A Salafist boils over in frustration against those he deems Hypocrites; the Hypocrites arrest him. "Anti-US 'jihad' called," from Arab Times (thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist):
KUWAIT : Police arrested a 32-year old Egyptian man, identified as Mohammad A, for demeaning Kuwait, its government and its emblem after the Friday prayers in the Grand Mosque, reports Al-Watan daily. The Egyptian was referred to Sharq Police Station. Reportedly, he was sponsored by a computer company and his residence permit had expired.
However, Al-Qabas daily said the man initially abused his own government and then started abusing all other Arab governments and called all of them cowards.
He also called for Jihad in Iraq and Kuwait against the US troops. According to Al-Qabas daily, he was referred to the State Security Department.

In the US, jihadists who are referred to the State Security Dept, are given jobs in high security positions of government...

This guy seems like a nut case in any normal context. But in his Islamic milieu he's 100% normal. He just irritated the wrong people.
It always makes me laugh when Jihadist Muslims call the more sedate ones hypocrites. The bad boy "fighters" trying to pull rank on other Muslims. All Muslims are hypocrites because they follow the teachings of a false prophet. Only in the circular logic of Islam would such an awful murderous Muhammad be revered as perfect and a legitimate prophet, no the best of all prophets

This was just in the AP. I haven't seen the news but article says the shooter was a white male with a beard and a skull cap. Could it be a act of inner spiritual struggle since the targets were missionaries? Who knows? Don't want to judge too soon.

Giuliani will not release the Giuliani Partners Client list and will keep his ownership in the company if elected President.

American soldier--
Thanks for the heads-up. I'll be keeping an eye on updates to see what else we learn. Tragic, in any event (and so soon after the Omaha shootings).

I bet the news won't tell us he is a muslim, if he is a muslim. He may not have anything to do with Islam at all, but his act and dress, certainly arouse suspicion. I only gamble in Reno, but I would bet that this is a SJS...I bet also, if they catch him he will be described as an upset youth, depressed and off his medications...It's to early to tell, but never to early to bet...

Don't think for one second that the Kuwaitis were working to stop the spread of Global Radical Islam. They are looking to preserve their own rule.

This misguided Egyptian 32-year-old youth was arrested for insulting Kuwait and its government. The bit about wanting to attack U.S. troops was tossed in to show the U.S. Administration how strong of allies they are in the "Global War on Terror".

I wonder if those missionary students felt secure against the coming wrath while they were asleep? But no one can feel secure from the Plan of Allah.

Okay j_not_a, on Salafism, from today's jpost.com, by Khaled Abu Toameh:
"Salafism represents a Sunni Islamic school of thought whose followers argue that Islam was perfect and complete during the days of Prophet Muhammad, but that undesirable innovations have been added due to materialist and cultural influences.
The Salafis, who have become very active in the Gaza Strip in recent months, are totally opposed to common Western concepts like economics, constitutions and political parties. They refer to the 2,500 Christians in the Gaza Strip as Crusaders and have vowed to drive them out of the area."
Sufis are mystics who have a less strict, legalistic interpretation of Islam, often engaging in ecstatic dances and traces, as in the whirling dervishes of Turkey, but I leave it to the experts to elaborate futher.

From above: "Salafism represents a Sunni Islamic school of thought whose followers argue that Islam was perfect and complete during the days of Prophet Muhammad, but that undesirable innovations have been added due to materialist and cultural influences.
Islam has never been 'perfect', or 'complete', as far as I can tell. Salafism may be closer to the source, but Islam is still far from perfect, and nowhere near complete.
Exactly on what day, during Mohammads life, did Islam become 'perfect', and 'complete'?

At Least 3 Dead in Colorado Shootings; Gunman Also Killed
By VOA News
10 December 2007
Police in the western U.S. state of Colorado say a gunman killed one person and wounded four churchgoers before he was shot dead by an armed guard employed by the church.
Officials say the man opened fire after a Sunday service ended at the New Life church in Colorado Springs.
About 12 hours earlier, another shooting incident claimed two lives at a missionary training facility in Arvada, Colorado, about 100 kilometers away.

interestinconundrum...none of those links on that wham site worked. I do think it sort of amusing that this pro-Islam site features Christian missionary ads at the top of the page, and at the bottom. You can even get Masonic emblems for your car. Is this halal? Or is this site in big trouble with Allah?...

....another Muslims who hates both Muslims and Infidels.....he should have no difficulty in finding someone to attack...if he looked hard enough, he could probably find some family member not acting Muslim enough.....It seems too much Islam destroys the mind, leaving only the desires of kill, kill, kill....
Ban Muslim Immigration...
