Greetings, future dhimmis
"If we would delete the ultimate objective of establishing a global system from the Haj rituals, the remainder would be deeds devoid of a soul." He said it. From IRNA (thanks to Sr. Soph):
IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Wednesday on Al-Adha Eid Day in Saudi Arabia philosophy of Haj can be defined merely through considering Islam's aim at establishment of a global government.President Ahmadinejad who had attended the gathering of Iranian Haj pilgrims at the Supreme Leader's Mecca Headquarter focused in his address over the significance of major Haj rituals, the philosophy behind them, and their ultimate objectives.
He said, "If we would delete the ultimate objective of establishing a global system from the Haj rituals, the remainder would be deeds devoid of a soul."

He means a Global System of Everything, with the dead hand of cleric-ridden theocracy stage-managing the lives of everyone on this planet. Is their ANY other creed on this living Earth that spawns thinking like THIS?

In the 20th century alone there were plenty of tyrants who wanted to rule the world and micromanage every single aspect of people's lives. President Tom and his buddies simply do so under the guise of their religion and all the 'wonderful, clean-living related benefits' it has to offer everyone.
Now is not the time to "build bridges" and go soft on these people, but that's what we're doing. I swear we've time warped back to the late 1930's and are making the same mistakes once again.
Stand firm in what you believe. Fight for freedom however you can. Prepare for the worst. Our government might surrender, but most of the the American people never will.

World Government. World Peace Through One-World Government where we will all Get Along, as the political philosopher Rodney King once suggested, because we will all be part of one great big beautiful One World Government, with no silly national histories, languages (Arabic is the Perfect Language of the Best of People which is why the Final Revelation, that in the Qur'an was revealed in Arabic to an Arab -- Allah said so in the Qur'an itself).
Yes. Isn't that where we are all headed, first with that splendid EU, doing what it can to efface national borders and hence consciousness of national histories, inside Europe, on behalf of the Big Market? Yes, World Federalism -- but not exactly in the way that the grenville-clark dreamers of the past had in mind -- leading then to One World, ruled by the most organized, the most single-minded, the most fanatical of Believers -- against whom we have only our pathetic "freedoms" to offer.
And everyone will live happily ever after under the benign rule of Islam. Just look at the magnificent polities in the Middle East today. Who doesn't envy them? Who doesn't wish to live in a land such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Sudan, Pakistan -- the four countries where the Shari'a is most strictly observed? What American, Canadian, Englishman, Frenchman, Italian, would not give his eyeteeth to live in a place as virtuous and upright as those run by Ahmadinejad, or the benevolent and generous Al-Saud. How benevolent, and how generous? Well, one Saudi family donated $10 million was donated by just one Saudi family to the Clinton Presidential Library even though no one in the family had even met Bill Clinton.
Those who do not have the intelligence to get on the bandwagon of Islam, as so many did, over the centuries, pushed more at sometimes than at others, in the lands conquered by Islam, will be allowed to continue to exist alongside the rest of us. Yes, they can remain, and even practice their quaint religions. Just so long as, and not one minute more, they know their place.
Ein (Islamisches) Volk, Ein (Islamisches) Reich. Ein (Islamischer) Fuhrer.
What could be better?

With or without this ultimate objective of a global system, the remainder of Islam is devoid of a soul.

I mean, if Al-Qaeda In Mesopotamia can create a Islamic State with a completely bogus, fictional Emir, then we here in JW Cyberspace can do at least as well, if not better--all the zeal without (hardly) any of the carnage. O, do take the Crown, mighty Caesar!

Ahmadinejew,
(BTW, love that handle--you can call me ahmadinegentile) The Lady would be shrouded as a stop-gap--until the Salafists and the rest of assorted Islamist nutjobs blow her up or tear her down. They hate images of animate beings and they hate the Spirit which animates her.

This admission only confirms the vulnerability Islam has in having two geocentric pillars of the five official.
Take away Mecca / Qaa'ba aand you have a system that can't be fully practiced.

A minor setback to your ascendancy, Caesar Hugh--
Legio XIII Slobboviae Inferiorae won't be ready to move until after the Feast of Sol Invictus--according to the Julian Calendar, that is. Sorry for the delay; it's these laggard, backward, intractable Lower Slobbovian recruits, you see.

The Resistance,
The Camp of The Saints may be beseiged, and many martyred, but triumph is juxtaposed with tribulation; victory is promised to those who persevere to the end.
(The majority of Christians across the globe and down through the ages are amillenialist--certainly not Darbyite--in their reading of Apocalypse (literally, unveiling), that is, Revelation.)

Yes, our pathetic ‘freedoms’, those that build nations, bring ‘democracy’ to all peoples around the globe, clamor for equal human rights for all, men and women equally, protect children from slavery, give aid to the needy, especially those needy Muslims after Allah’s repeated wraths against their lands and nations, and we, those pathetically ‘free’ people, are always there to help, to educate, to try to manage some sort of order in those primitively barbaric lands of the ummah, those lands dominated by mean spirited imams beheading, stoning, cutting, whipping, and always threatening with dire sharia punishments, all those needy pathetic Islamic lands vying to live under the ‘one world’ federalism of Sharia; and what can we offer in return? Only our pathetic ‘freedoms’, and ingratitude to those ‘federalists’ who would know what is best for us, as dictated by the ‘best people’ and their Koranic Arabic norms, as dictated by the Believers’ god-allah, the one hiding inside the black-stone of the Kabbaa in their most holy of holies Makkaa, and we fail to submit to them, but love our pathetic freedoms instead. Thomas Jefferson and Samuel Adams, those great men and founders of our Great Nation of Freedom, must be rolling in their graves, if knowing how we have squandered our precious great Freedoms for pathetic little ‘freedoms’ of small minded men, those who court multiculturalist-relativism and slavishly bow to the stink of oil in Allah’s chosen. The Believers live in either squalor, for the common people, or pasha like opulence, for their ruling elite, and all we have to offer in return is our pathetic ‘freedoms’ of equality, constitutional law, liberty equal for all. How pathetic.
We are ‘pathetic’ in our freedoms because we have forgotten the greatness our Freedoms have brought us and the world, while the 7th century slavers keep pushing for their Sharia Federalism as a world god-given virtue for all. No thanks. I’ll take may pathetic ‘freedoms’ over their slavery, always. And make no mistake, so will all the rest of the globe’s humanity, given half a chance. Our pathetic 'freedoms' are far more powerful a force in God's world, our Earth, than their miserable little sharia slavery.

I can't quite make out if the posting by "Battle of Tours" is based on the perceived need to defend "freedoms" from the epithet "pathetic." If so, it was not necessary. I know those freedoms are not "pathetic." That was style indirect libre, and it was not I speaking, but an imaginary speaker (or writer, as the Originating Hand at the old pantograph).
If I have misunderstood, and "Battle of Tours" understood this perfectly, and is just taking the occasion the phrase provided to dilate upon those freedoms, then this comment is unnecessary.
But If was misunderstood, and "Battle of Tours" was prompted to respond to me for an epithet ("pathetic") whose source or intent he failed to understand, then this comment is most necessary.

I saw the epithet ‘pathetic’ as perceived by the enemies of our freedoms, that they think we are pathetic in countering their aggressive sharia world federalist one-world-government as superior to our (pathetic) freedoms. In fact, as I understood yours, and I suspect you understood mine as parody, that we are very far from ‘pathetic’ but in fact robust in our Freedoms, and they (the enemy) is pathetic in belittling the power of such freedoms. Or as said: “We are ‘pathetic’ in our freedoms because we have forgotten the greatness our Freedoms have brought us and the world, while the 7th century slavers keep pushing for their Sharia Federalism as a world god-given virtue for all. No thanks.” I hope I did not mislead with my ‘style libre’, which obviously was said with cynicism of their lauded sharia law as opposed to our ‘pathetic’ freedoms, which they are not.
Bottom line, we'll confuse poor old Ahmadenijob, and cohorts who are in fact pathetic. :)

one world government is coming, and it will be an islamic ummah. the EU will be islamic, their creator and architect of the EU, Napoleon was a proponent of sharia law for his vision of a European superstate.
"I hope the time is not far off when I shall be able to unite all the wise and educated men of all the countries and establish a uniform regime based on the principles of Qur'an which alone are true and which alone can lead men to happiness."

Aquavelvajad should ask himself why no other religions or non-religious people fight with each other and why is it that Islam has problems with all other religions and non-religious people.

I guess we can split the raise. Or actually, none is really needed, since Ahmadinejad makes it so easy with his many charming photo-ops.

Hugh was right to mention the world federalists together with A-jad, the poor fellow. The United World Federalists and A-jad and the other renewed caliphate folks really ought to get together and trade shop talk. Maybe A-jad and his crowd could give the UWF guys and gals some pointers on bringing world federalism closer to our time. He could help them get some pizzazz [this reminds of the Hebrew word pitsuts, which means explosion]. Of course, the UWF crowd might think that they could convert him to their creed. If so, then we might have a federalist caliphate instead of a unitary caliphate which A-jad now prefers. I myself go for federalism in my caliphates.

On sheer numbers, the one-world Islamics should lose - they're outnumbered at least three to one. The question is: are enough people willing to defend their freedom or have they been worn down by the political correctness and rewriting of history that has taken place over the last three to four decades?
Do people care or will they go along to get along, under the misguided notion that it will be enough to placate the nutjobs?
We're already surrendering to globalism in the economic and political spheres, from the UN to the EU to the North American Union. Can Islam be far behind? How many people still think that Osama and company are just blowing a lot of hot air and that they don't really mean everything that they say in the mosque? It's what we've heard at least since 1979. (Don't listen to what they say in the mosque - those are the crazies. The people with the power are our friends, etc.) In other words, go along and get along.

Army ants, billions of them, swarming over or around any obstacle, humming in unison, relentlessly feeding and affirming themselves. One massive social organism.
Is there any other culture that includes concepts like Qibla and Haj as unifying principles?
