It's that old charmer Abu Bakar Bashir, of course, whose forthrightly jihadist statements have been featured here many times. He has said essentially the same thing that he says here before, although he has also in the past threatened jihad against the Indonesian police. Here, of course, he strikes a more moderate tone about attacks in the Islamic world. That call for jihad was despite the fact that the Indonesian Supreme Court overturned his conviction for his role in the Bali bombing.
Bashir has also said that naked women are worse than the Bali bombings, which, curiously enough, got no attention in the mainstream media compared to the widespread publicity that Sheikh Al-Hilali of Australia got for his "catmeat" remark. He has said that the Bali bombings were the will of Allah, and called the families of his victims to convert to Islam.
Anyway, note here, yet again, the strongly Islamic character of his statements. He is basing his entire appeal on Islam, and that is the one aspect of it that the politically correct multitudes would have us ignore.

Democracy is not an Islamic means. Democracy runs counter to Islam, because it emphasizes the sovereignty of the people, whereas Islam emphasizes the sovereignty of Allah. Thus, if we are to submit to the law of Allah, Muslims have no choice but to say: 'We hear and obey.' In democracy, Allah's commands may be open to discussion, and if we agree with them, we accept them, but if we do not agree with them, we reject them. Herein lies the flaw. Therefore, as long as the Islamic political parties endeavor to adhere to Islam by means of democracy, they will not achieve their goal."

I am going to a meeting of the "Campus Crusade for Christ" tonight to see if there is any interest in staging a protest against Indonesia (and any American companies doing business with Idonesia). This should be nationwide.
We can use these egregious examples of muhammadan hatred and viciousness to our advantage.

Unfortunately for Muslims, actions speak louder than words! So here's what you're going to have to do...Stop blowing up innocent men, women and children, start treating women with respect, stop persecuting homosexuals, start tolerating other religions, stop expecting civilised societies to adopt draconian Islamic laws, Stop issuing' fatwahs' every time someone blows their nose, stop taking from societies and start giving something back!
Being part of a civilised society isn't always easy, but i know that with a bit of hard work Islam will eventually get there.

One thing is certain: if need be, I will be fighting on the same side of the barricades as the christian, jews and idol worshipers against the islam and my soul will be crying of despair for the loss of their confused lives.
It is like fighting zombies that were just one's friends in a horror movie - there is no other way than to dispatch them.

So if we form democratic agreements as free men and women, that doesn’t count? But if we obey ‘their’ agreements this is good? That doesn’t work for me.
Our agreements as free men and women carry far more weight then their ‘agreements’ of slavery. Sharia is state mandated slavery, rejected totally.
If he thinks Moslems should not live in infidel lands, that’s fine with me, most welcome. Exit visas at the ready, don’t everybody rush at once, please form a line, thank you.

The president of Mexico has said that Mexico exists wherever Mexican citizens live, even if they live illegally in another country. The dictate that Muslims can't live in an infidel country is taken as a command to make that country Islamic. Surely Spain, France and Austria (to name a few) are not considered infidel countries, since all were once part of dar-al-Islam. (France beat them back, but wasn't the southernmost part of France under Islamic rule for a short time?)

In Islam, 'is', is often 'isn't', and 'isn't' often 'is'. If you can follow that, and know the meaning of, 'is you is, or is you ain't my dhimmi', you are an infidel. There are two 'is' in 'Islamism'... which is the confusion over their confusion.
I think the first 'is' slams it, which means they are, where the second 'is' really means 'isn't', so they're not. Or maybe the first 'is' means 'for sure', and the second 'is' means 'not'?
