Partners for peace: Fatah TV broadcasts daily call for ethnic cleansing of Jews

"My enemy, oh snake! Around the land, you are coiled. You have no choice, oh enemy, but to leave my country" -- here is yet another indication that the Palestinian Authority of Mahmoud Abbas believes that there is nothing it can possibly do to dim the ardor that Bush and Rice feel for it, and that it can work for the destruction of Israel with utter impunity while pretending to be on the side of peaceful coexistence.

"Fatah TV Broadcasts Daily Call For Ethnic Cleansing of Jews," by Ezra HaLevi for Israel National News (thanks to Sr. Soph):

(IsraelNN.com) Fatah chief and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's PA television has been repeatedly broadcasting a hate-filled music video calling for the ethnic cleansing of the Jewish people from Israel.

"My enemy, oh snake! Around the land, you are coiled. You have no choice, oh enemy, but to leave my country," is the refrain in the video, which has been broadcast on a daily basis for the past several months, according to Palestinian Media Watch (PMW).

"The song's refrain, 'My enemy, oh enemy,' is repeated over and over throughout the song. Israel is not even given the courtesy of a name, but is tagged with such labels as 'treacherous,' 'imperialism' and a 'coiled snake,'" PMW Director Itamar Marcus points out. "The Palestinian is portrayed as a heroic victim who courageously confronts the evil 'enemy' Israel."

The song incites Arabs living under Fatah's rule in Judea and Samaria to fight to the death to rid the land of Jews, assuring them that, through this, they will ultimately prevail: "You have no choice, oh enemy, but to leave my country," it says.

Read it all.

This is some more 'keeping the people riled up jihad'. The 'Palestinians' must be the most brainwashed people in the world. They also must be some of the most mentally disturbed people in the world. They are pumped up with hate and discontent 24/7. When does Allahs peace descend upon them?
If Israel is keeping Allah's peace from descending, then Israel is more powerful than Allah. So, just as 'your happiness does not come from outside yourself', neither does your hate. You must have an attraction to hate in order for it to latch on to anything. The thing hated is outside of yourself, but the hate itself is inside, and it is poison.
This is why Jesus said to love your enemies.
Those who hate are in a state of toxic influence, those who hate intensely are composting internally.
This effects behavior, and this is exactly where the 'Palestinians' are at, composting internally.
It is Allah that is doing to this to them primarily, but the entity of irrational hate lives in each one individually. The good thing about this for the 'clever', is that those who are afflicted in this way, with intense irrational hate, can be directed to violence, and will eagerly participate in it. This is Islam, 'the religion of irrational hate acted upon'.
There is no way to 'reason' with this, it is like trying to reason with a hostile drunk.
Knocking the legs out from under Islam by negating its stolen supremacy, is the key to sobering up deluded participants...

If this thing has been airing nearly every day for the past three months, even the Palestinian Arabs are probably sick of it. Or not.

Palestinian Arabs, like most Anti-Islamic fighters (my God, that's confusing. How long will this disengenuous phrase live, I wonder) are ever ready to be agitated.

From listening to this thing, I can almost agree with the Mohammedan ban on music! Such caterwauling!

On the other hand, I mute my TV when an E-Harmony commercial comes on, so maybe I'm not the best of critics...

Now I can see why the West is sending Jizyih...oh, I mean AID to those poor people - they are just following the Bush/Rice/olmert doctrine of Israel's surrender.

Posted by: TRSTHNTR [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 11:01 AM

Well I agree with all the comments above. But let's be fair. Can/should Mahmoud Abbas stop this video from being broadcast? Is he ultimately responsible?

There are parallels with the projected Geert Wilders video that Muslims have called to be banned on Dutch TV.

Should/can/will the Dutch authorities ban it?

If Wilders bypasses the media channels by putting it on the internet himself, will the Dutch people and the Dutch government be responsible.

devorgilla, you asked: "But let's be fair. Can/should Mahmoud Abbas stop this video from being broadcast? Is he ultimately responsible?"

Come on. I am shocked by this question. What do you think? Can you imagine if Israel Radio broadcast this kind of violent, hate propaganda / incitement on a daily basis? The outcry around the globe? Condoleezza Rice and George W. Bush would go nuts!

Beyond that, unlike our media here in the U.S., Palestinian media is strictly controlled by the "state." This means nothing is put out unless it is approved by Mahmoud Abbas and his Palestinian Authority; you know the jihadist / Holocaust denier Mr. Bush assures the world, is "a man dedicated to peace."

What is more striking, you did not comment on:
"here is yet another indication that the Palestinian Authority of Mahmoud Abbas believes that there is nothing it can possibly do to dim the ardor that Bush and Rice feel for it..."

No one has commented on this point thus far. Why not?

Posted by: devorgilla

In a sane world, no. But, you can bet the Dutch people, every one of them, will be held responsible for:

Offending Islam
Hurting Islam
Humiliating Islam
Offending the "Prophet"
Blasphemy against Islam and the "Prophet"
Slandering Islam and the "Prophet"
Etc.

The "Anti"-Islamic protesters will behave accordingly, worldwide. No "true" Islamic Imam, or individual Muslim will decry the behaviour of the protesters nor call for peace, in the heat of the fracas. Their mumblings will come after the fires burn out, and the last infidel (who will never even have heard of Geert Wilders) is in the hospital.

I really like the part about how "the land will be tilled by only their hoes"... we've all seen pictures of how the land looked before Israel's children returned. The land has "bloomed like a rose".
Remember the greenhouses that were given to the paleos? They were ruined in record time, but that saved me time reading labels on produce, because I would never buy "palestinian" produce.

-- from a posting by a poster (who has apparently gone temporarily berserk) above'

There is no parallel, just as there is no parallel between one of Hitler's rants whipping up murderous hatred, and a broadcast from London or Washington, during World War II, if such were to have existed, noting the murderous hatred that inflames the German Nazis. The aim of the Geert Wilders film, as I understand it, is to bring to the attention of the Dutch public certain passages, most of them to be found in the Qur'an but possibly also among the most "authentic" Hadith -- that help to explain the tenets of Islam, and the attitudes of Believers in Islam, those who take their Islam seriously.

The attempt of the Fatah-inspired and promoted film is to work up hysterical hatred on the Hitlerian model, and has everything to do with Nazi propaganda -- it all would be right at home in a cinematic version of "Der Stuermer."

As for the question "what can Abbas do" -- this bespeaks an unawareness of the fact that Abbas and his fellow warlords of Fatah control completely -- just as Mubarak does in Egypt, or the Al-Saud in Saudi Arabia, or any of the others in that panoply of Arab lords of misrule, who range from the merely unpleasant to the hideously unpleasant in every respect -- and are not in the slightest held in check by any worry about, or interest in, "freedom of speech."

If Wilders bypasses the media channels by putting it on the internet himself, will the Dutch people and the Dutch government be responsible?

devorgilla,

Of course the Islamic world will say "yes".
Why shouldn't our response to them be that we will hold them responsible for all the actions of their co-religionists? They should be held to the same standard they would impose on us.

Instead I heard someone this morning say that everyone who talks about Islamic terrorism "needs to be careful about alienating" 1.6 (?) billion Muslims.
On that same note, why shouldn't we tell all Muslims to be careful what they say about Christians and Jews, lest they alienate over 5 billion people?

Fair is fair.

Posted by: PMK [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 1:01 PM

PMK, what do you personally believe? Is President Bush ignorant of Mahmoud Abbas' and Fatah's intention to annihilate Israel? Or does George W. Bush lie about Fatah and Abbas in order to help futher the jihad?

Does this U.S. president lie about our enemies and conspire with them or is he ignorant?

Is George W. Bush giving aid and comfort to our enemies or his he a naif? What do you think?

Posted by: monk [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 1:05 PM

devorgilla -

1) Wilders incites Europe to self-defense.
2) Abbas incites Palestinians to murder.

There is a difference, is there not? Or, have you been blinkered in a 1st-tier school?

monk -

Given very poor options, I voted for President Bush twice. Nevertheless, I believe that the nicest that can said of him is that he is terribly limited. For years, I have felt that he recites bumper stickers - and supposes that he has said something profound. In fact, I have suspected that his thought process would resemble a series of bumper stickers appended end-to-end.

No, I don't believe that President Bush is on the other side. But, I do believe that he is so dimwitted that he serves the other side's purposes.

Posted by: Havoc [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 1:28 PM

Havoc, unlike you I did not vote for Bush in 2004, though I regret to admit, I did vote for him in 2000.

Only days and weeks after the September 11, 2001 Muslim-terror atrocities, I realized this president neither understood our enemy nor was he determined to combat our enemy properly; and this was before I began reading Spencer and others. It did not take a rocket scientist to see this man was misleading the American people, whether deliberately, by design or ignorantly through poor counsel.

Read his September 20, 2001 speech before a joint session of Congress and the American people. It was a disaster. It was full of falsehoods and outright distortions about our enemy.

Bush: "The terrorists practice a fringe form of Islamic extremism that has been rejected by Muslim scholars and the vast majority of Muslim clerics -- a fringe movement that perverts the peaceful teachings of Islam......(Applause.) The terrorists are traitors to their own faith, trying, in effect to hijack Islam itself. The enemy of America is not our many Muslim friends;
it is not our many Arab friends...."

Then days later, early October, Bush announced his vision for the establishment of a Palestinian (terrorist) state in the Holy Land. I knew then, this man is not on my / our side. Before Ariel Sharon capitulated to White House pressure, he gave his Czechoslovakia warning. CNN's John King had it right: "What angered Washington most was Sharon's comparison to Europe ceding parts of Czechoslovakia to Hitler, suggesting that in its aggressive effort to court Arab nations for the coalition against terrorism, the United States was turning its back on Israel's security."

I disagree with your view that Mr. Bush is dimwitted. I do not believe this man is by any means stupid or a slow thinker. I believe he is an intelligent and resourceful man but unlike other leaders, Bush does not seem to have worked out a philosophy, either a moral, spiritual or ideological one. Unlike Reagan who had a personal philosophy, Bush stumbles and fumbles when he speaks and is questioned extemporaneously.

Men and women that have a carefully thought out system of moral principles and beliefs do not generally stumble unless they are extremely shy.

Sheepishness is not a George W. Bush shortcoming. He is no wallflower.

when a detective investigates a murder he sees what the incentive was. he looks at the motivations which motivate the killer. according to you guys these people go wake up one morning and go like "i am going to go kill infidels" you see its not that simple. why do the jihadist target israel and america. is it because they hate our freedom, is it wh are dhimmis, is it because they are jelous. no. i think the reason why osama bin laden and the terrorist do the things they do due to political purposes. those are the motivations. like the U.S meddling in saudi affairs, put troops in holy land, support of israel which has displaced millions od palestinion, actions in lebonan, kashmir sudan. do you know why i believe this theory. cause thats what O.B.L freaking said! here are a few links to prove my points in his own words. by the way i hate O.B.L and he needs to get caught.

Note well.

This stuff is having its effect.

Yesterday I was reading Jerusalem Post online. There have been a number of attacks on Jews - Jews within Israel - in a very short space of time.

A shooting attack on border police, and a nasty infiltration - by jihadists - into a yeshiva. Both were BY FATAH, not Hamas.

The Israel National News has a story headed "One Killed, Many Saved in Terror Attacks Outside Jerusalem" (my only quibble with the report is that instead of 'terror attacks' I would have written 'jihad Raids'):

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/125033

See also the JPost accounts of the same Jihad raids:
http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1201070795868&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?c=JPArticle&cid=1201070788290&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

I suggest that jihadwatchers visit the comments floor on both, and advise the journalists that in the interests of accuracy terms such as 'terrorist' be replaced by 'jihadists' and terms such as 'terror' or 'terrorism' be replaced by 'jihad'.

My guess is that many more such small-to-medium scale jihad raids will be attempted in the days and weeks to come. After Annapolis, the sharks are smelling blood.

Posted by: tanstaafl [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 5:21 PM

This Palestinian propaganda is nothing new. When I saw this, I no long considered it news worthy, but rubbish. This is only the doing of our mainstream media trying to appease Muslim nations so that they could maintain their revenue from customers worldwide. Ever since the American media extended their overseas market, Americans are given a bit of what they enjoy, as well a bit of what the enemies enjoy. This bag of mixed nuts is offered so that it can cater to a wider audience, to cover larger marketing territories. Like track housing, in which most of us live, they are not of good quality, but they are available and more affordable to us. As to those who want it different, they may build their own at a much higher price. Similarly, most of us read what's available to us; otherwise we need to work at the office of intelligence.

If we know that Palestinians are brain washed, why do we have a liberal majority in America and Europe who believe in Multi-Culturalism? Time Magazine of America is a Leftist propaganda machine. Why is it so popular? Are the majority brainwashed too?

Yes, we may not be brainwashed, but the majority in America are so brainwashed that anti-jihad is not mainstream America.

"Is George W. Bush giving aid and comfort to our enemies or his he a naif? What do you think?"

Monk,

I know you didn't ask me, but when has that ever stopped me or my big mouth? LOL

My image of GW is this: He's a demolition derby car, with bald tires, running on Fix-A-Flat.

In other words, Dubbya doesn't have any real interest in his job, anymore. He's just waiting for the next Prez to take over.

I don't think he's so much deliberately trying to make trouble, as he is trying to grab the last dollar from his career as President. I don't think there's anything in it for him now, save that last dollar.

He won't be remembered with any great affection by any political party. It's not like he's going to leave a cherished legacy. It gripes me that my tax money will be spent on Secret Service security for the rest of this nabob's life. He doesn't even deserve a single Brinks guard.

He's self-serving and self-centered, and I'm one of the jackasses who voted for him.

I live in Florida, too. I'm going to waste my vote on Ron Paul. He won't win, and I won't have contributed any more to the destruction of the US.

Posted by: Abscedere [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 6:16 PM

I haven't gone 'temporarily berserk'.

I'm just thinking ahead to the inevitable reactions to Wilders. And to the parallels that jihadis might draw. Socratic method of enquiry.

So thank you PMK and others for coming up with suitable defences of why Wilders' tactic is different.

As PMK said, why should the Quran be allowed to threaten 80% of global citizens?

Posted by: devorgilla [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 6:41 PM

Abscedere, doesn't Ron Paul believe Muslims hate America because of our ostensibly pro-Israel / anti-Muslim Arab policies? Doesn't Paul believe America got what she deserved on September 11, 2001? Why would you vote for Ron Paul?

Why do so many neo-Nazis and White supremacists support Dr. Paul?

Posted by: monk [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 6:46 PM

Ron Paul in the US House of Representatives, January 29, 2003:

"And above all, the Arab Muslims are tired of us.

"Angry and frustrated by our persistent bullying and disgusted with having their own government bought and controlled by the United States, joining a radical Islamic movement was a natural and predictable consequence for Muslims.

"We believe bin Laden when he takes credit for an attack on the West, and we believe him when he warns us of an impending attack. But we refuse to listen to his explanation of why he and his allies are at war with us.

"Bin Laden’s claims are straightforward. The U.S. defiles Islam with military bases on holy land in Saudi Arabia, its initiation of war against Iraq, with 12 years of persistent bombing, and its dollars and weapons being used against the Palestinians as the Palestinian territory shrinks and Israel’s occupation expands. There will be no peace in the world for the next 50 years or longer if we refuse to believe why those who are attacking us do it."

The more President Bush pushes for Peace, the more Peaces the Middle East breaks up into.

Posted by: flowerknife_us [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 27, 2008 7:37 PM

monk,
George W. Bush is a self-deluded man. He has a natural belief in the goodness of people and an almost presumptuous belief in his own ability to read people (looking into Putin's soul!) and so buys the religion-of-peace nonsense.

Regarding the "ardor" that he and Rice feel for Abbas and company:

I saw no reason to comment on it because it seemed obvious. What you describe as "ardor" is nothing but a realization that Abbas is the only game in town. If they can prop up Abbas it gives them one more reason to avoid Hamas. It's all the game of diplomacy.

All I hear in many papers is how the US has lost its reputation and Bush is a cowboy, go-it-alone type, which is why everything has gone wrong. We "squandered the good will of the world after 9/11" in Iraq. That's not my view, it's the view of most of the opinion makers and the Democrats who drive policy in Washington. They all want us to negotiate, negotiate, negotiate.
So Bush negotiates and that means he's furthering jihad?
Everyone is looking to the US to "solve" the Palestinian problem. This is a problem that has bedeviled every president for four decades. Bush resisted the call to deal with a terrorist-led government and he caught hell for it. He finally gave in after Arafat died. Why, I cannot say. The most likely answers are: legacy, legacy and legacy, with a generous helping of Condi Rice.

Bush isn't looking to further the jihad but he also isn't willing to confront its financiers. He's too busy holding their hand. Can risk throwing a wrench into world commerce.

Bush buys into the idea that the leaders of the Muslim world need to say some things to their home audience in order to keep them quiet while winking and nodding at the West. He's not the first person to accept this notion.

He's not ignorant. He just has different priorities. He became irrelevant for me in early 2004. I voted for him in 2000 believing Bush, for all his faults, was better than Gore. He showed me the error of my ways and 2004 was another story.

It's also why I don't buy into any of the "we need to elect any Republican because the Democrats are worse" rhetoric. That logic is what gave us GWB. The Dem field might be just as bad as Bush but who could possibly be worse?

Ironically it is *they* who are the coiling snake and *they* who have no good claim upon the land.

When I see Israel I see a graceful gazelle with a huge ugly black python - the Ummah, the Empire of Islam - coiling around it and preparing to squeeze.

Or, perhaps, the Woman and the Serpent, as in Revelations.

Revelations 12: "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars [cf. Genesis 37:9 and Song of Songs 6:10 - 'the sun, the moon and the stars' sometimes seems to be a 'figure' for the House of Israel, as also in the apocalyptic visions at the end of Matthew, Mark and Luke where the darkening of sun and moon and the falling of stars from the sky may perhaps be a poetic figure for the mass slaughters of Jews in AD 70 and AD 135]; and she being with child cried out, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

"And there appeared another wonder in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child [i.e. the Messiah] as soon as it was born".

The Powers of this world hate the Jews, the House of Israel, with a deep and abiding hatred. The 'Palestinian' Arab Muslims - and indeed, a great many of thir brethren in the Ummah - are, today, behaving exactly like the dragon in Revelations.

Whatever happened to Freedom of speech that people are always screeming about?

When it is hiiting your enemy it is f.o.s. when it is hitting you it is hate, uh?

Of course we dont expect anybody to be fair: after all this is a struggle between two groups, life and death.

Why dont we go back to the original issue before we start yupping about hate and etc: somebody came and took over somebody else's land.

By the way are the israelis not ACTUALLY doing what the arabs are MERELY saying in music videos? remember JENIN and the frequent INCURSIONS in arab lands of palestine, killing people and destroying homes and wealth?

So the actions of the israelis must proceed from a certain mind set that is also fed by the israeli education and parental system.

Funny the way the israelis are always accusing others of exactly whatthey are doing: I guess it merely deflects any thoughts of the same crimes on your side.

...Good idea, recorded history shows he Jews occupying the land known today as Israel long before Islam began and long before there were a people called Palestinians....since the earliest of recorded times the Arabs in the neighboring areas have invaded Israel and sometimes even conquered the land...but the Jews endured and have always returned to their land....just like they always will...

Goldberg:In the troll stakes you're not even boring.

You do not pass go, you do not collect 200 pounds.

Nothing.

Not even the chance to give Madeleine Albright a pat on the butt. And rumour has it she doesn't play hard to get.

Yes, really.
