She says she's just being singled out because she is a Muslim. And I'm sure that's true. I'm sure there are plenty of 911 operators illegally searching the terror watch list, and they're getting off scot-free. It's Islamophobia, I tell you, and I'm not going to take it anymore! "Ex-911 operator accused of illegal database searches," by Brian Sharp and Victoria E. Freile for the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, May 8 (thanks to JHN):
A former city 911 operator faces multiple felony counts for illegally searching state driving records and state police databases that included the FBI's terrorist watch list, officials said Wednesday. The fired employee, Nadire P. Zenelaj, 32, of Rochester insists she did nothing wrong and is being singled out because she is Muslim.
"I feel they targeted me because of my religion," said Zenelaj, who worked at the 911 center for nearly six years. "I have no criminal history. I have never gone against the law."
Richard Vega, director of the city's Office of Public Integrity, said Zenelaj was "running personal information on herself, on her family and on friends. I think it went beyond curiosity. ... We think she was accessing this information to pass it on to others."
At least one of the 227 names that Zenelaj searched for was on the terrorist watch list, according to police. She was fired in December, arrested Tuesday and pleaded not guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor official misconduct and 232 felony counts of computer trespass — one for each allegedly illegal search.
As for knowing someone on the watch list, Zenelaj said: "Regardless of that person, I've seen many people on many lists."...
Vega said misconduct was the sole reason for Zenelaj's termination. He added that the city even went back through training materials and records to try to find any support for Zenelaj's claims. However, anyone who went through the training signed a document agreeing not to search personal information, he said.
Trainees also had to take a test, which included a question that specifically addressed the prohibition against personal searches. "She got that question right," Vega said....

A facilitator for the Stealth Jihad--can agents of Litigious and Judicial Jihad be far behind?

"I feel they targeted me because of my religion," said Zenelaj...
Well, that's all I needed to read in this article. She's being coached by CAIR, and goaded by same, to press the issue.
Any chance a lawsuit will follow? 100% YES!
Economic Jihad. Pathetic.

"She says she's just being singled out because she is a Muslim"
If she was singled out because she's a Muslim, no one should apologize for it. If fact every Muslim that goes to work for a government agency should be told, up-front, that they will be scrutinized more closely than other employees. The reason? people of their faith have proven to be untrustworthy in too many instances, and, therefore, require special scrutiny.
If an employee has a history of mental disorders, or criminal behavior, they would certainy watch him more closely, so why not someone who belongs to a religion with a similiar background?

"I have no criminal history. I have never gone against the law."
Seems like I've heard that before about folks who commit their first and only known criminal act, by detonating the explosives strapped to their bodies, or in some other way, killing innocent people.
Up to that point, as far as anyone could tell, they were model citizens. And it seems odd that they are often also called, "Good Muslims". Odd to some at least...not to me.
Islam is a lie. Truth will kill it.

"I have never gone against the law" sez she.
Oh yeah. But WHICH law? American law...or Muslim law?
And..911 operator.
What a lot of horrible opportunities to kill or otherwise harm kafir, by acts of omission, neglect, deliberate error and delay.
How many other Zenelajs are out there, all across the Infidel lands, in 'gatekeeping' positions where they potentially have power of life and death over vulnerable people?
It has to be thought about. It has to be faced. The 'permission to deceive' and the command to kill, the entrenched sociopathy of Islam, has to be taken seriously; and our institutions and private companies have to act accordingly.

In all honesty, I cannot think of a single profession that wouldn't present opportunities to kill or otherwise harm kafir.
But hey, Islam is only a religion - just like any other religion./sarc

Point well taken, dumbledoresarmy ...
and then I was thinking, what if they infiltrated the State Department and Homeland Security, and started tinkering with the nomenclature we use to define the enemy, you know, like maybe forbidding terms like jihad and radical islam ... oh wait, that's already happened.

You got that right, Rational. One only needs to understand the fundamentals of Islam (thank you RS, for one) to know that they will lie to us kafirs (sp?) at the drop of a hat, which of course would include lying on pre-employment "honor" exams. The notion that we Americans are the enemy has been made abundantly clear from myriad overt Islamic sources. We are the infidel, the enemy--and they are here, behind the lines, using every PC method available to them to bring us down. Then they'll fall back on their pseudo-religion to claim discrimination when exposed. And they know that their appeal to the liberal, PC, uber-sensitive, pinhead powers-that-be (the ACLU for instance) for understanding and support will not go unheard.
Muslims are taught from birth to never even befriend a non-Muslim. But, that doesn't mean they're above feigning friendship to use someone. Even the most friendly, "secular," or moderate Muslim just cannot be trusted to be anything but duplicitous. So, beware people. This is indeed a war, our enemy is here amongst us, and they're using against us our tolerance and the very rights that we gave them.

Infiltration.
Imagine Muslim policemen/women who are supposed to investigate rape cases by the soldiers of allah against infidel women. Imagine Muhammad worshipping judges who are supposed to try these cases.
Its unfathomable, but its happening. Look here:

There is ample evidence that a portion of the Islamic community is a "fifth column" in Europe and North America. This is yet another example of this. If this sounds paranoid, consider the Canadian Environics poll saying that 8% of Canadian Muslims supported the plot to blow up a main business district and behead the Prime Minister. Consider the Gallup? Poll saying that 7% of Global Muslims were of the bloodthirty kind (radicalized) and another UK poll showing the 30% or more of young UK muslims supported murdering of citizens as an acceptable political expression of their supposed alienation.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_column
I'm confident that most Muslim are not disloyal, however its clear that a sizable portion are here to undermine our society and are treasonous in their ideology.

Said Zenelaj, who worked at the 911 center for nearly six years. "I have never gone against the law."
Oh, yes, you did! You know it and now we all know it. You're a criminal and will be dealt with accordingly.

And why shouldn't Zenelaj be brazen if terrorist and spy Nada Prouty got away without any prison time at all, and spy Mollek Can wasn't even prosecuted?
The traitors in the White House, State Dept., the Pentagon, the CIA and many courthouses gave the genocidal jihadist enemy the run of the country.
