Illegal immigrant FBI/CIA agent married to State Dept employee who held sensitive posts in Middle East embassies

Nada Nadim Prouty Update: Not only is she an illegal immigrant who was hired by the CIA and the FBI. Not only was she then given access to Al-Qaeda detainees in Iraq. Not only is she now accused of passing information to Hizballah. Not only is her brother-in-law now on the lam after being indicted for funneling money from his restaurant chain to Hizballah. Not only did that restaurant chain sponsor the Arab American Institute conference that was addressed by (on video) Clinton, Obama, and Edwards, (and in person) Richardson, Kucinich, and Ron Paul. Not only all that, but also, she is married to a State Department wonk who has held key positions in Middle Eastern embassies.

"Jihad Jane's 'State' of Bliss," by Susan Edelman and Jill Culora in the New York Post:

November 18, 2007 -- FBI fraudster Nada Nadim Prouty not only used a sham marriage to get jobs with access to secret terrorist intelligence - her current husband is a State Department employee who has held sensitive posts in Middle Eastern embassies, The Post has learned.

Her third hubby, Gordon Prouty, 40, now works for the State Department in Washington, a spokesman confirmed Friday night. He had been stationed at American embassies in Egypt and Pakistan.

A Justice Department spokesman, Dean Boyd, refused to comment on Gordon Prouty's job, or say whether he was under investigation along with his criminal wife.

"He's not charged with any wrongdoing in this case," Boyd said.

But the revelation surprised national security watchdogs.

"My God, she's married to one of our people," said Mike Cutler, a former US immigration special agent.

Nada Prouty, 37, admitted last week she faked her first marriage to a Michigan man in 1990, enabling her to get US citizenship that helped her secure jobs with the FBI and CIA. Her star as an agent rose, and officials trusted her to grill al Qaeda sympathizers.

She also confessed to sneaking into government databases for secret information on her sister and brother-in-law, both linked to the Middle East terror group Hezbollah....

Gordon Prouty was a foreign service officer under Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. In 1999, he transferred from Cairo to Islamabad, Pakistan, a State Department document shows.

The duties of a foreign service officer can include investigation of people applying for visas to enter the United States and protection of American citizens abroad....

Harvey Kushner, a criminal-justice professor and terrorism expert at Long Island University, said it's likely authorities are looking at the Prouty marriage. "If they're husband and wife, it would be important to see what involvement he had with records, his travels, his behavior, his contacts," Kushner said.

Pro-jihad Islamists meet with the highest government officials in seemingly every capacity. Our policy of willful blindness and taking Arab payola makes us stupid. We're losing and it's not close. That view makes me unpopular, but every time something like this breaks I'm forced to note I mentioned years ago, repeatedly, sometimes based on news stories, that it seemed like the CIA and FBI were penetrated at the highest levels by terrorist moles.

Posted by: Beagle [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 12:44 PM

Not to mention the State Department which appears to be headed by Islamist moles in every capacity.

Posted by: Beagle [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 12:45 PM

I wonder who has entered our country with the help of this mole.

Harvey Kushner, a criminal-justice professor and terrorism expert at Long Island University, said it's likely authorities are looking at the Prouty marriage. "If they're husband and wife, it would be important to see what involvement he had with records, his travels, his behavior, his contacts," Kushner said.

Professor Kushner has more faith in our leaders than I do. They'll look at the Prouty marriage and do what? He could always claim his wife didn't influence his actions and that they were merely "meeting friends" or watching their guard to prevent "terrorist infiltration". The man, if he failed to notice anything, was "blinded by love" and his career will continue on its current trajectory. (Can't blame him for what his family members do. That's guilt by association.)

It's all a lot of hooey. It'll sell papers and then be dropped by the MSM, lest it interfere with their plans for one world government. Can't publish too many stories showing what people have in store for America. Just a few, like this one, to give the appearance of impartiality and then it's back down to the business of selling out the once-great USA.

There's just one comfort in all of this: the people who are sanctioning this behavior, in government and the media, will one day be hoist by their own petard. They really think they'll get to continue business as usual in the coming world order. Are they ever in for a surprise! Pinchy will pinch himself. So will Mort. Rupert will be off on his yacht somewhere. Who cares?

Will the Feds investigate each individual whom the hubby helped get into the United States?

Remind me again, Why do we let Muslims into the West?

Posted by: StillBreathing [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 2:22 PM

Heck, kick all our politicians and judges out of office and replace them with Muslims and get it over with. Thats what seems to be happening anyway so why screw around.

I find it hard to believe that anyone at foggy bottom is looking for this stuff. They are so penetrated with Islamist ideologues it's sickening. I suppose it was probably an accidental disclosure.

Nada must be pretty good in bed. There is some reason she gets a lot of pass.

This reminds me of a (true) story of a mainland Chinese lady (about 15 years ago) who was discovered as a spy in the US and ended up having an affair with the FBI guy who caught her. I remember that story very well because I read the newspaper account several times-it was a very juicy story. She eventually ended up being a double agent. I don't know what happened after that, but I assume that since the story was in the newspaper that her career as a spy was over. Hopefully they both lived and lived happily ever after.

Posted by: Frank [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 3:19 PM

Frank -

What a sexist remark! The reason she got so far is undoubtedly because she's a muslim, not because she's good in bed.

Somehow I very much doubt good muslimas are great in bed, anyway.

Is treason still a crime? If it is, let's dust off the electric chair for these traitors and their helper monkeys. I can't recall a worse case of treason in recent years in the US.

ImNoDhimmi-

I don't know. There is something in this story that's being left out. After I read it the newspaper story of 15+/- years ago was remembered by me. I had not thought of it for years. (Memory has to be about everything we ever do, read, etc. and must always be there. Then something comes up and the memory surfaces-but it was always there.)

What's sexist? It's just human. In any case, it says more re guys than ladies in matters of sex. Remember Mata Hari, the German spy in WW1 and there was a Confederate spy in the Civil War who was known as the "La belle Rebel" (very good spy). Both ladies knew how to get info and what methods to use.

Posted by: Frank [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 4:24 PM

This story lends credence to John Bolton's recent remark that the State Department needs an overhall, since it is composed of a bunch of leftists and Democrats. They are also in bed with jihadis. Your tax dollars at work.

Posted by: jewdog [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 4:56 PM

She must have been good looking and great in bed to have conned all these American men. What other explanation can there be for their stupidity, as they do all think with their you know what.

Posted by: Bonniea [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 5:54 PM

A Muslim woman cannot marry a non-Muslim man. He must convert. Did Gordon Prouty convert to Islam, openly or not-so-openly? Let's find out.

Prouty is actually quite plain or even bug ugly if you take a look at her picture on MichelleMalkins website.

She got this far because the system is skewed towards hiring and protecting minorities. In her case she's a triple threat - middle-easterner, female and Muslim. Perfect employee material for the gov't. The EEOC loves folks like that.

As for the CIA their standards are so low as to be a joke. Look at Hansen, that fucker was found repeatedly passed out in the gutters of Rome and was promoted. His superiors found him at desk in Langely often asleep and he got promoted again.

With the CIA you're dealing with losers and wankers not Richard Burtons.

The CIA needs to be shut down, it couldn't protect us from 9/11, its so broken now it doesn't even vet prospective employees.

Posted by: waltc [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 8:11 PM

Ummm, Hansen was FBI (not that they're much better)...not CIA.
Aldrich Ames would be a better example.

but you're right...it's FUBAR, needs complete replacement. But W tried to set the stage for it (bringing in outsiders who weren't lackeys for the PC infestations, and a new centralized intel group under a unified DNI setup), and got excoriated for leaving others out of their turf...oops, I mean "loops" on intel by the politburo now in control, who started as 5th columnists to begin with.

To replace the CIA, you'll have to replace the ones who helped infest it...but no chance of that without a civil war.

Posted by: jcom972 [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 8:33 PM

I think the whole affair can be summed up thusly--

Conquest's Third Law, to wit: The simplest way to explain the behavior of any bureaucratic organization is to assume that it is controlled by a cabal of its enemies.

Posted by: Dennis_Mahon [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 9:21 PM

Did she abandon islam or did he convert, or is this just another marriage of convenience? It is reported that she has been married three times but her only genuine husband is probably in Lebanon and was probably the recipient of the state secrets she pilfered from the CIA and FBI computer data bases.

A muslim woman can't marry a non-muslim man but muslims can do anything necessary to defend or advance islam, even things forbidden by islam. This treacherous woman is the epitome of a good muslima, willing to do anything for her beloved islam and the umma.

Posted by: Susanp [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 10:50 PM

Since no one in authority really wants to get at the heart of this case, shouldn't we citizens press for a congressionally-sponsored investigation?

Posted by: John C [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 11:42 PM

Really, now--I'm not joking. This case may erupt into a national controversy, and I wonder which presidential candidate(s) might get in front of this issue--if it's as serious as it seems, it may expand, not just conveniently go away.

Posted by: John C [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 11:49 PM

First question:

Just WHO IS this woman's husband? Married THREE times, you say?

Posted by: John C [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 11:52 PM

And only ONE of these unions is annulled, is that it?

Posted by: John C [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 18, 2007 11:54 PM

Perhaps it would put this matter out front, to give a receptive presidential candidate--like Tancredo, since he's a ground-breaker--a heads-up on this one. Or seek out members of the U.S. House of Representatives' anti-jihad caucus (I hear that there is one, but know little about it).

Posted by: John C [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 19, 2007 12:07 AM

Steve Emerson and Mike Stein told us about Islamist infiltration in US Govt. atleast a year back. As usual noone cared.

Posted by: Alert [TypeKey Profile Page] at November 19, 2007 12:37 AM

No wonder Hezbollah-and-Iran dispatched Shiite jihadists casually walked into an Iraqi government building, seized 4 US Army men with bare hands, took them away in vehicles, executed them and dumped their bodies in a roadside ditch. Then, they just as easily took away 4 Brits, from another government building.
The CIA, and, shamefully, the FBI inquisitioned Wen Ho Lee, an innocent man, just for "being a scientist while Chinaman", but are in bed, literally, with Hezbollah, a serial mass-murderer of Americans.

ImNoDhimmi:

Muslim women can be great in bed, depending on the man they are with, of course. Also, there are pro-Jihad women who sleep around and are good at it. They are just as horney as their male counterparts.

I have seen officers in Iraq have affairs with female Muslim interperters who were pro Jihad. One Pali girl was the girlfriend (twice divorced) of a U.S.Army Major in Baqouba (she was an evil arabist). Another married a Britt working for the Ministry of Defense. The list goes on.

There plenty of very smart and attractive Muslim girls that drive lonely men wild, and use these men to come to help themselves, their famalies ans the cause.
