Like Hamas, they know a new Carter when they see one. "Iran Avoids Support for US Presidential Hopefuls," from the Fars News Agency (thanks to Marina):
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran said on Monday that it does not back any of the US presidential candidates but does hope the election will bring a change in Washington's foreign policy. "Iran would not support any candidates in the US presidential campaign," Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini said during his weekly news briefing."But the nations of the world are fed up with America's warmongering policies and we demand these change."
Earlier in March, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told the Spanish El Pais newspaper that the real circles of power in America would not allow Senator Barack Obama to enter the White House, adding that he would have no problems if the junior senator from Illinois were to be elected.
Both Democratic Party candidates have called for direct talks with Iran over its differences with the US including its nuclear program which Washington alleges is for military purposes, while Tehran vehemently denies the charge, saying the program is for peaceful purposes such as generating electricity....

From article: the real circles of power in America would not allow Senator Barack Obama to enter the White House,
There may be some merit to that idea. The real powers of America are not swooning at Obama rallies.
Other than 'making sure' of either Hillary or John,
by 'necessary' methods, I don't see how the powers can stop Obama from being elected. Maybe sane voters can prevent it, but how many sane voters are there?
Iran that just declared itself the most powerful and feared nation on Earth, it should make no difference who pipsqueek America has for President. Just another dhimmi to all powerful Islam...

"I don't see how the powers can stop Obama from being elected. Maybe sane voters can prevent it, but how many sane voters are there?"
Probably more than you think. Obama won many red states, states that are likely to go for McCain in the general if Obama or Clinton is their alternative. While some states are hard core democrats, not all of them are.
Obama won many primaries while people were in a state of euphoria, thinking Democrats couldn't lose. Many might now have buyer's remorse. That number can only increase between now and November, as more and more stories come out.
There's also the super delegates. Right now, they are the only ones who can keep Obama from winning the nomination. They were created specifically for situations such as this. If they wimp out then they should be abolished. By saying the popular vote is all that matters, they are saying they have no reason to exist. They should either be pledged delegates or stay home.

You can understand why Ahmadinejad said that when you look at Obama's associates. Rezko, Auchi(Saddam's bagman), Reverend Wright who was Obama's mentor for twenty years, and a Muslim and NOI goon before converting but still maintains close ties to Farrahkhan. Not to mention his church published Hama's manifesto stating that terrorism is a legitimate tool.
Then there is his association with Ayers from the Weathermen.
Its no wonder Ahmadinejad is comfortable with a Obama presidency. He'd have a infidel he can relate to.
And oh yeah the GOP 527's will shred him if he gets the nomination. You think what happened to Kerry was bad, just wait.

I think Obama may have appeared to dem voters a little like the boat my son bought before giving it a sea trial. The dem left base bought him and took along the usual brainless and now they are stuck with him...he he he. My son can and will repair the boat but can the dems repair the image of Obama which is just now coming into focus..sharper and sharper? If the supers try to save HC the dem party is toast and not just with Black Americans either. Who would have thunk this?

Bad news for Iran,Islam,& Democrats; Americans will "cling" to Biblical Christianity even more if Obama or any other Democrats is elected.

Ahmadinejad and I prefer Obama. Ahmadinejad and I agree the sky is blue. Ahmadinejad and I...oops! No more areas of agreement. His historical knowledge of the Nazi era sure needs work.
I fear that Obama is a centrist corporate puppet who will do the bidding of the Washington establishment, for all his colorful Chicago associates like Rev Wright and professor/ex-bomber Ayers. He will lower the profile of the U.S. occupation in Iraq but keep it going. He will cooperate with Congressional Democrats in protecting Bush and his henchmen from prosecution for their crimes. Yet I support him because I hope I'm wrong and because I loathe Hillary Clinton as a much more obvious traitor to the Left.
Meanwhile right-wingers can be happy in their new man McCain. If he keeps his promises he will keep the Iraq war going another 4 years, expand the deficit and national debt by resisting tax increases while raising military spending, and try to eliminate employer tax deductions for health insurance so the market can further ration health care in favor of the rich.
Would McCain stand up to the Muslims better than Obama? Other than favoring Israel a little more, I wouldn't count on it. Remember how Bush boldly stood up to protect NATO allies Denmark and the Netherlands from OIC threats? Remember how Bush has publicly pressured Islamic countries to give their Christian minorities equal treatment? Or for Saudi Arabia to allow a Christian minority? Remember how Bush stiffed his friends in the oil industry and in Riyadh to to make us less dependent on oil, and thus on the Islamic world? Remember how his Justice Department intervened to prevent tax dollars from supporting Islamic institutions? No? Well, vote for McCain and against Obama if you must, but don't imagine it will make democracy safer from Islam.

From above: Yet I support him (Obama) because I hope I'm wrong and because I loathe Hillary Clinton as a much more obvious traitor to the Left.
If Hillary is a traitor to the left, then many conservatives should vote for her. If she is not a leftist, what is she? The answer to that, is that she is a Clinton. The motto is, 'whatever it takes'.
The theme song once in office will be, 'Back in the saddle again'. Bill will be heard playing 'Let the good times roll', on his sax. And drumming will be heard coming from the White House at all times of the day and night. A happy Clinton is a drumming Clinton. A Hillary victory will be a cue for the film, 'The Clintons...The Movie'. Staring Bill and Hill as themselves.
Barack may have 'some' charisma, but he can't stand up to the dynamic duo of power.
Only McCain has a shot at it, and his shot will probably fall a little short...The choice of the lesser of three evils is no choice at all...

Hillary Clinton - NO
Barack Obama - NO
John McCain - NO!
All for the same reason: they cannot be trusted to defend this country. Sure McCain might stay the course in Iraq but he'll do nothing to prevent them from getting here by other means. His zeal for open borders, disguised as comprehensive reform, (Don't believe he'll fight illegal immigration. He won't.) will allow them to sneak through, aided and abetted by Mexican gangs. Just because he appears to be the least worst choice doesn't make McCain a good choice. He isn't.
Someone Else - YES!

Pelayo, McCain won't protect you from Al Gore. Gore's running mate from 2000, Joe Lieberman, is in the McCain camp. Bush has joined the global warming cabal. Odds are it's a favor to McCain, allowing them to seem to be on the same side on warming. That might make McCain less problematic to conservatives, since McCain would be seen as continuing the policy of the current administration.

Obama IS a new Cater, advised on foreign policy by Carter and Brzezinsky, the same duo that allowed the Khomeini revolution and the emergence of the Iranian threat. And now that this threat has reached an intolerable level, now that the insane suicide bomber Ahmadinejad is within a short reach of the ultimate bomb, they are attempting a comeback through a proxy, Obamus Carterus. The Obamus is a better-looking version of Carter, better-speaking, more charismatic, more colorful - literally - but still he is the same puke in a glossier cover. Of course Iran wants Obamus Carterus.

Say, fellow gun-toting bible-thumpers--did you know all this is the fulfillment of 2000-year-old prophesy unfolding before our very eyes! Yes, that's right! It's all laid out in Daniel and in Matthew's Gospel:
Now, isn't that just so EXCITING! Bet you never knew that U.S. Presidential politics would usher in THE END TIMES!! Posted by: John C"So when you see the desolating Obamanation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea [that's Israel, folks] flee to the mountains ..."

Barack will be toast by November.
Gaffe-o-rama Obama shall undermine himself with his increasingly obvious foot-in-mouth disease.
Iran will be mightily disappointed.
No doormat for Mahmoud.

I respect and admire Senator Obama, even through the Wright business, and sincerely hope he lives up to the promise of his statements regarding Israel, and expands them to encompass a hard-nosed and unblinkered look at the problem of Islamic supremacism. He may be Islamophilic in the sense of feeling an affinity for Muslims as people, but that shouldn't, and needn't, be a barrier to authentic and honest investigation of the problematic elements of Islam and the trouble they create for us. Obama may yet prove to be a complete lightweight, but he's not stupid.
That he's being advised by Brzezinski and Robert Malley is kinda terrifying, though.

You have to be joking, Iran said, But the nations of the world are fed up with America's warmongering policies and we demand these change."
For one how dare he call America war mongering when his own fight each other kill millions of their own year after year, and second how dare he demand any changes, let alone while he is hell bent on killing anyone in the world who will not submit.. ware mongering indeed..that is the pot calling the kettle black..

Barak Hussein Obama is more than likley our next pain on the butt replacing George W. Bush.
Does this mean America will become a Muslim country if it were lead by a Muslim?

Even Lebanon rejects a Muslim President! The Lebanese President has and will always be a Catholic Christian Maronite - it is in the Lebanese Constitution and the Muslims have submitted or conceded to it.
Is the America more stupid than Lebanon?
