Dabah Almontaser Update.
"Federal Judge Rules Against Ex-Khalil Gibran Principal," by Charles Maldonado in the Brooklyn Eagle (thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist):
CENTRE STREET -- A ruling by Manhattan Federal Court Judge Sidney Stein Wednesday will mean the Department of Education will not be forced to reconsider Debbie Almontaser’s application to be reinstated as principal of Brooklyn Arabic language school the Khalil Gibran Academy. Stein ruled that Almontaser’s lawsuit, alleging that the DOE had violated her First Amendment rights in forcing her to resign the position after a controversial August interview in the New York Post, was unfounded. However, the DOE will delay its announcement of a permanent principal from tomorrow until Friday to allow Almontaser to take her case before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.DOE attorney James Lemonedes said that he felt Stein’s decision would hold up, and the department would be allowed to go ahead. “The Department of Education’s press office was intimately involved with that interview,” said Stein. “The plaintiff’s comments to the Post were manifestly part of her duties.”
Stein also said Almontaser’s comments and the media controversy surrounding her were potentially disruptive enough to justify the DOE’s decision not to rehire her. Almontaser’s attorney, Alan Levine, said the “disruption” was blown out of proportion and was not affecting the opening of the school. “With all due respect, it was some calls from some parents,” he said, adding that he felt Stein had reached “the outer limits in deference to an employer” in his decision for the public schools.
Almontaser was asked to resign from the position after making comments about a group producing “Intifada NYC” T-shirts in a New York Post article last summer. In the article, she explained the root meaning of the word intifada, without expressly condemning the T-shirts or the organization producing them.

...it is about time we started showing some common sense and backbone to the constant onslaught of Muslim superacism. We should close all Muslim schools, monitor all Muslim Mosques and we should immediately stop giving in to Muslim demands for footbaths, private prayer rooms in the workplace, time off for multiple prayer times, and we should ban the burka in photo ids, we should ban Muslims from all jobs involving children, security, or public travel, we should find those thousands of Muslims who entered our country on student visas who have never even reported to any school....we should prosecute those Muslims who seek to incite violence and who preach violence , we should continue to monitor all Muslim phone calls to Muslim countries and we should monitor all internet chat rooms, and Muslim conventions and Muslim speeches closely....we must stop this insane death cult from invading our beautiful land...we must ban Muslim immigration....
...People may say "not all Muslims are violent", and that may be true, but all I see is arrogant and violent Muslim behavior from the Muslims in my neighborhood..I do not see any positive community activity from the Muslims, only demands and violence....
...You should see the scowls on their faces when I start to mention some of the things I have learned about the Kor'an , the Hadith, and the Siras....or the knowledge of the Islamic history and Islams ongoing violent quest to dominate...The Muslims seem deeply concerned I know about taqqiyya, dawa, tu'qoque, hudnas,and Shar'ia law....
...Years ago, I knew little of Islam and really did not care much about they did...but the Muslims have forced their way into my life and I do not like what I see....Typhoid epidemics, the Black Plaque, the Aids epidemic, the ebola outbreaks, the locust swarms, polio outbreaks and alcoholism/drugs all cause human misery....but Islam will destroy mankind....Ban Muslim Immigration....

Tiny rays of hope such as this and other semingly small victories over our Islamic oppressors can only but give a glimmer of hope in the face of other inane concessions given to these would be global conquerers by ignorant PC oozing fools that are played for the putty that they are in the hands of Allahs' jackals.

At least now Almontaser can fully dedicate her efforts towards the production of the "NYC intifada" clothing line.

There is nothing wrong with Arabic as long as there isn't the Islamic impreialism attatched to it. Lets make lemonaide out of this, I'm sure there are plenty of Coptic Christians that would love to teach Arabic, and or run a bilingual school teaching Middle Eastern history language and culture. If the school recieves public funds the public should get to choose who teaches and runs the school. Reminds me of a debate I saw on youtube where, I believe a Coptic Christian, or Muslim Convert, proves that according to Hadith it is premissable to defecate, and or urinate in a Mosque on the floor in front of everyone during sermons if you really need to go. Nothing wrong with the language ... just the islamic baggage .. a lot could be gained with the right instruction.

CAIR is associated with this suit by Dabah Almontaser so this is another good reason to keep Almontaser out.CAIR was angered that a Muslim was removed from a prominent position after defending the indefensible word "intifada".

I hope the appoint a Rabbi to the position. Or at least a Jewish person educated int he ways of islam.
It would add support to the muslim claim that it's only a school to help arabic speaking children in America and not a madrassa.

....I went to the post office yesterday to mail packages...as I exited to post office door, I noticed three chador clad black women staring at the tailgate of my redneck 4wd pickup truck...on the tailgate I have bumper stickers, one says in bold lettering "Infidel on Board", one says "Outlaw Sharia Law", another says "Smith and Wesson are my friends", and a fourth says "My Grandparents voted Democrat, and all I got was this Burka".......
As I moved to get in my truck, they gave me strange looks, I tried to determine if my beerbelly offended them or they were concerned that my battle scarred face (Vietnam era schrapnel scars)may have warned them to back off..
...Maybe they were concerned that the Infidels are on to them.....and their evil plans....I am sure they went home and reported me to their crazed, bearded , finger pointing husband and/or cleric...
....They really looked terrified when I reached into my coat pocket and pulled out my small digital camera that I carry and I snapped a quick photo of them.......Muslims really hate having their photos taken.....I actually have a growing number of Muslim photos on my computer that I have taken at the airports, train stations and in my travels....all photos are noted with date taken and location .... Islam has turned me into being very observant of my surroundings and very observant of people and the activities of people whom I sense are behaving out of the ordinary....
...It is time the world started showing some backbone and quit cowering to every Muslim demand made....
.....the free countries should pool their resources and join forces to combat the most deadliest of threats to freedom.....and that is Radical Islam....whenever and where ever you find it....
....I find it will become necessary to Ban Muslim Immigration....

It's noted above by one poster that the name of the judge involved is Stein, with the poster implying that the judge is probably Jewish ("That's got to hurt.") Yes, the judge is probably Jewish, but, almost certainly, so is Almontaser's lawyer, Levine. The fool.
