Iran's Ahmadinejad Proposes World Islamic Court for War Crimes

This, of course, would be yet another step in the extension of Sharia authority around the world. Expect Eurodhimmis and other useful idiots to think the idea might not be a bad one at all. Chutzpah Alert from VOA News (thanks to all who sent this in):

Iran's president is calling for the creation of an international Islamic court to try war criminals and other human rights violators.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad raised the idea Tuesday during a speech to judiciary chiefs from Islamic countries at a conference in Tehran. He did not give any details about who might be tried under an international Islamic court or how it would operate.

The international community already has two courts -- one to deal with criminals and another that handles disputes between states. Both are based in The Hague.

Iran's president is calling for the creation of an international Islamic court to try war criminals and other human rights violators.

In order to have any hint of legitimacy, the first order of business of this international "Islamic court" should be trying and executing themselves.

No doubt they would end up trying every Western leader in absentia. And the punishment would be off with their heads.

Eurodhimmis? Are they related to the YankMorons we see supporting Pakistan and Saudi Arabia while those very countries sponsor terrorism arond the world?

Allow me to suggest that this court look into the use of boy soldiers by Iran. Plenty of the mullahs and Revolutionary Guard officers who were responsible for sending companies of unarmed and untrained teenaged auxiliaries bounding ahead of the regular Iranian infantry formations to clear mine fields will still be alive to be charged as war criminals for crimes agians their own people.

"Iran's Ahmadinejad Proposes World Islamic Court for War Crimes"

...the Islamic courts should be tried for war crimes....

Sharia might arguably be the single worst legal system ever devised. It's certainly one of the worst. Any legal system that would demand that a woman alleging rape produce at least four male witnesses to substantiate her allegation is so stupid logically and so egregious ethically that other nonsense like this will follow without fail, which it does. Relating to this specific matter of an Islamic court trying war crimes, it would be a pure theater of the absurd phenomenon, akin to the kind of justice that German courts of law dispensed while the Nazis were in power.

heh-heh

Sort of a Hall of Justice League for moonrock worshippers.

On the other hand, it does bring them all together in one place...

This court, if it comes to pass, could and possibly should be seen as the first institution to presage the reconstitution of that trans-national super-structure otherwise known as the Caliphate.

When your hero is a paranoid, murderous, thieving pedophile, it tends to infiltrate all areas of the ideology.

Paging Franz Kafka...

Amazed at how El Baradai, the muslim UN weapons rep from the UN became a shill for Iran - no nuclear weapons program he said - but what is running centrifuges to enrich uranium all about -and then Nutjob boasting about it ?

Strange brew.

Nutjob has so little moral currency that his pronouncements are comical.

I think the ACLU would bring the first case. Against the US.

With apologies to Sir Charles Napier, Britannic military commander of India 1849-51:

You say that, pursuant to your islamic religion, it is your custom to kill apostates. Very well. We also have a custom: when men kill other men for converting away from a religion, we tie a rope around the necks of the killers and hang them. By all means follow your custom and the dictates of your religion. Meanwhile, my carpenters will build their gallows. You may follow your custom and religion. Then we will follow ours.

What this tells us of course is that the United States is prevailing over Islam militarily at the moment (as in Afghanistan and Iraq). Islam may be unable to defeat America by dint of outright war (tsk, tsk, bin Looney Tunes, you lost on that 9-11 war provocation bid).

What this also tells us clearly is how Islam now intends to set up a global sharia'a't system to ramrod down the throats of the world.

Insofar as Iran,Islam, and global sharia'a't are concerned: Just say "NO."

ps: The Kuran teaches Muslims to "enjoy the good things gotten in war." A War Crimes Court BY ISLAM??? Don't make me laugh.

As if the Muslim world intends to pay for the 60 million murdered Christians it exterminated in pogroms during the twentieth century? War crimes courts could never serve the world by being one-sided (Islam IS of course one-sided, redefining the term as it were).

"creation of an international Islamic court to try war criminals and other human rights violators. "

My 1st thought is, ...we will ALL be war criminals, all of us Free People.

I bet you all that all of our dhimmi Western nations might not only consider it - but fund it too. (I only bet on sure things)

Here is how the trials will go...

answer this questionaire -

1. Did you kill a kufir? If yes, go to jail for 3 weeks, make sure you tell us you are sorry, and then you can leave - and pardon us for the inconvenience of such a thing that is done to a good muslim!

2. Did you steal, rape, or beat up a kufir? If yes, hold your hand out and someone might slap it - if not - please pardon us for this inconvenience of having to show up here and answer these questions.

3. Did you bring your slave to the land of war? If so, take your slave home and give the individual(s) 50 lashings and tell the individual(s) that if it happens again the number of lashings will increase.

4. Did one of your wives complain to a kufir police that they were beaten, mistreated in anyway, or that you are practicing polygamy after (pbuh) mohammed? If so, take your wife home and give her 50 lashings and tell her if she does it again the number of lashings will increase.

Do I need to go on?

Definatly a step in the direction of establishing a Caliphate. Didn't he say recently that he wanted the leadership of Iran to in effect govern European Muslims? Sounds pretty sinister. I believe most Muslims would prefer non-secular leadership from the Middle East rather than follow the leadership of the countries they invaded. He knows what the near future has in store for Western Europe, rather than letting the new rulers take controll ... he wants it by proxy.

"international community"

LOL

well, our bad for letting that insipid phrase come into existence. Now we have to live with it.

If this court system applied only to the ummah I'd say let them have it-it might be amusing to see these idiots dispensing "justice" to one another. However, their goal is to try all infidels in this system and that's anything but amusing.

Just sent an email to the main addy of the newspaper and another to Pakistan office, just to make sure an islamic sees how the trend is going in the West :

"Are you kidding? I suppose this is a fishing line to test the waters, to see how much more the islamics can push and get away with. But this allowance in the West, has gone far enough!. Enough is enough!

I NO longer care how offended you islamics are, I AM the one who is offended!

I'm sure I speak for ALL Free People in the world, we do NOT want such a crazy thing, from a loony from Iran, almadenijad."

This suggestion is just following his leader, Heir Hitler. Remember the show trials in Germany during before and during the war, same thing. He must have just reread Mine Kampf.

Like Robert posted the other day. Let's start a public campaign of laughter, ridicule, insults and scorn. Make them out (with out too much work) to look like the asses they truly are. And don't forget the contempt, untruthfulness and illegitimacy of Islam as a religion.

Like anyone else will recognize the authority of such a court. Like others have already said: they'll have to warm up by prosecuting one another, first.

I am not the only one, who finds it ironic that the UN weapons inspector's name is Mohammed?
