Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Monday told tens of thousands of supporters in Beirut that Israel could be eliminated and that the prowess of its army had been exaggerated by "Zionist-American propaganda.""The Zionist entity can be wiped out of existence," Nasrallah said in his address via video link, referring to Israel. "Our nation is stronger now than ever before," he added.
Nasrallah's speech was broadcast live at a rally marking the end of the 40-day mourning period for slain Hezbollah military chief Imad Mughniyah, who was assassinated in a car bombing in Damascus last month.
The Lebanon-based guerilla group Hezbollah has repeatedly blamed Israel for the assassination of the group's second in command, but Israel has categorically denied any involvement.
"Zionist-American propaganda is aiming to harm our nation's consciousness. They, using their violent system, are trying to tell us that we are weak and powerless. They want to tell us that we don't have any hopes of winning," the Hezbollah leader continued. [...]
"There is a military political victory termed the withdrawal of the occupation army from southern Lebanon, but there is also an ideological victory in the battle of consciousness," he said.
However, he went on, in the summer of 2006 a powerful new answer became apparent. "In the July war we were attacked by the [Israeli] army and the resistance withstood the great attack, breaking and shattering the army. We found and we saw the true picture of Israel and its leaders, generals, officers, soldiers and the Israeli tank... the nation that isn't facing bombings and banishment, lived in bomb shelters for 33 days. Could Israel be wiped out of existence? Yes, and a thousand times yes."...

Islam is the evil proponent of poopaganda and the "violent system" that is aiming to harm Israel and the rest of the world, so perhaps Nasrallah needs to take a long look in the mirror.

seeing how one hbomb could wipe gaza off the map
and israel was trying its best to minimize civilian

Yes, many Israeli civilians entered bomb shelters, because they were being targetted by rockets. A war crime, by the way.
But that's not all who entered shelters.

He's still in hiding. Has only come out of his shelter a few times, fearing death.
Thought he was supposed to seek martyrdom? Guess not.
Think you've won? Come on out. March down to within site of the Israel border, and wave your flag there. Then you'll see what will happen.

If you want the bombings to stop, then tell Syria to quit blowing up politicians. Oh, except that Syria and Iran are the ones who told you to drag Lebanon into this whole mess it's in now. Well, that case, get used to it. Keep trying to convince people you're working in Lebanon's best interest.

He addressed 10,000 supporters? All those terrorists in one place at the same time. Just thing, a few cookie cutters to stun them, then machine gun fire and napalm, with a salting of carpet bombs, and we'd be almost done. Such fools to miss this (and other) wonderful oportunities.

The sad part about this story is that Westerners see this as "sabre-rattling" and don't take this serious. Nasrallah actually believes it and at some point in the near future he will see just how much of it he can get away with. Americans also need to observe closely what Hezbollah is doing. Let us not forget that before 9/11 they had killed more Americans than any other "Terrorist Entity".

You'd think this would have happened long ago. But, we watched Robert Kennedy get assassinated by the same flavor of jerk and no one seemed to get the message.
It looks to me like we're more interested in apologizing for our existence than ensuring it.
