More on this jihadist, who openly glories in the deaths of Americans from his home in Brooklyn.
"U.S. Based Revolution Muslim Website Spreading Messages of Hate," from FoxNews (thanks to all who sent this in):
NEW YORK, N.Y. — On any given day, log on to RevolutionMuslim.com and a host of startling images appear:— The Statue of Liberty, with an ax blade cutting through her side;
— Video mocking the beheading of American journalist Daniel Pearl, entitled "Daniel Pearl I am Happy Your Dead :) ";
— Video of a puppet show lampooning U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq;
— The latest speech from Sheikh Abdullah Faisal, an extremist Muslim cleric convicted in the UK and later deported for soliciting the murder of non-Muslims.
Even more surprising is that RevolutionMuslim.com isn't being maintained in some remote safe house in Pakistan. Instead, Yousef al-Khattab, the Web site creator, runs it from his home in the New York City Borough of Queens.
And, because al-Khattab enjoys the First Amendment right to freedom of speech, all the authorities can do is watch.
Formerly known as Joseph Cohen, al-Khattab is an American-born Jew who converted to Islam after attending an Orthodox Rabbinical school, which he later described as a “racist cult.”
The 39-year-old New York taxi driver launched RevolutionMuslim.com with the mission of “preserving Islamic culture,” “calling people to the oneness of God” and asking them to “support the beloved Sheik Abdullah Faisal, who’s preaching the religion of Islam and serving as a spiritual guide.”
In 2003 Faisal was convicted in the U.K. for spreading messages of racial hatred and urging his followers to kill Jews, Hindus and Westerners. In sermon recordings played at his trial, Faisal called on young, impressionable Muslims to use chemical weapons to “exterminate unbelievers” and “cut the throat of the Kaffars [nonbelievers] with [a] machete.”
Authorities believe Faisal’s sermons have influenced 2005 London transport bomber Germaine Lindsay and "shoe bomber" Richard Reid, who attended mosques where Faisal preached.
[...]
On his site al-Khattab appears to condemn the very democracy that guarantees him the freedom to express himself — a freedom he cites in a disclaimer on his homepage:
“We hereby declare and make absolute public declaration that revolutionmuslim.com operates under the first amendment right to freedom of religion and expression and that in no way, shape, or form do we call for war against the U.S. government or adhere to the enemies of the United States elsewhere.”...
But that is clearly false. There is no doubt that he adheres to the enemies of the United States.

The former Joseph Cohen.
Anyone know approximately when he went insane?

This odious man again.
There should be laws against this type of individual and his activities.
I certainly wouldn't want him living in my neighbourhood and being near my children.

weird thing, I went to foxnews and this story was On The Front Page, large picture to the right of the headline!
I went to the story and when I came back it was gone. Pooof!

Everything is beginning to make sense: After all we have a candidate for the presidency whose pastor is not only anti-American, anti-Semitic, anti-Italian, anti-Caucasian and anti-yada, yada, yada but for non-Uncle Tom blacks. One deduces that having a Jihadist running an anti-American website from hearth and home in Brooklyn, only, confirms, those leading our nation have a death-wish.
Undoubtedly, if this Jihadist dirt-bag is, ever, indicted… the leftist mainstream-media and, needless to mention, the American Civil Liberties Union will defend his right to do so. Most importantly, the aforementioned are of the same ilk as the Brooklyn Jihadists, anti-American, anti-democratic… anti-the whole enchilada. Opting, obviously, to loath the principles and values, which set America apart from the toxic, murderous and hate-mongering culture of Islam.
This, as we realise, proves that which has been so transparent from day one; the enemy within is, likely, more menacing and hazardous to our security than his foreign, Jihadist, counterparts.

Joseph Cohen - this pathetic ass... said it is justifiable in Islam to kill small infidel kids, because they are not yet corrupted and hence they are still Muslims will end up in heavens. I think he has four-ten kids on the last count. Following his logic, I am surprised his kids are still alive and living in the US, where there will be many temptations to leave the cult in the near future.
It is also worth thinking about that someone in his neighborhood could press charges for the threat to the local children.

Democracy itself is threatened when we allow Muslims living among us to use it deliberately in order to subvert and supplant it with Islam. As non-participants in democracy, the presence of Muslims in the West places all of our rights and freedoms under a dire threat.
This particular Islamic filth openly states at the top of his site as case in point:
"We hereby declare and make absolute public declaration that revolutionmuslim.com operates under the first amendment right to freedom of religion and expression and that in no, way, shape or form do we call for war against the U.S. government or adhere to the enemies of the United States elsewhere."
Despite denying affinity with enemies "elsewhere" -- this scum clearly is an enemy of the U.S., and despite stating " that in no, way, shape or form do we call for war against the U.S. government", he clearly is waging war.
Muslims who espouse this kind of sedition must be tried on charges of treason, but first, Islam must be identified for the hideous and dangerous war doctrine that it clearly is.

As idiotic as he is, Cohen doesn't seem to be breaking any laws.
When it comes to someone like him I tend to hope that people target him with such things as DOS attacks and public ridicule. Being pretty close to a free speech absolutist I would be a hypocrite if I said otherwise, and I prefer that the people I despise be free to speak their minds SO I KNOW WHO THEY ARE.
DNS registrars and Web hosts that have truck with Foreign Terrorist Organizations, however, ARE breaking the law, and I want to see them prosecuted under those laws.
Network Solutions, for example, if they were indeed as it seems providing domain name registration and administration for Hizbollah, did break the law against supporting FTOs, and I want to seem them prosecuted for it.

Those who put out pro-Nazi propaganda during World War II would have been instantly rounded up. The problem is that the "war" has not been properly defined and declared, and those giving aid and comfort to the enemy, therefore, have not been properly identified.
And this is because the "war" that Islam, or those conducting or supporting Jihad by removing the obstacles to the spread, and dominance, of Islam, has conducted, now conducts, will always conduct, against the political and legal institutions, and social arrangements, that constitute those obstacles, has not been recognized. And will not be, as long as everyone carefully refrains from identifying the chief characteristics of Islam, and especially its uncompromising division of the world between Believers and Infidels.

I wonder what on earth they could have been teaching at that Orthodox Rabbinical school that would turn Cohen into a Total Flaming Islamotard instead of the rabbi that his parents longed for.
How they must grieve!

"Yousef al-Khattab, the Web site creator, runs it from his home in the New York City Borough of Queens"
Anyone know his address? It should be noted down, and his whereabouts kept up to date for . . . (?) [
[Come to think of it, who and what was the first who went down in the strife that today is celebrated by Jews as "The Festival of Lights?"]
As to this self-declared enemy of Jews and the United States, when he declares, " . . .revolutionmuslim.com operates under the first amendment right to freedom of religion and expression and that in no way, shape, or form do we call for war against the U.S. government or adhere to the enemies of the United States elsewhere.”... " he is merely making a statement.
He is sending out jihadist propaganda. What is needed is the giving a name to our enemy "[The Jihad of] Islam." Anyone who is broadcasting enemy propaganda will be considered an enemy and dealt with as such (no matter what he claims he is doing).
Now, who on the horizon, could be a leader to institute such a needed move as naming the enemy? The slippery slimey preachifying Obama? The spouse of the creator of a Moslem Kosovo? Perhaps the heir of the G. W. Bush presidency--as yet with an unproven reliability?
Perhaps in five years from now, someone will be allowed by those who control the two political parties to come to the fore. Perhaps.
If not . . .
. . . circumstances will command what occurs.

Something needs to be done to shut this guy down, because if he is not shut down and continues with this activity, someone will use extra legal means of shutting him down. The inclination will be to kill him. It is not a good idea for a society to allow itself to get into a situation where citizens feel they have no choice but to resort to death squads. We are not at that point yet but things are moving in that direction.

Hugh,
I'll have to disagree with you on this one. I don't think its because the war hasn't been properly declared.
I think its because we aren't governed by folks with...well you know what. AND most of our fellow citizens also suffer from Barbie and Ken doll syndrome.
Anatomically stripped.

War need not be formally declared. There was no formal declaration of what is called "the Cold War" but during that Cold War, those who were found disseminating propaganda on behalf of the Soviet Union would not, I think, have done so without severe consequences, some legal, some social.

Sorry Hugh, but I disagree with you on this. El Presidente Heir Bush, the Theocrat in Chief was very clear in what he declared his enemies with his statements, "Religion of Peace" and "It's all-okay, go shopping people. More along, move along, nothing to see here folks, go back to grazing you sheeple"
Sorry Hugh, but I believe that we here are our "Fearless Leader's" most dreaded enemies. We rock the Saudi Love Boat for them, and endanger their gravy train.
In fact it would not surprise me one bit, that if we looked at the hour logs of the “Department of Homeland Insecurity”, we'd find more hours logged watching that notorious "Islamophobe" Robert Spencer then hours logged watching the CAIR bears. This is the true state of mind of all our gloriously inept betrayers that are neck deep in crime and currently in charge in almost all of the western capitals of the world.

Really? Maybe we're quibbling about the meaning of "severe consequences," but I remember quite a lot of fellow-travelling propaganda being circulated in these United States back during the Cold War, without much in the way of legal repercussions. Heck, the magazine "Soviet Life," published by the Soviet government for the explicit purpose of propagandizing the American people, was freely distributed. What's more, I acquired a copy of "Quotations for Chairman Mao Tse-tung," published by Foreign Languages Publishing House in Peking, and as far as I can see, the only legal consequence was that the importer was required to affix a stamp saying that the book had been registered as Chincom propaganda. (My local public library had a complete set of Selected Writings of Mao Tse-tung, also published by Foreign Languages Publishing House in Peking. I don't remember any raids by the FBI to carry off the librarian in chains for adhering to our enemies.) And this was at a time when the Soviet and Chinese governments were giving a lot more assistance to those who were killing Americans in Vietnam that Saddam Hussein ever gave to al-Qaeda.

In regards to that anti-American Muslim who broadcasts hatred from his apartment in Brooklyn...I read comments of 'free speech' - but I seem to recall having read - either in the Constitution - or perhaps in the Federalist Papers - that speech which is CLEARLY against the U.S. and speech of any kind which incites action against this nation are NOT allowed and are, in fact, acts of treason/sedition and should be prosecuted as such!
We have to be reasonable here, folks! We CANNOT ALLOW open revolution against the Constitution - only against those forces within the government who are in overt violation of that very Constitution which they took a Solemn Oath to uphold!
