Yet again, oddly enough, the perps were not Islamophobes, but Islamic jihadists -- Misunderstanders of Islam, we are enjoined to believe by all the mainstream organs, but what Muslim groups are trying to straighten out their misunderstanding?
"Multiple suicide attacks in Afghani mosque," from the Irish Sun (thanks to Twostellas):
A suicide attack near a mosque in western Afghanistan has killed 23 people and wounded 31, mostly civilians, including several children.The attack took place in Zarang city, the capital of Nimruz province, as civilians and police forces were attending an evening prayer.
The police chief of Khashroad district and the border police chief of the province were among the dead.
The attack was apparently carried out by suicide bombers, in an area that was very crowded at the time of the blast.
The local governor said there were probably multiple suicide bombers as "one person couldn't carry enough explosive to cause such a big explosion".
No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but such attacks in the past have been carried out by Taliban insurgents, whose regime was ousted in late 2001 by the US-led invasion.

They seem to have fairy good intelligence on where targets are going to be which, if I remember correctly, is why the US stopped giving iraqi troops advance notice of where troops were/are going.

So many Moslems, so much misunderstanding. Are there any Moslems who understand their religion? Sometimes it seems that the only ones who understand the peaceful and voluntary nature of Islam are Western journalists and politicians.

It's clear that a number approaching 100% of the planet's Muslims misunderstand their "religion" very horribly. Perhaps this goes a long way to explain their constant pissedoffedness. I just wish they'd stop taking it out on all of us who aren't quite so confused about Islam and its 1.3 billion misunderstanders!

Maybe the supposedly peaceful Muslims will never set the misunderstanders straight because what we see as the killing of innocents they see as an express ticket to heaven. They won't mourn those who died. They'll celebrate their supposed martyrdom. The survivors are probably secretly jealous of those who "died for allah".
It makes sectarian strife bearable and even, to some, desirable. Western societies make (or once made) mincemeat of people who set out to destroy them. Once they've been neutralized, the problem is solved. Islamic societies, where Muslims fight Muslims, make lemonade out of all those lemons by conferring martyrdom status on those who die. It keeps the survivors from going bonkers and it keeps them in the fold.

As long as they are just killing each other and leaving the infidels alone, I'm OK with suicide bombings.
Although, if someone wants to kill themselves, I don't know why they can't just overdose on sleeping pills or put a bullet through their head and leave the rest of us alone.

They have to kill kaffirs or heretics because that is what allah wants and if they die doing it, allah gives them the 72 houris + 28 boys with long lashes. They are not out to kill themselves, although if that happens, they get the promised 100. That's jihad. :)

A word on misunderstanding Islam.
The world is occupied by about 7.2 billion people as of 2000. While there are hundreds of religions out their Islam is the only religion that demands or begs to be understood. All the other religions are content and make no demands of the 7.2 billion people.
Of the 7.2 billion, the Muslins are about 1.2 billion people. From the 1.2 billion Muslims, less than 1% of all Muslims truly understand Islam. This means that less 120 million Muslims understand Islam and about 7.1 billion have no idea what Islam is about. Islam can only be understood by the few Muslims who study Islam and promote Jihad aka terrorists according to the Koran. So anyone who is not a Jihadi is a misunderstander of Islam.
Now 120 millions out of 7.2 billion makes about 0.16% which is a tiny fraction of 1% of the global population. It is very hypocrite of Muslims to demand of the world to understand Islam when more than 99% of their own Muslims do not understand Islam. In order to understand Islam, one has to first become a Muslim (brainwash) and that will not guarantee that he or she will understand Islam when more than 99% don’t.
Before Muslims can cry that Islam is misunderstood they, themselves, need to understand Islam. And here comes the double whammy, if more Muslims were to understand Islam the terrorism would increase proportionally. The world is a better place when fewer people understand Islam. Islam essentially means to forcefully convert those who will and to kill those who resist conversion to Islam.
Bonus fact about peaceful Muslims – normally when any non Muslim kills another human the incident is ends after the death of victim. Only in Muslim world the work on the victim begins after the killing – they will start by decapitating the head and if the victim was a male they will cut off his pinis and stuff it in his mouth and if the victim was a female they will cut off both of her hands and stuff them one in the vagina and one in the butt-hole and this is only the beginning of the mutilation process. The whole world misunderstands why Muslims go so far in mutilating their victims.
Could one Muslim please explain to us whom we are ignorant why the mutilation of the body of a victim is necessary? We need to understand Islam better.
