Short answer: not much. At an April 17, 2007, hearing on Kosovo, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Tom Lantos (D-CA) called upon “jihadists of all color and hue” to see Kosovo as “yet another example [sic: presumably a reference to Bosnia] that the United States leads the way for the creation of a predominantly Muslim country in the very heart of Europe.” President Bush's utterances on Kosovo have been indistinguishable.
But an anti-dhimmitude counteroffensive is on the way. This week (October 23) a high-powered conference in Washington will vivisect the pro-jihad U.S. policy and call for a reversal. “KOSOVO: A PREVENTABLE DISASTER: CAN AMERICA STEP BACK FROM THE BRINK?" will feature the noted diagnosticians Srdja Trifkovic (“Sword of the Prophet,” “Defeating Jihad”), Professor John Schindler of the U.S. Naval War College (“Unholy Terror: Bosnia, Al-Qa’ida, and the Rise of Global Jihad”), and Bill Warner, Director of the Center for the Study of Political Islam.

Thanks to fools like him, the jihad is alive and well in Bosnia.
America's participation was just Clinton trying to distract us from the blow jobs he was getting.
And thus he screwed America.
And his wife wants to continue the procedure.

Trying to salvage the clinton disaster (which the military wanted no part of to begin with anyway) that has become said REAL "quagmire"...since it's proven even less efficient as the iraq "quagmire" they so squawk about 24/7/365 relentlessly.

I still say that part of Putin's attitude toward the US is the result of Clinton's actions in Yugoslavia and the Bush/Rice statements about Kosovo.

Isn't Lantos one of the chief pushers of the Armenian genocide resolution?
Is he for a Muslim state in Europe or against it?

And the whole cause of the Kosovo Albanians uprising is over what? Well, were they mistreated? They say so for they cried "apartheid" enough times.
Let's look at the evidence.
aThey could use their own language -Albanian- in court
bIn state schools, their children could be educated in Albanian
cThey had their own language programmes on TV
dThey had their own state run theatres in which their language and culture could be preserved
eMost of the leading politicians in Kosovo were Kosovo Albanian
fMost of the senior managers in business were Kosovo Albanian
gMost small private businesses in Kosovo were run/owned by Kosovo Albanians
hThey had numerous Albanian language newspapers.
iThe road signs in most of Kosovo were written in Serbian and Albanian.
What's more surprising is that all of the above information was admitted to by the prosecution witnesses in the ICTY trial against baby eating Slobo.
Some apartheid.
