I know it's an ever-so-subtle distinction and probably beyond the capacity for the moral equivalence crowd to wrap its collective head around.

I'm starting to think "moral equivacation" should be punishable by prison time, unless the user of the argument has a sound empirical basis for making it. That's the only thing that's going to deter these idiots from continuing to make the same failed equivalency arguments, which require whole truckloads of data (like the 10,000+ terrorist attacks by Muslims since 9/11, compared to the half-dozen or so by Christians) to be thrown out in the interest of reaching a pre-ordained conclusion (that it's generic "extremists" that are the problem, not Muslims). That Christians and Muslims represent vastly different threat levels should be as much a part of the canon of scientific knowledge as the fact that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

The question is: what kind of urine was it? Perhaps it was camel urine, and if so, he probably thought he was adding healthful qualities to the produce. Didn't Mo himself recommend drinking camel urine? On a salad, it might be better for one than some of these sweet, fatty salad dressings. I don't think I'd want to try it myself, though.

From another angle, imagine what the outcry would be if he were a Christian caught spraying white wine or gin on the produce at an Moslem market! (i.e. one in the U.K.)

OK, sarcasm off, the denseness of the reporter is beyond belief. If he thinks this is some threat to the world, what does he make of the madrassas in the Middle East (and maybe some in the U.K., too) that are training their six-year-olds to be suicide-bombers. Does he seriously think one is as bad as the other?
Also, has the reporter made any effort to make similar investigations of Islamic schools; and to report on their sinister aspects. I doubt it, because he knows damn well that he can say anything about a Christian school and not worry about death threats. Any similar charges about an Islamic school would lead to death threats and riots by the Moslems, and charges of "racism" from the PC-left.
The whole idea of equivalence between Islamic and Christian terrorism is idiotic. There have been terrorist attacks by Christians -- surely some of the IRA terrorists, and some of the Basque bombers, were believing Christians, and Tim McVeigh was raised as a Catholic, though he hadn't practiced in many years -- but their attacks had nothing to do with any Christian objectives or agenda. In contrast, the Islamic killers constantly claim to be defending Islam, and to be punishing unbelievers as they are commanded to do by their religion.
In the few cases where Christians did kill in the name of their religion -- I'm thinking of the murders of some abortionists -- the first thing that one notices is that these attacks were, indeed, few. One could the total number of victims over several year period on two hands; the Moslem fanatics kill more than that many every day!
OT, but take a look at that Telegraph link. Partway down on the right side is a column: "most viewed items". One of these reports that 2 million British have emigrated in the period 1997-2006, nearly the highest level on record. Also another 1.6 million foreign nationals have left the U.K. in the same period. Meanwhile 3.9 million immigrants arrived. It doesn't give any ethnic breakdown of these numbers, but even in the best interpretation, it seems that aboriginal ethnic British are leaving, and being replaced by third-worlders, many of them likely Moslem. If the British don't get control of this situation soon, it will be too late.

I have yet to figure out the religious motive and I do think that this has something to do with the ritual involving stones as well as the quranic directive to sell a raped goat to the people of the adjoining village (feeding kaffirs "najis" things). I don't know how things are over where you are, but over here one can tell that one is in a muslim neighbourhood when one smells sewage. The deeper one gets inside the neighbourhood, the fouler the smells become. They seem to enjoy living in such conditions and have been known to riot and attack cleaners and municipal dumptrucks. Last riots were reported in Gujarat when two municipal employees were killed while they were trying to remove garbage from a dump on the fringes of a muslim neighbourhood. After the riots, the municipal corp. people left the dump alone. Also, regarding food outlets : muslims themselves do not eat at those muslim food outlets where Infidels frequent.

I Know Gloucester well and although not a direct witness to what happened I know people who were. When the Quedgeley Tesco Store was attacked the police quarantined the store completely and would not let anyone out until the fluid was identified. Thus, it is clear that they had no illusions about this being a jihad attack; they just were not sure what type of fluid was being sprayed. Of corse there is the usual information black out for fear of offending the Muslims. No mention in the media about motive or religion.

We have a Muslim enclave in Gloucester; all the English street names disappear and the signs and notices are in Urdu, burkha clad women, men dressed in white Islamic robes dominate. The convicted terrorist Saajid Badat, Richard Reads associate, came form this enclave.

To realise that this enclave has now extended all the way up to Bibury Road is alarming to say the least, yet if I mention that this is a Jihad attack to anybody I get the usual Religion of Peace(c) reaction. That is the real scary part.

This is getting more common, some posters may remember the chocolate cake sprinkled with dried faeces last year. That was in South Wales, not too far from Gloucester.

I see this was done by an Algerian who is almost certainly refugee fleeing oppression his homeland and showing the British his gratitude for letting him in and bankrolling him.

Still urine and faeces in our food is not the worst that can happen. It is about 2 weeks since the re-trial of a takeaway owner in Blackpool was stopped by the judge and the case dismissed. He and some friends were accused of killing a 16 year old (Kuffur) girl and putting her in kebabs while her bones were said to have been ground up and used in tile filling.

BTW There was a TV report this week that "Asian" students working in food takeaways in the same area were being racially abused. In wonder what form the "abuse" took and if there was any connection? The MSM did not say.
