
The Conservatives are a small improvement but neither parties are doing enough. However, there is still hope, it is not necessary to vote BNP.
So what more can be done.
As an experimental measure, ban the use of Arabic in mosques; it is often argued that many Muslims do not understand what the Koran actually says and if they did, they might leave Islam. If this measure actually led to an increase in radical Islam then it might be a good idea to drop it. However, it is worth a try.
Turkey has a ministry of religious affairs which attempts to control what is taught in Mosques and faith schools. Britain needs something similar. All mosques and faith schools MUST be monitored. Islam is only acceptable in Britain if it is a religion, not an alternative political system.
BRITAIN MUST HAVE A MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS!
ALL WESTERN COUNTRIES MUST HAVE A MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS !
Tony Blair said he would deport 500 radical preachers; he then did nothing.
Gordon Brown said he would deport 4000 foreign criminal within British jails; he then did nothing.
The Government must get much tougher about deportation. Since demographics are against us we have a window of opportunity, maybe 10-20 years before the situation is effectively out of control..
I know what some of the faint-hearts will say: they will say if you deport 500 radicals, you will outrage the Muslim community and create another 500 radicals. Fine, then we will deport them too. And if that creates 10,000 Muslim radicals then deport them. You see where this is heading .
RADICAL ISLAM IS UNAPPEASABLE.
But that doesn’t mean that Britain is doomed to die a death by a thousand cuts.
Victory by thousand cuts is achievable too.
Every attempt to create a Sharia state within a state must be punishable by prison or deportation, preferably deportation which is much cheaper.
If you join an extremist organisation which advocates replacing the British constitutional system, or attend a rally such as the cartoon rally then you are deported.
Same with America.
DEATH BY A THOUSAND CUTS IS NOT INEVITABLE.
VICTORY BY THOUSAND CUTS IS ATTAINABLE.
Thank you

Regarding British Jihadists who get involved in terrorist acivities.
Some think they can go abroad, get paramilitary training, and kill British Soldiers in Iraq or Afganistan. They even think they can come back to Britain and live without fear of any consequences.
Well, I have news for them. They are wrong.
The English courts have jurisdiction under section 9 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861 to try British nationals who commit murder or manslaughter abroad. The maximum penalty for these offences is life imprisonment, which is the mandatory penalty in the case of murder.
And if any of them are reading this, here’s the good news; the British Government have created a vast new array of offences for terrorist related activity in the UK.
Terrorism Act 2000
- membership of a proscribed organisation (s.11 Maximum penalty: ten years imprisonment and a fine)
- Weapons training (s54 Maximum penalty: ten years imprisonment and a fine)
- Directing a terrorist organisation ( s.56 Maximum penalty: life imprisonment)
- Collecting information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism ( s.58 Maximum penalty: ten years imprisonment and a fine)
- Inciting terrorism overseas (s.59 Maximum penalty: the maximum penalty for the substantive offences under English Law that would be committed by such acts of terrorism, such as life imprisonment in the case of murder)
- Terrorist bombing ( s.62 Maximum penalty: the maximum available for the UK offence concerned)
Terrorism Act 2006
- Encouragement of terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications (ss1-2 Maximum penalty: seven years imprisonment and a fine)
- Preparation of terrorist acts ( s.5 maximum penalty: life imprisonment)
- Terrorist training and attendance at a place used for terrorist training (ss.6,8. Maximum penalty: ten year’s imprisonment and a fine)
If anyone out there with legal expertise can add to this I would be keen to hear.
And of course this legislation can be beefed-up.

I believe FGM has always been illegal under the "Offences against the person Act" but it is not enforced. Within the last 10 years the BBC no less, reported that 3000 cases a year came to the attention of the Health Service and they had been instructed to deal with it "sympathetically".
Otherwise Tony Blair was notorious for making great pronouncements about what he was going to do. Then it would be announced that due to European Law/The Human Rights Act/Home Office Objections/Legal problems it could not be done but he had calmed (conned) the public for the critical few days until they had forgotten.

Is there a picture of this gentleman anywhere? I'm sure one of the newspapers could do a story of his beliefs accompanied by a mug shot, so people in his neighbourhood could show their support for him. Shake his hand, honk their horn at him...that type of thing.

Fred,
It is disturbing to read that Britain’s extremely mild and inadequate anti-Sharia laws are not being enforced.
This is due to the culture of political correctness which has infected the British Police due largely to the appointment of ultra pc Sir Ian Blair and things like the MacPherson report.
David Cameron is right to promise an inquiry into the state of the British Police.
Until something like this happens, things are unlikely to improve.

Well, apart from the fact that "birds of a feather" like the jihadists & their 5th columnist allies in the MSM (case in point the NYT)...
...and apart from the fact that this is downright aiding and abetting the enemey, an arrestable offense...
...isn't it funny how many of the internet jihadists live with mommy & daddy?...recalling irhabi007 (the little wuss- younis tsouli)in the UK

Ironic how many are actually spoiled little brats, some of whom are downright wealthy (ok, their parents are) and they hate the very system that provides their world of luxury to live this well.
Astonishingly stupid kids...but what else is new when it comes to such a death cult.

Surely there is a way to revoke citizenship, even if this piece of garbage WAS just a cute little tyke of 7 when he arrived on our shores.
He's shown he's not "with us"; didn't George the Younger say "if you're not with us you're against us"? Since he's not "with us", please send his jihad-praising ass back to the old country where he can be among "them". I have a hunch little Mr. Free Speech would suddenly recognize --too late-- that the US of A was a nice place to be.
Moreover, this has got to fall under the definition of Sedition, if not Treason. (Per Wikipedia "Sedition is more about encouraging the people to rebel, ... (while) treason is actually betraying the country.")

Watch the video. It is very chilling the way this guy comes across. Reading as we do on the blog does not convey the total lack of human feeling and superiority that this poor excuse of a person projects. I guess this is as close as it gets when you listen to amoral person. This is apart from the meaning of the words he is saying which are also damnable.
Romans 1:21-22
Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn't worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. The result was that their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they became utter fools instead.

Why would his parents worry about his religious fervor, unless they knew that Islam has something to do with Jihad and Jihad has something to do with violence?

The kid is 21 and still living with his parents? Who sent him to that camp where he learned how to be "devout"? Who bought his computer? Who is supporting him? Who needs to have their citizenship revoked and be shipped back to their country of origin? The entire family, that's who. They'll probably need to be shipped there, because the whole family should be tagged as potential terrorists at this point. The kid does come across like a sociopath, a padded cell may be best solution for removing him from the gene pool permanently.
The fundamentalists want to bomb the whole world back to the beginning of their religion, a time of early and often violent death. And if you think war is bad, wait til you see cholera, or the black plague, or even the flu without medical treatment and vaccines.

This loser lives with his parents and they cannot control his extremist views? News flash to Dad: Take junior jihad's computer away or throw his lazy dupa out of the house. Maybe he can get a job to support himself by working at a mosque. And he operates this crap out of North Carolina? He needs a few big redneck boys to stop over and straighten his ass out.
Note to CAIR and to Doug Hooper: As an islamic american, this guy is definitely harming good American- Islamic relations. What will you do? Will you publicly and loudly condemn his website? Will you you do nothing, implying that CAIR approves of his views? Think hard, then do SOMETHING so we know where CAIR stands.
