"Shop worker Abdul Rahman admits urging Muslims to jihad," from the Times Online:
A Pakistani student urged British Muslims to join jihad, or holy war, in the Middle East and Afghanistan, a court heard today as the suspect admitted to terrorism-related charges.
Abdul Rahman, 25, who admitted disseminating terrorist information as part of a plea-bargain, was linked to a “radical cell” committed to fighting jihad with their “Muslim brothers,” Manchester Crown Court was told.
When arrested in January this year Rahman had a jiffy bag ready to send to Afghanistan containing two hunting knives and mobile phones.
Just more standard equipment for an inner spiritual struggle.
Today he pleaded guilty to possessing a letter which amounted to a “call to arms” from a friend who was fighting in Afghanistan, as well as to disseminating terrorist propaganda and aiding the breach of a control order. He faces up to six years in jail.
Parmjit Cheema, for the prosecution, told the judge that Rahman was a "key player" in a terrorist cell.
"This defendant was involved in scouting, recruiting and encouraging others to join their philosophy of extreme jihad, or holy war.
"Their particular interest was the perceived assault on Islam and Afghanistan and the need to provide resources and fighters for that conflict.
"They were a group or cell of young men espousing the radical extreme jihadi philosophy that non believers are legitimate targets, especially if engaged with the true believers of Islam. In this case the Taleban and the residual insurgents."
As opposed to moderate, mild jihadi philosophy.

The film referred to one as a suicide bomber whilst two others were seen crawling, commando-style, through the snow and undergrowth near Langdale, Cumbria, praising Allah and the Chechen Mujahideen.
In Rahman's house, police found hunting knives, two-way radios, GPS equipment and propaganda - including a document referring to terrorist finishing schools called How Can I Train Myself for Jihad?
Yesterday Rahman admitted two offences under the 2006 Terrorism Act and pleaded guilty to a further charge of helping a terror suspect defy a control order.
The case illustrated the weaknesses of control orders, said one senior police source outside court.
He added: 'There is real concern these orders are not worth the paper they are written on and do nothing in real terms to protect the public.

She said Rahman played a vital role supporting jihadists in Pakistan and acting as a "pipeline" to the UK.
In January this year he met up with a 22-year-old man, known only as AK for legal reasons, who had just been served with a control order.
Rahman gave him £480 to flee the country. Before taking a flight to Lahore via Tehran, CCTV filmed AK at Birmingham Airport after he had ditched his usual traditional Muslim attire for Westernised clothing.

Gotta capture them at home or kill them on a foreign battlefield.
Will Britain be able to save herself? They turned on Winston and Enoch at the wrong times. They indulged in Royal (Diana) nonsense and avoided the real thing (Elisabeth) at other times.

If not so dangerous some of this would be funny. Crawling around in the snow and underbrush, around here, can make you a meal for a passing mt Lion, or a toy for a bear to play with. Round here, we don't need to invent giant spiders from Allah, we got snakes, black widow spiders, and coyote's, as well as bears and lions. If none of them get you fleas, ticks, wasps, and hornets will. Besides that, it is full of poison oak. The merciful, kind, and compassionate Allah, has provided us swami's with natural protections from crawling, sneaking jihadist's. Crawling through the underbrush around here is not recommended any time of the year, none of the locals do it. Jesse Jackson was right, 'Stay out of the Bushes'...Happy Thanksgiving...

They are the same ones who show up for firewalking. Liberals mostly. Only a liberal would walk on hot coals to prove they could do it. When I suggested that if walking on hot coals would do them a little good, then rolling around in them would ought do a lot of good. A little 'walk and roll'...they did not roll, but they did get steamed at me for suggesting it. Personally I am not a liberal, so I don't feel any need to walk on coals, or crawl through bushes either one...If I hurt any liberals feelings, I am sorry...If you don't walk on coals, or crawl through underbrush, good for you, I am happy you have overcome the temptation...

It's not THIS Abdul Rahman, right? Okay, else my whole world would start to come apart at the seams.
I observed some time ago that the Islamic world seems to be running out of names. Why is it so important, again, that they all have "islamic" names, and poor Cat Stevens had to change his excellent kuffar stage name to Yusuf Islam? I confess to never having understood this very well.
And all those poor guys with the same names as the 9/11 bombers that led to conspiracy theories saying that the names of the bombers were made up because these people were still alive...
But then, they say every second male in Seoul Korea is named "Kim" ...

What is so hilarious is that they talk about their superiority and the superiority of all "pakis" (their words), BUT, and this is the killer, they do it with RAP. These people need to find a personal identity then they can turn away from 7th century nomadic violence.

These Pakistani "students" are as--if not more so--dedicated to fighting their jihad against us as any Arabian Islamics.
Two things come to mind: (1) Pakistan is the motherland--breeding ground--of a multitude of these jihadists, and (2) jail sentences for these illegitimates are not fitting punishment.
As for (1), there are too many "students" and other idle hands in that cesspool country. Where is the money coming from to support them and their anti-Free-People enterprises? U.S. funding to buy their support against the "Taliban?"
(2) Incarceration for convicted jihadists--"up to six years"--what a joke!--is a waste of time. In prison, these vermin only meet with each other and strengthen their resolve to do us all in. Eventually, as the disrespectful behaviour of these louts increases, even the "soft-on-Moslems" Brits will learn that the only way to reduce the numbers of enemies is to execute them immediately upon conviction. This mode of operation would take centuries to sink in, however, and, unless the Brits come to their senses, will not be implemented in a Moslem-ruled UK.
Something's got to give! And, if we don't want it to be us, we best see to it that it's them--jihadists, Pakis, Arab Moslems, whoever takes up arms against us. Our best hope is that they will push us too far and get what they've been asking for all along. All I can say in support of our concerted effort is: Good Luck! Buena Suerte, Viel Glueck, Mazel Tov! We will need it.

No it is not so surprising when you look more closely at the Amrika rap, most of the Gansta,s are moslem and have very deep connection with the Moslem Brother hood

On the same note, for the benefit of any foolish young Muslim lads in Australia who may be lurking here, and who may be contemplating a spot of jihad practice in the great Australian bush...don't.
Australia has lots of poisonous snakes, the deadliest in the world - death adder, taipan, brown snake, king brown, red-bellied black snake, etc etc. One of those bites you, you're a goner, unless your mates can get medical help quicksmart (but how are you going to do that without blowing your little plot?).
Anywhere in the damp forests of the Great Dividing Range, we've got funnelweb spiders and redback spiders. Funnelwebs kill you dead, dead, dead. In Queensland forests we've got the scrub tick. It can make you REALLY sick, even kill you by paralysing you if you get more than one; you won't know you've picked it up, because they're tiny. They like to dig in to warm damp spots, like...your most intimate creases and cracks, think underarms, think ...other places...fun. Then there's the leeches, big ones.
Okay, we don't have bears and mountain lions, but we've got enormous man-eating crocodiles all through the coastal country of the North. And dingoes - they hunt in packs. And HUGE black wild pigs. You think you can shoot one of those before it rips you open with its tusks? How about a really cross water buffalo bull? Wild cattle, too - the bulls have great big sharp horns, and they get cranky.
But it's the snakes, scorpions, and spiders, you have to worry about everywhere - things you can't see if you're messing about in the long grass and scrub; things that might sneak into your sleeping bag next to you, or curl up inside your boots overnight. Get the picture, mate? Much safer to stay in town.
I should warn you, too. Our farmers don't like trespassers. Neither do our Native Australians (you're not allowed onto their traditional lands without a permit; they find you there without one, watch out!). Sure, we don't make as much noise about it as the Americans do, but ALL of our country folk have guns (because of those snakes and dingoes and wild pigs, donchaknow )- and know how to use them. My sister could shoot straight at age ten. And every farm has dogs - bull terriers, cattle dogs - that are REALLY GOOD WATCHDOGS, and would love to bite a nice big chunk out of you if their owners just gave the word. So don't even THINK about trying to raid some lonely homestead. The dogs will grab you and then the lady of the house will shoot without blinking, just like she does to the fox in the henhouse, and leave you for the police to collect.
Oh yes ...and EVERYONE here is always looking out for smoke. You go camping ANYWHERE in the bush, light a fire, the locals know you're there, no way they don't. Secret jihad training camp? - ROFLMAO.
Most of our country blokes belong to the State Emergency Services, and/or the Bush Fire Brigade, and lots of the older men belong to the Returned Servicemen's League. They're VERY observant. They're trained. They know EVERY inch of their patch. You been sneaking about in the scrub? If you think no-one knows about it, you're wrong. Maybe you haven't been arrested...yet. But don't think no-one knows. Your tracks have been seen. Your rubbish, or the marks of your camp, or that gate you left open, has been spotted. Your car or your bike has been heard. Someone, somewhere, is watching you.

An update to this story.
Abdul Rahman has been sentenced to just 6 years. Which means he will be out in about 2 years. In the meantime he will spend his time taking the prison service to court at every opportunity as required by the terrorist handbook, and being treated like an honoured guest at the expense of the taxpayer.

Has everybody taken note of one piquant detail?
"Parmjit Cheema, for the prosecution..". Right. Here, in an English court, doubtless in the full ceremonial garb of an English trial lawyer, conducting the prosecution, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen of England, of a would-be jihad raider from Pakistan, is a WOMAN lawyer with what looks like a thoroughly non-Muslim (Sikh? Hindu? am I guessing right here? can anyone here identify which?) name.
Oh the HUMILIATION for this Muslim male. Prosecuted, accused, evidence brought against him, not just by an Infidel, but (if my guess is right) by a Polytheist, one of the despised and hated Hindus, and a woman into the bargain.
Ms Cheema., if you're Hindu, or Sikh, or Indian Christian, you go, girl! Hang him out to dry!

If Ms Cheema is indeed a non-Muslim, as I suspect, I do hope some of our British jihadwatch posters might take the trouble, if she succeeds in the prosecution, to ascertain her address and congratulate her; perhaps refer her to this website, and to Hugh's recommended-reading list, in particular, to Joseph Schacht and K S Lal and the India section of Bostom's "Legacy of Jihad".
One hopes , too, that there may be those among the non-Muslim Indian community in Britain, within Ms Cheema's family and social circle, who may be reminded, by this case, of things that they remember from the old days, about Muslim treatment of non-Muslims, in India, and share them with her.
Every non-Muslim lawyer in Britain and the whole Infidel world should be reading Joseph Schacht's 'Introduction to Islamic Law', and - if they have French - Antoine Fattal.
