The headline at the BBC has apparently changed. It now reads: "Germany jails attacker of rabbi," and clearly identifies him as a "a Muslim of Afghan origin." Nothing about any theological motivation for his anti-Semitism, but that would be too much to ask.

I remember being told ( actually, hectored or browbeaten would be a more accurate description )
that America was inherently "violent" and "uncivilized," unlike Europe. (Even though my own parents had left "civilized" Europe after that little spot of trouble they had over there back in 1939-1945. )
And of course, we've all been told ( hectored and browbeaten ) that Multiculturalism and Diversity are wonderful things.

And now we see the end result of having our political elites import into our countries tens of millions of ULTRA-VIOLENT THIRD WORLD BARBARIAN THUGS.

Three and a half years! Shame on Germany! And I thought it was sorry for its past sins. Well, not enough! The judge actually concluded there was not enough evidence that this creature wanted to kill the rabbi. This is a clear indication of something truly rotten in the German judicial system.

This and many other such incidents give the lie to the idea that the Muslim problem with Jews is over Israel. If that were true, Muslims would be happy to see Jews anywhere outside Israel, in the diaspora where they belong. But no, Muslim attacks on Jews occur all over the world, and if anything prove the need for a Jewish homeland.

Aziz admitted in court that he had stabbed his victim on a Frankfurt street on 7 September 2007 but called it self-defence, saying Mr Gurevitch had grabbed him by the collar.

The problem is obvious Mr Gurevitch grabbed him in the wrong place. Had he grabbed him in the right place, probably no stabbing would have happened.
A vice like grip comes in handy...

This moslem swine is as German as I am Chinese.

He is a product of leftist pro-"immigration" policies. We have seen similar things in England where they can't deport violent moslems because they "may face persecution" at home, as if that means a hill of beans to regular European citizens who find themselves victims of moslem violence.

The European Left cares far more about moslems than they care about the real Europeans.

In Germany guys like this are commonly called "passport-Germans".

You see the Left needs votes. If they can't get the people to vote for them they just get themselves a new people, the saying goes.

Little do they know that they will be exterminated as well when the time comes to ethnically cleanse Europe of her original citizens.

This guy will surely be out of jail well ahead of this shamefully light sentence. Exclusion from Germany after the jail term should have been a logical part of the sentence.

This guy is likely to do something like this again - and worse!

This is not a good way to show the world that Germany really means it when we say "never Again" at the annual Holocaust ceremonies.

a sentence with some real teeth and some much stronger words from the judge and the German media and body politic would be the least we should expect.

By the way: Another mahometan stands trial today in my clueless country. Maybe he was a plumber trying to fix loose screws:He killed his ex- and pregnant wife in a car poking out her eyes by jamming a a screwdriver into them. She managed to call police ("I can`t open my eyes"), then fell into a coma and died 12 days later.Today the court listend to the emergency-call transcrips. It was as heartwrenching as listening to Aminah and Sarah die.

Germany is not the only country that has treasonous lawyers who are all-too-eager to represent the enemies of us all in court.

I too feel strong emotions given the particulars of this case.

Just like the emotions I felt during the Munich Olympics and the subsequent release of the killers by the Willy Brandt regime 15 months later.

There are lots and lots of Germans who think we have learned our lessons and then it's our very own government and media and legal elites who we have to witness snub their noses at what we take for inviolable taboos.

Go figure.

We are witnessing the German media and the German justice system as well as the largely silent body Politic doing exactly what they all did the last time Jews were hunted down and persecuted in Germany.

And when you tell them this they brand you a Nazi and a racist, believe it or not.

Germany is getting what it deserves. I only wish we could rescue the artwork before they blow it up and burn it.

I am disgusted with my own country.

This disgust really started when my government made a deal with the abominable terrorist Arafart and released the murderers of the Israeli Team Athletes after only 15 months in jail.

Personally I'd not have let them go until this day. Better yet, I'd have turned them over the Israeli prosecution..

Of all the Europeans acting in this craven manner today we Germans should be the last to once again stand by and "see nothing" and "say nothing".

I am deeply ashamed for my country.

This is not something I say with joy.

Oh and I am kind of loath to be the one to "elucidate" on the translation of "Jewish pig" and how that translates from German.

This islamic fiend was fully aware of the Nazi term "Judensau" which he apparently used in full knowledge of its historical context within German history.

The fact that the judge did not use "Volksverhetzung" Laws in this case makes the whole thing even more deplorable.

The "Volksverhetzung" concept was specifically created for cased such as this.

Using the language he used is a clear indication of "incitement of the people" which the term I mention above means.

I don't have any idea whether these judges are simply afraid of the mohamedans or if they are feeling it's just "part of their culture".

Either way they are NOT following the letter NOR the intent of our post-War Laws when it comes to dealing with anti-Semitic or otherwise racist and genocidal behaviour of our islamic "guests".

This is but one in a long line of willfully ignorant violations of the La by the German judiciary and I am glad to see it become a topic here and on other international forums.

The sooner this stuff is brought to light the sooner we may have a chance of shaming Germany into changing its shamefully complicit and cowardly behaviour.

Not a very good time to be reminded that I was born there..

What should I do.. where is the Resistance I can join..?

what should the Resistance do..? what means would be considered legitimate in a case like this?

Is it enough to keep frequenting these blogs and writing about it.. is that really enough..?

I have written plenty of petitions to the German Bundestag in matters like this and do you think I have ever gotten a reply?
