Germany indicts Jordanian for plans to found "terrorism school"

Reading, 'riting, and RDX. "Germany indicts man for plans to found terrorism school," from Deutsche Presse Agentur:

Karlsruhe, Germany - A Jordanian has been indicted in Germany over a plot to set up a school for terrorists in Sudan, prosecutors said Tuesday. Thaer A, aged 33, who was picked up by Swedish police in March and extradited to Germany the following month, is the second member of the alleged ring of five men to face trial.
German federal prosecutors said the group believed a guerrilla- style war was approaching and divided up the tasks of establishing a camp where volunteers could train for "jihad" or holy war.
A was put in charge of fund-raising and remitting money abroad and was also involved in recruitment of new members.
Another man, Redouane e-H from the northern city of Kiel, has been on trial since July. A third accused, Abdel Ali M, was extradited from Sweden to Germany in May.

What are the German police, the Swedish police, the Danish police, the Norwegian police, the Belgian police, the Dutch police, the French police, the Italian police, the Spanish police, the British police, and their equivalents of the FBI, and the CIA, or MI5 and MI6, all doing these days? What are the courts doing? What are the prosecutors and taxpayer-funded lawyers doing? What are all those extra security details, at airports and train stations and bus stations and in front of government buildings, and near embassies of the United States and Israel and Australia, and in front of churches and synagogues, and Christian and Jewish schools, and symbolic structures expressive of the nation-state's Infidel history (as at St. Denis, where the French kings are buried)? What? And how much does it now cost the Infidel nation-states of Europe? And how much will it cost, if the Muslim immigrants continue to come and those already here are permitted to remain, even if they do not, and cannot possibly, offer their unfeigned allegiance to Infidels, and to the political and legal institutions of the Infidel nation-state?

A fantastic error, a gigantic life-threatening mistake, was made over the past few decades by the elites who, out of inattention, or smug self-assurance that "everyone was the same" or even a kind of masochistic desire to muddy their own waters, to dilute their own culture because, in their own view, it was "not all that great" and besides, weren't those from the Third World -- and Muslims came, initially, from the Third world but have been busily signing up recruits for the Army of Islam among disaffected, psychically and economically marginalized members of the Western world, every cnhance they get -- morally superior, and could not be turned down?

And now that more and more recognize that mistake, will they see that there exist remedies, or will they, fearful of behaving in any way that might be construed as "discrimination," are fearful of protecting themselves, their children, their posterity, their art, their science, their freedoms that are all part of a civilizational legacy that its current possessors clearly do not deserve -- but may deserve if they attempt at the very least to preserve it, and to preserve the conditions of mental and moral freedom, impossible wherever Islam dominates -- to add to its store, if not by themselves, than by others.

"We all believe in the same God", so there can be nothing wrong with it if that "God" demands that all non-Muslims submit. Or says to terrorize those who resist until they crumble.

A guerilla style war.

We're in it, and the fool Dems have chosen a side.

Bring on the Dems and the islamists, and thugs like Hooper and Bandar.

(take no prisoners except those lucky enough to run into Gitmo)

Off the point:

Does anybody know if the Cole Bomber that walked out of Prison was recaptured?

Why not track this clown let him find his terrorist school, then blow it to kingdom come once he gets it established?

Posted by: Stinkyinfidel [TypeKey Profile Page] at October 16, 2007 11:16 AM

There are supposedly also AQ's in north Jersey, as reported recently. If we know they are there, and reportage of their existance has blown their cover, why are they still running free? Why would we deport them rather than treat them like spies ought to be treated, or like we used to treat illegal combatants?

The US Army Field Manual during WWII directed that spies and irregular combatants be tortured for information then shot. (I wish I had a copy of it. I once saw a photocopied page containing this directive.)

Glenn Beck was talking last night about the growing fear among the cognicenti that the Next Big Thing on US soil will result in a horrific backlash, not just against potential jihadis and their cousins, but against everyone in the name of security. "We have to collect everyone's firearms, because too many potential jihadis are being shot up." It rings all too true.

FDR screwed this country up eight ways from Sunday, but his army knew how to handle spies and illegals on the battlefield. Until the powers that be realize that NJ is part of the battlefield -and behave accordingly- the Next Big Thing becomes more and more inevitable by the hour.

Has that clown in NC been arrested yet? Anyone heard? I'd be shocked if he were arrested and deported, let alone shot by firing squad. What was expected under FDR is now the last possible thing under Bush, or anyone else with a snowball's chance of being elected.

Shoot I wouldn't be surprised if he was invited to the White house for a one on one with W to talk about how all the religions worship the same God then treated to a wonder feast.

Does anyone posting here know if German investigative authorities have more leeway, less or about the same to monitor and go after Islamic radicals than do authorities here pursuant to the Patriot Act and other American laws? As a follow-up, which country in Western Europe has lately been the most aggressive in investigating, rounding up and even deporting Islamic nutjobs? Is it now France since Sarkozy has become President or is it some other nation? Thanks for any info here.

Ah, let's see here, " Thaer A" -- that would be Thaer Al Akbar Almadudi. And "Redouane e-H" -- would be Redouane al Housain al Mahmud Ghazi. And "Abdel Ali M" would be... um... okay, clue me a Mohammadan name that starts with "M"?....

Hey he was duped. The only reason he got into this was they gave him the title CFO of Jihadi Accounts. He really really did not know he would get in trouble. Those wily muslims always jimwacking around.

I know a lady in NYC that is looking for a job as principal. Her last gig at the Arabic Intifada HS did not last long.

So, when he is being prosecuted in court he is a 'Jordanian'.

Or was he a 'muslim'?

So if you can be indicted for conspiring to create a terror school can you be indicted for conspiring to murder?

"One Swedish Muslim woman who lives just an hour-and-a-half drive from Vilks said she hopes to make good on the al Qaeda threat and slaughter Vilks like a lamb.

"I can do this in the name of Allah, and I will not fail. I could slaughter him in the name of Allah," says the woman who identified herself only as Amatullah."

I'm guessing that if our government tried to "collect everyone's firearms" in the US, especially after the "Next Big Thing on US soil", they would meet an "insurgency" that would make Iraq look tame. Would they be able to predict such an American "insurgency" any better than they predicted the one in Iraq? Hard to tell. Ironically, the Left would probably more motivated to fight American citizens.

Where is the German Army?

Please turn him over to the GSG 9 troops.

They would probably treat him to a type of 7th century punishment.....quick road to allah paved with bratwurst.

I believe that slowly the shackles are being removed off the German military for the upcoming problems with the jihadists.

"German federal prosecutors said the group believed a GUERRILLA-STYLE WAR- was approaching and divided up the tasks of establishing a camp where volunteers could train for "jihad" or HOLY WAR ..."

wait a minute ... hasn't German press/media German Feds gotten word that the real meaning of "jihad" is "peaceful inner struggle"?!

SCHNELL! SCHNELL! alert the global PC police - have the offending parties sent to islamic tolerance and re-education gulags immediately!

Does anybody know if the Cole Bomber that walked out of Prison was recaptured?

Posted by: GrimReaperxxx "

"Ten prisoners linked to the USS Cole bombing, including Jamal al-Badawi and Fahd al-Quso, escaped from an Aden jail in 2003. Other 2003 Aden escapees included Khaldoun Al-Hukaimi and Saleh Mana. The pair was reported to have committed suicide attacks in Iraq in 2005, RayNews reported.

After their escape from prison, in May 2003 Jamal Al-Badawi and Fahd al-Quso were indicted on over fifty terror related offenses by a federal grand jury in Manhattan, New York for plotting the attack on the Cole. Both al-Quso and al-Badawi were recaptured in March 2004. Jamal Al-Badawi escaped from prison again in 2006 along with 17 others involved in the USS Cole bombing. Shortly after the escape, Yemen's Specialized Penal Court ordered the release of Hadi Saleh Al-Waeli suspected of selling arms, ammunition and explosives to the terrorists who bombed the USS Cole Destroyer at Aden Port in 2000.

In 2003, Yemen arrested Mohammed Hamdi al-Ahdal. On the US list of most wanted terrorists in Yemen. Al-Ahdal is believed to be one of the masterminds of the Cole bombing. Yemen refused to allow US federal investigators access to Al-Ahdal, insisting instead that the FBI submit questions for al-Ahdal in writing. Sources indicated to the Yemen Times that al-Ahdal had confessed to "being in charge of technical and financial preparations" for both the Cole and Limburg attacks. Al-Ahdal was tried and convicted in 2006 on charges of distributing money for al-Qaeda. No charges were brought relating to the Cole bombing. He was sentenced to 37 months in prison, and with time served, was released shortly thereafter. In 2006, Ghalib Al-Zaidi was also charged with harboring al-Ahdal for a month following the Cole bombing; al-Zaidi was sentenced to three years time served and released.
