I'd love for someone to toss him one or two of the supposed "refutations" of Jihadi theology from prominent western apologists and ask him why he is such a misunderstander of Islam.

Also, I don't think Spencer should shrug this invitation off as an oddity -- I think it's a wonderful opportunity. Spencer's name is renouned throughout the Islamist world, and the jihadist world, as shown by Al Qaeda videos that mention him by name.

If a question came addressed from Robert Spencer of JihadWatch, I guarantee that Mr. Z would not ignore it. He might fuss, fume and fatwa, or he may well respond with respect and integrity, recognizing a worthy foe. Of course, the folks at CAIR would have a heyday, proclaiming once more that Spencer is in league with the extremists, but who cares, really about them? They'll spin anything so badly it's hard to take them seriously these days.

Beard fumigation stations. Fumigations while you wait. I don't think that would be unIslamic would it? Possibly, rather than get involved in direct fumigations, fumigation kits could sold on E-bay, to aspiring muslim entrepreneur's. Guaranteed to kill lice, vermin, pediculi, nits, and black widow spiders.
A small stand outside a busy mosque could find many happy customers. I remember once when Mohammad stopped by a womans house to visit her, and while they were conversing, she looked in his hair for lice/fleas/ticks and black widow spiders. She probably checked his beard as well. Had she had one of these fumigation kits, she could have killed his many vermin, and made him smell better as well.
