Well, ya know, I can see where they're coming from. This morning,my hairdresser, here in Ireland, told me that 12 red roses costs 90 euros. We were both horrified.
Now, imagine you have to multiply that by 4, and then add on the cost for our muta wife/wives if you are shite(will I be prosecuted for omitting an apostrophe?), and if you are sunni, add in your urfi wives and your misyar wives (the whole world is indeed a sexual playground for the devout muslim if he has a bit of dosh.) (Now where does that leave our infidel whores, do they qualify for roses, or just thinly veiled contempt?)
Questions, questions. Dilemmas, dilemmas. What's a devout muslim to do? I know, you keep your 'marriages' secret. Then you can do what you like! Muslim family values. So superior! Even infidels recognize this!
Thees Valentines Day it is verily too expensive for the devout muchly-married muslim man. After all, Allah/Muhammed (tautology says you have to treat them equally. Life is so unfair.

Well even though the muslims are not sending me a card this year..I am going to continue with my plans..in the spirit of St Valentine, to send them each a slice of the chocolate sprinkled cake that I bought from a muslim bakery. I am never one to hold a grudge....

This cannot be true!
As part of its current series on Pakistan the BBC ran an item on Radio 4 today telling how Lahore was full of hearts flowers and pretty balloons for Valentines day. At the end the reporter said he would file another story on that wonderful land tomorrow - inshalla. Yes he actully said inshalla and you can bet he would never say God willing or even DV.

Last year Sulejman Talovic went on a shooting rampage two days before Valentine's Day. The first place he attacked was a card shop. There's a picture of the shop which appears to be promoting Valentine's Day.

Every description is a skinny white guy. While this doesn't rule out sudden jihad syndrome, it doesn't support it, either. Also, it sounds like he was aiming for the professor, sprayed some other shells into the crowd (he had a shotgun), and then took himself out. They haven't ID'd him yet other than being a corpse.

Marriage in Islam is for from being about two people being in love. The reality is that 'marriage' in Islam is a complete farce, a fraud.
It is the single, sole duty of of all Muslim males to exert domination, control, over subhuman female(s).
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 88:Narrated 'Ursa:
The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with 'Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).
Why does that word, contract keep coming up in any discussion of Islam and marriage?
Ring a bell (from recent discussions/posts) about one-night stands? Oh, yeah, perfectly legal in Islam, as long as you "marry, under contract, with these clauses...."
Disgusting.
BTW, why are the Muslims so preoccupied with a date on the Western (Gregorian, solar calendar) that certainly does not correlate with their idiotic lunar calendar?
