"Synagogue walls daubed with anti-Jewish graffiti," by Benedict Moore-Bridger and Robert Mendick in the Evening Standard, May 15 (thanks to Ted):
London's Jewish community has been targeted by a wave of anti-Semitic graffiti.Residents were today warned to look out for suspicious activity following the racist attack in north-east London.
Vandals sprayed shops, pavements and walls outside four synagogues in Clapton Common and Stamford Hill on Tuesday night. Worshippers were yesterday confronted with slogans such as "Jihad to Israel" and "Jihad to Tel Aviv".
Hackney council is removing the graffiti, which consisted of 40 pieces of writing.
David Greenwald, 20, who visits the Chasidey Belz Beth Hemedrash synagogue in Clapton Common, said the close-knit community was shocked.
"This morning I went to synagogue to pray and saw the writing all over everywhere - walls, shops, traffic lights," he said. "Everyone feels scared. Here we do not have any problem with Arabs - there has never been anything like this before, but now we are worried."
Another worshipper said: "It makes us feel that we are in exile. It could be kids doing it but even so, it shows something." The other synagogues were Satmar Beth Hamedrash Yetev Lev, Atereth Zvi Beth Hamedrash, and the Union of Orthodox Hebrew Congregations. Yesterday further racist graffiti appeared in Bethnal Green.
Indeed it does show something.

But they might have a problem with you. Maybe you will start to wakeup, but I doubt it. In the space of a week a in London we have had a priest beaten up, Jewish religious places of worship attacked, and untold stabbings, assaults and rapes from the foot soldiers of Islam.
How does the saying go.

"It could be kids doing it..." Yeah it probably is kids. The Nazis had the Hitler Jugend. Islamists have the Mohammed Jugend. Young rats can and will bite you. The Jewish people had best prepare and stand by to defend themselves. It is unlikely that anyone else will do it for you.

One of the desecrated Shuls was a Satmar one. The Satmarers hate Israel as much as the muslims. It just goes to show that the eventual fate of all those kaffirs who hapilly submit themselves to dhimmitude (by fate or design) will be a dark one.
Our new muslim overlords really won't distinguish them from us...

One of the desecrated Shuls was a Satmar one. The Satmarers hate Israel as much as the muslims. It just goes to show that the eventual fate of all those kaffirs who hapilly submit themselves to dhimmitude (by fate or design) will be a dark one.
Our new muslim overlords really won't distinguish them from us...

Islam makes no distinction between Israel and Jews. A Jew is a Jew. It makes no distinction between anti Israel Christians and pro Israel Christians. By its world view, all infidels inherit the same doom.

That is incorrect. The satmar, generally are indifferent to any notions of a secular state, but unlike muslims, have no 'hatred' of it, only dismissal of a secular Israel. They range from supporting Israel, to being Indifferent, and a small, very small number who might reject it. And the even smaller number, the neturei karata, are a handfull, who were bought off by the muslims years ago to speak badly. And they were paid to do so, those one tenth of one percent of that satmar.
But it's all coming down the pike, and pretty rapidly.Bush was bs'ing the Israeli's about how in 120 yrs there'll be peace in the middleast, as he, and the democrats figure out how to appease the muslims, the arabs, and pretend their 'vision' supercedes the one that the muslims have been thinking about and living for 1400 yrs.
They figure if they just keep giving them trillions, and democracy, they'll want democracy.
Now.... just how stupid and vain, is that.

Over 2 years ago I developed a strong suspicion that mainstream media was grossly underreporting the Islamic component to the daily deluge of bad news such as acts of terror, hate speech, violent demonstrations, etc.
Out of curiosity, I punched the headline (Synagogue walls daubed with anti-Jewish graffiti) into a Yahoo news search, and sure enough, the Evening Standard is the ONLY news source listed.
These were multiple synagogues suffering desecration reminiscent of the Nazis, (with, in this case, a clear Islamic component), and yet, only one news source. ... Why?
I see occasional scattered news stories about how anti semitism is again on the rise in Europe that NEVER, and I mean NEVER link the phenomenum in ANY degree to the burgeoning muslim population in Europe. ... Again, why?
Why is left wing mainstream media so silent on this?

Perhaps, powerful American Jews with lofty positions as decision makers and opinion shapers such as bureaucrats, judges, lawyers, activists, academics, journalists, entertainers and business persons will see the writing on the wall and reverse their support for the leftist stances that have made America a haven for the ROP faithful. However, I would not “bank” on it. They, with the exception of a few, will continue on their path of ordaining, adjudicating, litigating, advocating, indoctrinating, promoting, propagating and facilitating this country away from all that once made America strong, proud, confidant, sensible and inviolable.

How to get mainstream media coverage and bring it into the intellectual discourse?
Jews, take pictures and good video of all the desecrations. Put it on the P2P Torrent network. Email the link to the press.

Well, since the Department of Homeland (in)Security and Foggy Bottom have declared that "jihad" isn't what the murderous fundamentalist Muslims in 10,000+ terror attacks since 9/11 are actually waging, I'm not sure what to make of this vandalism.

If this happened in the US, based on the new memo guidelines I'd guess these vandals could be investigated for "Islamophobia." Thankfully for them, they're in England, who are skipping happily off down Self-loathing Lane and these vandals will probably be heralded as "activists" who are "brave and willing to speak the truth."

You know, I can't recall ever hearing if England shed their latent anti-Semitism that they held right through WWII and on to today. I think it's always been there... but the British have become so good at multicultural self-suppression that I think, with the influx of Islamic cultures, it has only recently started to show again. After all, if the predominant influencing minority culture shares the same views as you do under the surface, then even subscribing to multiculturalism doesn't require you repress those belief systems that you both share.
